Kauai stay

The property itself was in a very nice location, close to food shopping, resorts and the beach. The process to get into the property was a pain, given all of the government stuff that had to be provided. The lock box to get in the house is broken and needs to be replaced, luckily one of the cleaning people knew how to get it open. The airconditioner in the front bedroom needs service, it didn\'t keep the room cool enough. The carpeting in the whole house needs to be removed, it smells musty, just like an old beach place, itt needs tile or wood floors. The sewer smell at the pool needs to be resolved also.

Home away from home

Nihi Kai 508 nice vacation

besides the beach chairs that needed replacing and maybe a wash of the ceramic floors, everything was fine.

I have returned several times to the Parrish group because the service and sites are so reliable. we couldn’t find the office in the dark (we were tired) but your emergency after-hours person was EXCELLENT!

Love Nihi Kai. Have stayed twice in this year.

Prompt fix of cable TV. Deo helped us check out and contacted housekeeping to look for lost item in the unit. I actually found it in my luggage. Thank you for looking. New grand sink in bathroom is really tall, I am 4’11”. Maybe cutting the feet of the vanities to reach a more reasonable height. Take care. Thanks.

Spring break 2019

This unit was excellent and clean was the second half of our vacation and was a nice change after a week in a hotel room very quite ac in living rooms and bedrooms were nice I would highly recommend this unit for the price was great also enjoyed the floor plan were the bedrooms were on the lower level and living areas above no noise from neighbors the grounds were kept up nicely and also enjoyed the pool thanks Parrish for the excellent stay

Met our expectations, quiet , well located . well equipped kitchen

It was not made clear that the lock box was at the office, nor where the location of the office was. There was a lock box at the door of the unit. Main A/C unit was not operating when we returned one evening. It was after hours so a technician was to come the next morning. But the next morning the unit was functioning OK so we cancelled the call.

Great condo, great location.

Execellent condo. It had new carpet and paint. It had A/C but we didn’t have to use it, we loved the breeze flowing through. It’s quiet and has several lanais with peaceful garden views. We were about 100 yards from the beach and a 5 minute walk to Brennekes and Kalapaki Joes! It had grills and a pool, although we never used either. We would love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay!

Unit was clean and comfortable. We cooked many meals both in the unit and at the BBQ grills. The grounds are beautiful and the beaches are within walking distance.

We had an excellent stay in Poipu at Nihi Kai Villas. The condo is a short walk to the beach and has everything you need. We hope to be back soon!

Process was simple, Maybe add an extra fan that can be utilized upstairs besides the ceiling fan. Other than that, great!
