Wonderful property
Great secure small property with amenities and close to beach. Wonderful stay
Location! The condo was a favorite part of our trip because the location on the island.
We had a wonderful week in Kauai. The condo fit our needs perfectly. From beach/pool towels and chairs to the kitchen amenities, we had what we needed to relax and enjoy our time on the island. The small condo unit, along with it's prime location was a true highlight of our trip. We will be back again!
Oceanfront, ground floor and close to pool.
2nd stay in 1B. Love the location, the grounds, the flora, fauna and the quaintness.
Overall the rental was exactly what our family of 5 needed. Comfortable stay on a beautiful island with a perfect size pool for our 3 kids. The rental with a parking space in the gated area felt safe and secure. We would love staying here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this airBnB. Everything was as described and the check in and check out process was very simple. The unit was clean and very well stocked with all the necessities. The views are amazing and the ability to watch the kids in the pool from the patio made the stay very convenient. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot on the east side of Kauai!

False Advertising in Paradise
We were not informed prior to paying our money that the complex would be under heavy construction during our entire stay. Construction from 6am to 6pm every day of the week including weekends. You can imagine table saws, scaffolding, construction workers on their cell phones, hanging out by the pool,etc. No chance to relax or unwind. They offered to move us to a different complex but we had already unpacked and purchased food and it would have been an additional burden to relocate. They provided a 25% discount but it was still not enough in my opinion. We should have been provided at least a 50% discount because this property should not have been rented during this time period at all. What makes me so upset is that the management company was not honest and transparent with us from the beginning in which we would not have selected this unit for our vacation. I asked to speak with the owners of the unit and was told I could not. I asked to then speak with JP Parrish to discuss my concerns and was told I could also not speak to the owner of the property management company and was provided a customer service manager to speak to. The customer service manager was not helpful and really was not concerned about what was going on. We actually left early to come home we were so disappointed. Completely stressful time. If you have a choice, do not rent any units from this property management firm. Not honorable and certainly not customer service oriented. We feel robbed.
Jamison, as we stated to you repeatedly, we apologize for the oversight in notifying you about the construction. Per the AOAO the construction was to be completed by the time you would be arriving. That is why we did not notify you when you made the booking, or after that. The AOAO did not notify us of the delay and our team missed informing our Reservations team delay when on property. Again, we apologize for that oversight. HOWEVER, what is extremely disappointing is you fail to state we offered to move you to a comparable unit nearby at no charge to you. You denied that option and decided to stay, taking the 25% discount. Blaming us for the disturbance, stress or disruption at this point is futile. The decision to stay was your decision, not ours.

Great spot
We had two couples stay. Lay out was perfect for that. Quiet place without a lot of people. No little kids were around. Walked out to the beach which was perfect.

Awesome views
If ocean views are your vacation dreams, this is a great property. We stayed at this property as a family of 4 (all adults). The views, beach area, pool, etc., were really outstanding and makes the property a great one to stay at. We really enjoyed the outside space and watched sea turtles play in the surf right from the yard. Inside was good, has some general lived-in wear, but overall met our needs. We did have some challenges with the air conditioning unit, but property responded as best as they could during our stay.

Shhh! don't tell anyone
This is a great condo in a great location. Right off the pool in a quiet smaller complex. Steps from the beach, however not very good beach for swimming or snorkeling due to rock ledge. There was some construction going on but it was minimal.
Peaceful and private
Best of both worlds. Beach and pool. But most of all, PRIVATE!!! Everyone managing the property was friendly and so nice. The condo itself was amazing, clean and came with crazy sunrises. Close to restaurants and shops and perfect location to explore the North and South sides of Kauai. We would definitely recommend and return!

Nice property, beautiful ocean and pool view
My family and I loved our time here and would definitely return. Beautiful, clean, comfortable interior. The building seems to be maintained well. Loved the ease of being able to watch our kids in the pool from our nearby private patio. Wading in the shallow part of the beach during low tide was a highlight. Pat communicated often to check on our satisfaction with the accommodations. Grateful for our stay!
Relaxing and great location
Perfect location on the island and has an amazing ocean view. Small beach just a short walk from the porch. Very clean condo with comfortable beds. Condo fit 4 adults comfortably. Lots of shops close by and food. Lava lava club was an easy walk for breakfast and happy hour/dinner and food was good!
