We loved this place. It was so nice and we would come back again to the same location. Loved it!
Overall, we had a great stay. The place was surrounded by nature, clean, and conveniently located. When we did have any issues, they were quick to address. One thing to note-- as on many places in Kauai, the roosters are loud and constantly crowing. We had many early morning wake-up calls. I'm not sure what they could have done better, as the roosters were wild and roam freely, but I did notice that they weren't a problem at some of the resorts or hotels nearby, so there must be some way to control them.
The stay was amazing, it would have been more delightful if the pool was accessible to my 7 year old. She kept asking about going to the pool and it wasn’t available for our entire 9 days stay. Other thing, I requested 2 additional chair for dining table for the family of 4, in a 2 bed accommodation. There were only 2 chairs and was told they are awaiting approval from management to get the chairs. Picture did show 4 chairs on the listing. The dryer wasn’t functional and they weren’t able to fix it. When in Kauai you aren’t going to stay at home, the place is well connected to beaches, restaurants, walkable. I would love to be staying here again. Thanks!

We loved our stay (family of 5) in this airbnb. Some guests complained about there not being a/c but 1. The listing specifically states that, and 2. There is such a cool breeze through the condo that you won't even been a/c. In fact, we had no complaints about there not being a/c at all because the temperature was comfortable throughout the entire day and we stayed there for 7 days.
Also, this place was extremely spacious for a family of 5 and we loved that there was a beach umbrella, beach chairs, buggy boards, and toys for our 2-year-old kid.
And the location is absolutely perfect! It's literally 5-6 minutes from Poipu beach and a few minutes to some of the best places on the island.
We had a great stay at the villas. The home was clean and cool in the evening despite no AC. The fountain outside helped create some ambience and privacy, although light sleepers may be affected by the chickens and the nearby fire station. Two downsides: they did not have enough furniture for four people to lounge together at the end of the day indoors (there was ample outdoor furniture). They were also, in our opinion, overly communicative. Certainly not a dealbreaker, but we’re not used to receiving so many messages from an Airbnb.
We had a great stay at this unit. For three people the place was huge. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 smart TVs. It was clean when we arrived. Extra point for the welcome bottle of sparkling wine. We will stay here again. Before you go, know before hand that unit has no AC ( noted on the Airbnb description ) . There are4 big ceiling fans and 2 stand fans, plenty of windows with great ventilation. Very pleasant day or night.
Place was open and spacious. Only down part is that it’s located to very busy street where you hear traffic all night. Dryer wasn’t working properly either. All spices were out. I feel like we had over paid and didn’t meet quite the expectations.

While it is located near Poipu Road, it is set back from the street and the traffic really quiets down pretty quickly in the evening. We usually have feedback from guests that it is typically a quiet location. We are sorry if the noise disrupted your stay. Additionally, we checked in a few times during your stay, but you didn't mention anything. Had we known about the dryer or spices, we could have come by to help. We will be sure to send someone to check the spice rack and inspect the dryer. Aloha.
Better than it looks in the pictures! We were so delighted when we CHecked in! There were many small extras hidden around like beach gear in the front closet. The washer and dryer were so great to have! The property is communicative and made check in simple. The perfect Poipu location!
Fantastic location! Secluded and spacious I felt at home during the whole stay.
There is no A/C only ceiling fans and only 3 stand fans

More pros than cons
My family and I stayed here for 10 days. I would like to share the pros and cons. First, I am giving this rental 5 stars because of the value. The price was much lower than other rentals so we understand the value and we didn’t book a 5 star resort. Pros: This was one of the cleanest vacation homes we have rented, it felt brand new! Very clean, shows better in person than online. The management company is great! Loved their attention to detail from the arrival instructions to the little touches left in the unit. This floor plan is amazing for families! Our kids loved the loft! Plenty of space to spread out. The balcony is incredible you can hear the stream and it felt very quiet and private (from the back) we enjoyed many meals at the outdoor table. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and we appreciated the extras like dishwasher detergent and laundry soap. Two beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler were also great! There is not a beach within walking distance that we found. The drive was easy though! The pool and barbecue area was basic but we enjoyed it! The home is close to everything! We didn’t drive more than 5 minutes for everything needed. You can also walk to the shopping center. There is a CVS type store, restaurants and shopping. Cons: There is no AC so you’ll probably have the windows open at night. The master backs the parking lot and road. I am a sound sleeper but was woken up from this noise many times. We had a fan app going on our phone so that helped prevent hearing the frogs or roosters but the traffic was pretty loud. Frog noise did not bother us at all. The beds could use an extra comforter it actually got pretty cold a few nights, we used the extra for the kids. The dryer wasn’t working but they told us there was a part on order. Overall we would recommend staying here if you are looking for a good value and you can deal with a few of the negative things.

Stay was overall great! Really convenient location close to the beach and other resorts. The unit itself had a lot of space and everything needed for a vacation. The dryer needed repairs during our stay and the hosts did their best to fix. Would come back!

This place was overall wonderful! The location on the island is convenient and comfortable. Communication for pre-arrival, check-in, and any needs during the stay was exceptional. The space was clean and functional. The only reason for a 4-star review is the loudness of vehicles revving their engines and driving by the condo all throughout the night. We understand that this is out of the control of the rental group; however, it is an important factor if you’re a light sleeper. We were all woken up multiple times throughout the trip by obnoxious, big-engined trucks/cars revving their way down this main thoroughfare in the middle of the night. Get it!!!

I would call this Airbnb the bird house. Everyone morning you’d wake up to roosters and birds and the sound of the steam it was wonderful. The place is a lot of bigger than I thought which is a plus. And it is absolutely close to everything in the south. An hour away from the west, if you’re planning to do some hiking. Literally 5 to 15 minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Loved it! No issues with parking they will give you a permit to place on your car. Full kitchen if you wan to cook. Great water pressure in the bathrooms. Overall, awesome spot if it’s your first time coming to the island.

Great place, perfect location in Poipu walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops. Difficult to sleep with the bullfrogs and roosters.

This wonderfully cozy, clean, and centrally located condo was the PERFECT place to enjoy our stay in beautiful Kauai. Everything we needed was thoughtfully included in the space and we felt right at home. We would definitely book here again!! Zoe & Josh
this place is amazing!! it's a really big space with a loft. there's a nice wrap around porch that is essentially private and overlooks a koi pond. the condo is on the top floor and super quiet. and the pool is so nice! our whole stay was truly lovely! thank you!
