This apartment is so cozy that you feel at home right away. The location is great with lots of near by shops/food/beaches/attractions. Communication with Parrish was great. They responded to our questions right away and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. I look forward to staying with them again in the near future.

We had a lovely time staying at this place! The cross-breezes kept us cool and comfortable even in hot afternoons, and the host was very responsive and thoughtful. The pool is also quiet and relaxing. The one downside is that the bedroom is next to the parking lot and facing the road so we\'d get woken up by the sounds of car doors and traffic.

Excellent

I loved having more than just a bedroom and a bathroom, such as is the case with most hotels. The place was clean, comfortable, it was easy to get an extended check out so we could do more before leaving the island. We were pleased with the villa.

Great place to stay!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here! This lovely little apartment was everything we needed for our South Kaua’i vacation. The corner unit in proximity to little on site waterfall and Koi Ponds made the unit all the more special. Bed was extremely comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed (we bought most food from Costco and cooked in). We stayed there with two young children and found the unit to be very comfortable with kids.

Excellent

Our condo was in a perfect location for us. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated and especially loved the tile shower. Full sized kitchen, although we didn’t use it much. Would recommend staying here.

Air conditioning would have been a blessing since the weather was so hot & humid. Fans were supplied & were helpful. Very well-stocked with supplies. Novella was very friendly & helpful.
Aloha and mahalo for your 5-star review! The trades usually keep the unit nice and cool, but you are right, when the trade winds slow, the unit can get warm, which can be difficult at times. We’re happy that you made good use of the fans. Keep in mind that we have a few Waikomo Streams units that are equipped with air conditioning. We had a lovely stay and we would certainly stay there again.

???? The condo was lovely. It was conveniently located on the ground floor with easy access to the office, pool and parking lot. Waikomo Stream Villas has a lush tropical setting which is just beautiful. ???? It doesn’t have air conditioning, but I didn’t expect that.

The pool was nice -no other people while we were there. The front office staff was nice.

Unfortunately the unit smelled constantly and strongly of moth balls, and there were quite a few cockroaches in the unit, where usually wherever we stay there have been none.
Aloha. Mahalo for your review and we apologize for your encounter with the island pests. We do know the association sprays regularly, but we will pass this on. In terms of the smell, older properties in Hawaii can be a little stuffy upon arrival since they are closed up for security. Most often, they air out and all is well, however, we will take a look to see if there is anything out of the norm. Mahalo for letting us know.

Good location on South Side

Pros: It was peaceful and relaxing. I was pleased with the condo that we rented. I made this choice over a hotel to have a more relaxing trip. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed such as towels and toiletries to pots and pans, kitchen utensils. the location was great in Poipu, could have stayed here and not had a car. there are several stores and restaurants with in walking distance. Poipu Beach is just two miles away. There is are multiple excursion companies with in a couple blocks where you can do zip-line, or snorkeling, and other trips. The condo does not have daily cleaning services, or regular hotel amenities, it was similar to an air b&b stay where you are staying at someone else’s condo but it gives it an individual charm which is exactly what I was looking for. they did have a community pool and BBQing areas which I never used or saw lol, but they are there.

Great Condo

Great location and a fantastic value in Poipu. The unit is clean, very roomy and nicely organized. We will definitely stay here again, and again and again…..
