Amazing home
The photos of this home don’t do it justice. We stayed as a group of family and friends for a vow renewal happening on island and wanted an a home with central areas to hang out in. This was a dream. The lanai was our favorite, to sit and enjoy our coffee in the mornings and to hang out after our daily adventures in the evenings. Check in and check out were super easy. I highly, highly recommend this property. It was seriously a dream and all we were looking for and more.
Fabulous vacation home for large family with teens
Very well maintained property. When we rarely had a request, host followed up right away. Near beaches & shopping. Beds comfy. Next door "apt" was ideal for one of our party who had to work online. [Had some connection difficulties with Internet, but managed by moving computer to LR] Pool refreshing (not for "lap" swimming). It was delightful to have. Lanai ideal for R&R and large table accommodated 11 for dining.. Kitchen is roomy and VERY well equipped. I would return to this home in a minute! Pool and Ping Pong tables enjoyed every night by all. This place is fabulous - no kidding.
Perfect House
The team at Parrish did a great job in prearrival communication. We had a group of adults and children and the house was perfect for giving each one their own space when needed. It was great to go to any of the local beaches, and then cool off again in the pool. The avocado tree in the back was a hit with the kiddos, and they couldn't wait for one to ripen. The lack of air conditioning was not a major issue. There were times that the home was a bit hot and humid, but by night fall, we all slept fine; thanks for the fans in all of the rooms. One of the dishwashers didn't work, and should be looked at and communicated to future guests. It would also be great to update some of the frying pans and nonstick utensils in the kitchen. The kitchen was great for socializing and we had plenty of places to sit and eat as a group. Thank you for also providing some pool towels. It would be great if the home provided beach chairs, which were easy to rent, just a bit costly for the week. Overall, we'd stay again at this home and with Parrish Kauai

Perfect family getaway
This house was perfect for a family vacation. It was great having two living spaces and the extra kitchen for my husband’s family and mine. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Home and Location
This home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you would need for a family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook at the house. The space was perfect for all of us to gather or have privacy. The game too was a hit. The pool was perfect for my two small grandchildren as it is gated off. The lanai was huge and lots of room to hang out. The location was a perfect base for our stay. The property management was so responsive to any of our needs. I would highly recommend this property.

Great property and lots of amenities!
Near the beach, beautiful area. Still lots being built in the neighborhood so some construction noise. Amazing lanai and wonderfully responsive property management.
Absolutely beautiful property with the perfect location! We adore Poipu beaches, resorts and shopping. We were able to adventure the island and come home to a cozy, clean and refreshing home. My grandchildren loved the pool and we played board games, pool, watched movies and cooked family meals. The quiet neighborhood was stunning with beautiful homes and families. Communication was quick and easy, this really was the great escape our family needed.

This house couldn’t have been setup any better for a family vacation. The entire property is gorgeous! We spent most of our days off exploring but were eager to return each evening to wind down cooking a meal together, taking a starlit dip in the pool, or relaxing in the game room or out on the lanai. Our only complaint was that we didn’t have the time to get to enjoy everything they had to offer. Would highly recommend!

I'll be back
This place exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and well thought out. There are so many places to hang indoors and out. Loved the sunrises on one side and the sunsets on the veranda. Huge yard and play areas. The kitchen and barbeque were outstanding. Very comfortable beds. Honestly, I can’t think of any improvements and we will definately be back again.
Amazing Vacation Home!
We loved our stay in this wonderful property. The home is beautiful and yet very comfortable for families. We couldn’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t provided for us in the house. The sliding doors were amazing and allowed us to flow easily from indoors to outdoors and the kitchen was fantastic for preparing meals. I highly, highly recommend this property for a vacation in Kauai!!!!
Outstanding!
This beautiful, spacious home was exceptional in every way. Immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, attention to detail shown in labeled lighting switches and cabinets, 2 complete sets of dishes and the best stocked kitchen we have found in over 30 years of renting homes (sous vide, slow cooker, toaster oven, Keurig and French press, superior quality cookware, and so much more). Our family enjoys cooking and this kitchen and the outside BBQ were a delight! Spacious bedrooms, refreshing pool, quiet neighborhood, fun game room, charming Ohana, close to beaches, shopping, could even get groceries delivered. We will definitely return. Well done, Parrish.
