The Villas of Kamali`i at Princeville is a luxury townhouse style resort located at Princeville Resort on Kauai’s lush North Shore. Very similar in design to the Villas on the Prince, these two and three bedroom townhouse style units are bright, spacious and offer golf course, garden and mountain views. The Villas of Kamali`i is within walking distance to the golf course club house and Princeville’s other amenities and activities are just a short car drive away. The resort features club house with community barbeques and a swimming pool with a hot tub.

This spacious Kauai condo at Princeville Resort offers beautiful golf course views, two master suites on the lower level and a third bedroom upstairs. Located on the lush North Shore Kauai and next to the Makai Golf Course, it is only a short drive to Hanalei Bay and many Kauai beaches. Beautiful & Clean

The condo was extremely clean and exactly as represented in the listing. I highly recommend this unit. Note: There is a wandering neighbor who fancies himself the “property police”, taking pictures of license plates for not parking in the garage. This unit does NOT have garage access so we parked in the space that is designated. This happened twice and was very annoying. We visited the Property Mgt. in person and cleared that we didn’t have access to the garage- they were very nice and apologetic for the confusion.

Family vacation

Place was beautiful, but we discovered the refrigerator was not working a few days into our stay( we were so busy, with planned activities, we really didn’t notice). Lost a lot of our groceries( had stocked up st cost o with meat , fish, etc. Got a much smaller replacement placed downstairs( not in the kitchen!) Not big enough for the 5 of us, They did reimburse us for our loss of groceries- The bee was spectacular!

Aloha Pam, we do want to clarify/correct your statements. As we told you the fridge was working fine. You had loaded it up with groceries, turned the temperature too low, kept checking by opening the door not giving the refrigerator enough time to cool things down, thus causing the malfunction. A common mistake. After you departed, we turned it to the correct temperature and it has since been working fine. We added the replacement for you in the hall by the garage as a courtesy to you. It was on the lower level by the entrance as there is no extra space in the kitchen. Glad you enjoyed the view.

Very nice condo in a great location. Beautiful area! A couple complexities with checkin: minor mistakes in the checkin info and getting into the condo’s door lock, but management was very responsive and accommodating, and check in was allowed 2 hours early at no charge, so that was really nice! Very well maintained!

Spacious, beautiful, and comfortable

This property was perfect for our party of 6. The living room, kitchen and dining areas were nice and spacious, and rooms were a good size. We enjoyed the location and the beautiful mountains in the distance. We’d definitely stay here again if we visit Princeville next time!

Nice unit

Needs work, ice maker not working, handrail detached from wall, instructions say must park in the garage but no access so parking is limited to one car when guest parking is full

Beautiful Mountain View!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location to pool. Quiet community. Walking distance to Hideaways Beach and Queens Bath. Minor issues at check-in resolved quickly. Does not allow garage access. Hard to find area to dry your shoes/clothes after hikes. Lower level bedroom a/c works somewhat. Main floor a/c worked great. Overall a beautiful home!

Amazing view

This unit really made a difference in our vacation. Staying in a townhouse complex by a golf course usually isn’t our “thing”. This town house was immaculate. All rooms have a king size bed and a bathroom. Just a heads up that the bedroom on the second floor doesn’t have an adjoining bathroom or air conditioning, but that was fine for us. What really made this place stand out was the mountain view overlooking Hanalei Bay from the second floor. It was stunning! What a treat to wake up to every morning. The balcony has a high top and four chairs. We spent a lot of time out there. It is small however. Wish is was a bit bigger. The road to Hanalei Bay is closed down to one lane due to a landslide, so plan accordingly. During the week, you can only drive to Hanalei Bay during specific time windows. The cool thing is that this place was within walking distance to Queen’s Bath and Hideaway Beach (good snorkeling). We also found a path that goes to the river in between Princeville and Hanalei Bay (by Nourish smoothie shack). We just walked/swam, depending on the tide, across the river to get to Hanalei Beach when we wanted – no need to mess with driving or schedules! So the location for us was PERFECT! The north shore is so gorgeous. It’s a bit quiet and perhaps secluded but we prefer that. A few more things to note. You now need reservations to get into Haena State Park if you want to hike or go to the beaches. When we were here restaurants close early. Sometimes it was impossible to get in or even order take out. If you really want to go somewhere, I recommend making reservations in advance, like before your trip. And plan to eat early or wait. You can always cook at the place. The kitchen has most of what you need except food staples (no oil, spices, etc.). It has utensils, pots and pans. You can hit up Costco in Lihue on your way to the place or Foodland in Princeville once you are here. Lastly, you can take Ka Haku Road to get to this unit in case there is road closure traffic. You can also take this way to get into the shopping center. Look for alternate routes to get around if the road is closed or there is a lot of traffic. You won’t be sorry if you stay in unit #54! Of course, if you like golf and running/walking along long, flat paths you will love it here. Lots of nenes to see too! I’d go back in a heartbeat.

This space was absolutely perfect for our needs. The place is very close to Hanalei Bay and Beaches, and within the Princeville resort community. The home provides all the basic items you need to cook, and we enjoyed lunches out but had breakfast and relaxing evenings at the unit. The pool is wonderful, and the Mountain View’s in the morning are complimented by the birds singing. It was superb and we didn’t miss staying on the beach at all, it was the perfect launching pad for our adventures. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were super responsive. All around fantastic.

It was the perfect unit for the number of people we had.

I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who helped me get my key on the first day after hours. He was very, very helpful. Answered the emergency phone when I had questions about finding the lockbox on a weekend. Representative was very helpful. We also had a issue with our coffeemaker and Parrish replaced it the next day.

Beautiful & comfortable unit # 54 with AC, Clean, Great Management

Beautiful and comfortable home with AC in two masters downstairs and living room upstairs. Guest bedroom on the living room level has no AC but it was not a problem at all, ceiling fan and open bedroom door worked perfectly well for my mom staying upstairs. Comfortable beds, nice bedding. Crispy clean. Our home is a shoe free zone also so we enjoyed the cleanliness of our villa floors:) The unit had everything we needed and more. And I REALLY loved their luxury bath products! Property management company was simply awesome. Their office is located very close to the Villas of Kamalii. Pat was very friendly and helpful. Just a phone call away, they addressed our needs and answered our questions immediately. We could not locate laundry detergent. Just a phone call and literally 5 minutes later we had it delivered to us. Impressive! Thanks again, Pat! We’ll be back!

Comfort, beautiful condos.

Everything! A/C in both units would have been nice, but it never got brutally hot during our stay.
