Our stay was great. The condo and property were beautiful and in a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented 2 units at Poipu Kapili to accommodate everyone who came to Kauai to visit a family member who recently moved there. We celebrated an early Thanksgiving, spent mornings adventuring and hiking- and afternoons by the lovely pool. Evenings were spent watching the sunset directly across the street from the property. Parrish Kauai does an outstanding job of overseeing their properties. Our condo was meticulously maintained and had everything we needed for our stay (except for air conditioning on the 1st floor- and it did get hot downstairs). The grounds were equally as meticulous, with lush landscaping throughout. Everyone from Parrish Kauai was extremely welcoming and eager to assist. Thank you for making our time in Kauai so special!

Beautiful quiet location near the beach. Fantastic family accomodation.

Definitely one of the nicest properties in the area. Would have enjoyed a hot tub and a warmer pool but other than that the vacation was perfect. Would love to come back to this resort again.

Wunderbares Appartement

Das Condo ist optimal eingerichtet und ist groß. Der Service ist optimal und immer erreichbar. Sehr strenge Regeln!
For those who are not familiar with this language the English translation is per Google Translate: The Condo is well configured and is large. The service is perfect and always available. Very strict rules!

Nicely Appointed, Nice Location, Nicely Done!

For the last several years, we have been semi-annual regulars at the neighboring Kiahuna Plantation. This trip we ended up at the Poipu Kapili…and it is now our new Kauai address. The Kapili was simply a much nicer and cleaner version of the Kiahuna Plantation with a fraction of the noise. The units (I had a chance to inspect 4 units) were all very large and very similarly well appointed. Furniture was in comfortable, in great shape, clean and the décor was fresh. Linens were of high quality and the bath amenities were plentiful and of excellent quality. Kitchen was adequately stocked and provided us with all that we needed for our stay. In room laundry was great. The one down side is that we found the beds very uncomfortable. Bed tastes are very personal, so what we found uncomfortable, others may find perfect. There is a great pool and large lawn area for kids to run around or to play catch, Frisbee, etc. It does not have the massive lawn area and abundance of kids that you would find at Kiahuna Plantation however. In fact, for the first part of our stay, there were few if any kids. The second half however a number of families checked in and the pool was often full of families. However, again unlike Kiahuna, the overall vibe of the place was sedate and very quite even with kids. BBQ area was serviceable, but nothing that you would want to hang out at while grilling. We really liked the location — easy oceanfront walk to the shopping areas and beach, Speaking of the ocean, the views were simply fantastic, and while not all units are ocean front, all have an ocean view. Buildings 1,2, 6 and 7 are all ocean front, but come with some road and pedestrian noise. We were in unit 13, so we got some cross breeze, but I will definitely avoid building 3 next time and opt for an oceanfront building or possibly building 4. The one downside to the location is that it is not right on the beach like the plantation. The adjacent ocean frontage is very rocky and rough.

Convenience, independence, cleanliness

Fabulous! Parrish was really helpful in responding to all our questions regarding the area (Poipu) and provided valuable advice that helped make our stay that much easier. The pristine conditions of the house and the beautiful upkeep of the grounds- incredibly clean!
