Nice place it worked well for our stay and was as described and photographed.
The condo was spacious and suited our needs. The Parrish staff were responsive and friendly to work with.

The reservation process for was Easy. It was very helpful that shampoo conditioner lotion and hand soap were provided for each bathroom. The location of our property was in Princeville and provided a picturesque stay for our vacation with our extended family.

Perfect vacation on a perfect island at a perfect condo! The location was beautiful and exactly as described! Easiest stay in a VRBO ever as their checkout procedures are far less than most! Just as easy as checking in and out of a hotel! Thank you so much for sharing this home with us! Parent and kid approved!!!
Fantastic!
We had a great stay and we didn't want to leave! The condo is well appointed, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach gear is provided. The pool is great. The condo is about a mile from town, which is a nice walk for coffee in the morning. It's about a 15 minute drive to Hanalei and easy to get to the beach there. It's possible to walk to the Princeville beaches, but not for folks with mobility issues (steep, lots of stairs).
The only thing we weren't expecting is that the central A/C does not extend to one bedroom (with twin beds), so it stayed pretty warm in that room. This would not stop us from staying here again, though.
Overall a fantastic stay!

Unfortunately, the units were not built with A/C directly to the two secondary bedrooms (queen bed and two full beds), but hopefully the ceiling and floor fans and wonderful tropical breezes kept you cool enough. We were very comfortable and the property was very clean we had a few issues but were quickly solved within hours we loved the location and items provided pool hours could be longer and the pool water was a little too cold but we would definitely return
Great condo in a beautiful part of the world
Had a wonderful time. The place is well set up for families with a pack and play and high chair - wish we'd know so we didn't bring our own stuff!
Amazing Place and Location!
Loved the place - it was exactly as described and gave us a perfect place to both kickoff our adventures on the island AND relax and recharge at the end of the day. Would stay again!
Great Amenities and Location
This was a fantastic property. My wife has cleaned vacation rentals in the past and even she mentioned how clean everything was. Great location as well! We would definitely stay here again.
Great space for family
Beautiful views on the lanai, and a great space for five adults. Kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Princeville is low key and a great place for walks and beeches.

Amazing Condo!!
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We go to Princeville 2-3 times a year and this was by far our best stay. Everything was so well stocked and just what we needed. SO close to the pool (we could even watch our kids from the balcony). We will be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation home.

We absolutely loved our vacation . The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were great. The pool was beautiful and kids lived there. I loved the Princeville location. I wanted to stay there forever. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great place for a family or several couples!
We loved this condo. It was perfect for my wife and I and our 3 teenage sons. We were very comfortable during our 11 day stay. It felt like home. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful condo with a nice view
I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was very comfortable and it felt like I was at the beach. It made it easy to relax. The lanai was large and great for morning coffee. The unit had plenty of supplies for swimming at the pool or beach.
