DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY - Confirmation of a reservation requires a two-night deposit plus tax. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Rental revenues for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $100.00 cancellation fee. All rental revenues become non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival. The final payment and cancellation period for long stays (21 nights or more) and for Holiday season bookings require 90 days advance payment and cancellation notice and become non-refundable 90 days prior to arrival.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Guests may purchase Travel Guard All-Seasons travel insurance through our reservations office. It is very comprehensive insurance and you may click here to view details.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT – All reservations require contents insurance and may purchase this for a one-time fee of $69.00. This is a flat fee with no tax assessed and provides $3,000.00 worth of insurance for damages. Guests may elect to pay a damage deposit of $1000.00 dollars in lieu of insurance. This deposit will be refundable less any damage incurred or excessive cleaning required.
