A fantastic place to stay

We stayed at Poipu Kapili #7. It was the perfect place for our family including a 2-year-old. The location is fantastic--right across the road from the ocean. Even though you can't swim there, it provides an incredible view and the sunsets are perfect. It's a VERY short drive to Poipu State beach and conveniently located to all you'd want to see on the south shore. The property is tasteful, calm, and lovely. Nice clean grills, tennis courts, and pool. Thanks for a dream vacation!

Beautiful

Between the views, close shopping and memories to last a lifetime. This place is the place to stay. The sunsets from the condo were so beautiful. Well stocked, we didn’t seem to want for anything. Super spacious and very comfortable. Management sent random texts/emails to make sure our stay way perfect for us. I appreciate the little things like that. Thank you!

Return stay in the same unit. Amazing experience again.

Oceanfront, roomy and nicely decorated townhouse, great location. The shutter handle in master bath did not open or close. We reported issue to be fixed after we left for future visitors.

Gorgeous

Our family had an amazing time staying in unit 7. The view outside the living room and master bedroom was breathtaking. We saw whale spouts a couple of different times. The accommodations are great and the owners obviously take pride in their personal paradise. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Location

Only downside was that the unit was not air conditioned (except the bedrooms) and it was particularly hot and humid the week we were there. There were times we were very uncomfortable.

Great Location and Pool

The mattress in the master bedroom (front) of Unit #7 needs to be replaced. It is broken down, and slopes down. We would not rent this unit again unless this mattress is replaced. Also the furniture in the living area is tired seems dirty. We recommend that the cushions be recovered in a lighter fabric.

Great location, quality accommodation, extra items in rentals such as beach chairs, snorkels etc. I was disappointed about hearing about the 10% discount we should have received but didn’t. an email would be sufficient due to the time difference in Australia. Pool temp was too warm but I know not much can be done about this!

Patty was wonderful at the Poipu Kapili.

I book early and stay every year at the Poipu Kapili. I am happy to get the 10% returning guest discount. I have stayed here for 30 years and Parrish has only been managing here for a few years. I never seem to get any other special rates and I hope to see those and be able to take advantage of them in the future even though I have a reservation. The hairdryer died. This happens once in a while and not a reflection on maintenance.

Perfect setting, gorgeous home. Unforgettable!

Unit 7 is beautiful! The view is breathtaking! Right on the water!! The home is spacious and the interior is wonderful. There is a great kitchen if you want to prepare meals. Two amazing bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two stories. Air conditioning if you need it. Beach accessories. Simple reserved parking and the list goes on and on. If you enjoy a daily walk/run, the location is perfect. We feel lucky to have found this and highly recommend it!

Poipu Kapili is a beautiful facility and #7 is a first class rental.

I have not had enough experience with Parrish Kauai to give an unconditional recommendation. I would certainly recommend Poipu Kapili.
