Truly a amazing property; our best vacation rental yet. The Poipu Kapili property had impeccably maintained grounds, a perfect location, and felt like a home away from home. Unit 14 was modern and well appointed; very comfortable sofa and beds; new appliances; and very clean. Extras like beach gear and towels were much appreciated as well. Communication with the Parrish team before, during, and after the stay was also great. We're looking forward to returning.

Wonderful space and location. Communication was prompt and clear. Kitchen was well appointed (other than a broken toaster—which I’m sure will be replaced). Gorgeous view and clean pool. The entire resort was maintained beautifully. Walking distance to several beaches. Loved the sectional seating in the family room. Beds very comfortable too! Would definitely return if the opportunity presents itself! You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Location

Everything about this property was perfect. The condo itself is beautiful & very clean. It was well stocked except for laundry detergent. I asked if we could have more (we were only left with enough to wash 1 load.) We were told to buy our own. I didn't think that was a great answer, but other than that, we had a great time staying in this particular condo.

Very spacious and extremely well appointed unit overlooking the ocean. We were a bit worried only having A/C in the bedrooms in the middle of August, but we never even turned them on. The breeze and ceiling fans kept everything very comfortable. The grounds were beautifully maintained and it was only a short walk down to the beach. The only disappointment was that jumping in the pool was prohibited, so the kids didn’t get to practice their cannonballs. Otherwise a fantastic place. Hope to return.

Best spot to enjoy Kauai from!

Unit 14 was the perfect place to have our much anticipated girls trip this year. Absolutely incredible ocean views with the pool right in your backyard. It has been beautifully refurnished recently with all the bells and whistles – we couldn’t have loved it more! The kitchen was clean and easy to use, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have a full bathroom with a washer and dryer downstairs. Would come back to this unit in a heartbeat. The area is easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Only wish that we could have stayed for another week!!

Incredible!

Most amazing location! The unit (14) is fantastic! Everything you could need on your vacation! All updated and new. No detail left out. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need. The unit feels like a home away from home with an incredible view of the ocean. Will certainly be returning to this unit!

Great Stay!

This is a community of condos with a beautiful view of the beach. It’s very near Poipu Beach which is a great family beach where we saw green turtles sunning in the sand. We stayed in unit 14 which I would highly recommend. Very well maintained. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, beds very comfortable, very well-equipped kitchen with nice appliances – everything we needed. There is a nice pool, patios for each unit on the side we were on, washer and dryer, beach towels, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at 3 different units here at Poipu Kapili (we extended out vacation necessitating the moves) while all three units were great Unit 14 was fantastic! Newly renovated it seems definitely a step above the other units we stayed at there at Kapili. Nice and quite condo no hotel hassle and bustle of lots of people plus the views are awesome. We highly recommend this unit (disclaimer – we know the owners) – Patti and Stephanie (i hope i got their names correctly) at Parrish south shore were great and very responsive. Very helpful in our stay and quick to offer any suggestions for shopping or eating. FIVE STAR!

A place that you will never forget~~~

We stayed at this fabulous unit for only 3 days…and only wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect. You can see the ocean from the outside lovely table and the master bedroom. They did not forget a thing in this gorgeous unit. The furnishings are fabulous. Kitchen is stocked with “high- end everything”. They even have all the beach toys/chairs you need. Washer and dryer is better than mine at home. The living space is spacious and comfortable!! Bedrooms are huge! It is perfectly equipped for a wonderful Kauai vacation. Just remember you have to check out by 10:00 which is a bit early but the management is super helpful. We hope to return someday!!!

The Perfect Accommodation...honestly.

This unit is fabulous!!! The decor is stunning. The kitchen is well equipped and there is literally nothing the owners forgot to make this stay just perfect. Beach chairs, beach towels, games, fans, updated appliances, washer and dryer are large and they have cleaning supplies! The kitchen pots and pans, plates, utensils….just everything is all top notch! Views from bedroom and eating area outside are exquisite. l tried to see if I could book for next year immediately, but the dates were not available. The owners of this unit went above and beyond!
