Great experience at a lovely property. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and would gladly stay again. The house includes all the amenities you need for a beach getaway, including a couple of folding chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart. Hosts were in constant communication and kindly provided a complimentary late checkout.
This place is above and beyond of what I expected from an Airbnb rental. You get everything you would from nearby hotels plus privacy, full kitchen, dining room and your own laundry room. Yet the price is less. The place was very clean and looked like a model home. Highly recommended.
Loved that the location was close to the beach and restaurants. House was perfect for our stay of 4 people. Loved every second of it.

The only complaint was the key was tricky in the lock. Otherwise, perfect!
The place is clean, cozy, the remote controlled air conditioners and fan in every room was a plus! The kitchen is well equipped and overall, the place is nicely furnished. The balcony with couch was great for watching sunrise. The lay out of the house is perfect for a couple of people. There is a parking lot shared with other vehicles.. The location is is great as it is not too far from shopping and dining places in Poipu. Although, there is not much views to enjoy, it is quiet respite at the end of the day.
Heavenly Beach Cottage
The property is located is a very quite neighborhood. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Located nearby to beaches, shopping and dining. We have stayed in many VRBOs. This heavenly beach cottage was an absolutely gem!
Absolutely refreshing
I could live in this little apartment. It was so perfect for my little family to stay in. It was quiet, had everything we needed, close to so much, beautiful neighborhood. We are so so grateful to have stayed here !
Excellent property
This was our family’s first trip to Kauai. The location of the property was just a short distance to the beach and shopping and was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The only thing that would have been helpful was a laundry basket for hauling dirty/clean clothes up the stairs. We would definitely stay here again.
Never a bad day in Kauai
Perfect. That is about as simple and detailed an description I can give. The property is in a beautiful ara and positioned perfectly for access to multiple locations to check out. Shopping is within walking distance and if you need to do more Lihue is only a 20 minute drive away. We are looking forward to coming back and gope this property will still be available when we do. It was simply perfect.
Our Parrish home was wonderful! Parrish was professional and quick to answer any questions we had. The house is perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood, comfortably furnished and well appointed with everything you need. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and hope to come back again!
Great Beach Cottage
My husband and I stayed here for our annual anniversary and birthday’s get away! This place was in a quiet neighborhood in Poipu close to the beach and shopping! They thought of everything and have all the amenities you need! The owner lives in the larger home on the property and was super nice! Highly recommend this cute cottage and would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped spot in convenient location
I've stayed at many rental properties and this one had some of the nicest furniture and kitchen amenities of any place I've stayed. The place was spotless when we arrived, which I'm sure is a challenge since people stay here and go the beach daily and bring back sand on their feet. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. My wife and I enjoyed a few short walks around the neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend walking to beaches since the main road is busy, but there are a ton of restaurants and beaches within a 5-10m drive. The layout of the property was super convenient. The parking is right in front. We used the downstairs area for our boots and drying out our towels. We sat on the outside deck and enjoyed the nice weather. And the main room / kitchen was perfect for reading, cooking, and even a little bit of remote work. One other nice touch - there were plenty of hooks everywhere to hang clothes, bathing suits, and towels. Overall, this place was really nice and the hosts really thought out the layout and amenities to make it perfect for their guests. I highly recommend it.
The BEST!
We absolutely loved our stay! My *husband* and I got married while we were on Kauai and this was the perfect place to stay! The company was incredibly welcoming and communicated easily via text when needed. Check-in was perfect and we even met the owner\'s outside while we were there. They were so friendly and gave us great tips on where to go and what to do to make the most of our stay. The neighborhood was private and quiet - exactly what we wanted. We'd go back in a heart beat and stay here again - it was incredible!
Great cottage for a family of four.
Great place and I would recommend for a family of four. There is a queen bed in one room and two twin beds.

Perfect Beach Bungalow
This home is perfect in every way. It is new and clean and has everything you need for a home-away-from-home vacation. The location is fantastic. Easy walk to the beach but located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The owners are on-site and very friendly - they even brought us fresh papayas off of their papaya tree. Basic beach gear provided with a sand trolly which was super helpful. We loved everything about our stay here. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Outstanding
This place was perfect for our beach vacation. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. All the little details plenty of outlets by the bed, nice towels, beach supplies and a wagon. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need.

Fabulous!
Our family of 4 could not possibly have enjoyed our stay anymore! The balcony is the perfect spot to catch that early morning sunrise with a cup of coffee or just relax at any other time of the day/night. The place is spacious, comfortable, and well designed. Just minutes from a plethora of shops, restaurants, and gorgeous beaches. I highly recommend staying here!
Rooster’s Nest
Gorgeous, well-appointed and super comfy home away from home. Perfect for two. Lots of windows and a nice lanai to enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend for privacy and quiet. Easy 10 minute walk to beach, eateries and activities. Loved the experience. Mahalo!
Perfection!!
I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is! No detail overlooked for beach amenities, amazing & safe neighborhood, close to everything one needs including scuba dive shop and shore entry dive area, quiet street...just lovely. My son said it best several times when he said we truly could live in this home as is! The process of booking and getting in once we arrived was seamless and Parrish was always one step ahead of us. I have and will recommend this property to others.

Incredible Stay
My wife and I stayed for 10 days and we loved every moment of it. We’ve been to Kauai multiple times and this little cottage was by far the best place we’ve stayed at…and we’ve stayed at the Grand Hyatt. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. It was stocked with all the things we needed (beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc). The house is very clean and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s really nice and cozy. Communication was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

A honeymooner's paradise!
This Ohana is truly a honeymooner's paradise. The house itself is beautiful, with nice furniture and cute island accents. It was very clean and homey. Both the house and balcony are private and quiet. We made some nice dinners in the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need. Kiahuna Beach is a 5-10 minute walk away, as well as shops and restaurants. We could not be happier that we chose to stay at this property during our honeymoon. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it! Until next time, Hawaii. Aloha!

One of the best rental over the time
The house is new, very clean and stylish. No carpets which is great. The kitchen has everything you might need and even more, different type of plates, glasses, pots, containers, grill set, toaster, smoothie blender, instant pot and many more. Also it was really nice to have a very special Kauaian coffee and Hawaiian shower set. Another good surprise was that there are no mosquitoes or other annoying insects in that area. The neighbors (house on the same property) are very friendly and helpful with many suggestions about the local food or good places. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The closest beach is very cool with good waves for boogie-boarding or surfing.
Amazing!
This place is so beautiful. The outdoor patio was a great spot to just sit and relax at home but still outside. The staff were very responsive to my issues and made sure to follow up until it was resolved. I would definitely here again! The best thing is the location. Minutes from the beach, shopping, food and conveniently located near the main road to head anywhere on the island.
