Located northeastern side of the Kauai on Anahola Bay, this is the perfect beach spot for a gathering of family and friends. Mornings start with oceanfront sunrises and your day continues with beach activities right outside your door. Evenings are backyard barbeques and cocktails. This five bedroom home is conveniently located near shopping, local cuisine and the Kilauea Lighthouse, Kealia Beach, Wailua River, Sleeping Giant, Coconut Marketplace, and much more.

The accommodations are split into three distinct living areas and can easily sleep twelve. The spacious main home upper living area offers ocean views and open space perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Four of the bedrooms are located on the lower level perfect for beach access. All bedrooms are en-suite and offering ocean views. The fifth bedroom suite is above the garage and is outfitted with air conditioning.

Backyard of Anahola Palms abuts Hawaiian Home Lands Trust land which is open and accessible to the public. This land is part of 200,000 acres of Hawaii land set aside for the benefit of native Hawaiians. Please use it as well as the neighboring lands respectfully.

Anahola Parrish was everything we expected!

The view was fabulous from the upper lanai. We loved the sandy beach…it was uncrowded other than a few other renters and locals but the beach was so big and other beachgoers so far away we felt as if we had our own private beach! We had so much fun playing in the waves with the boogie boards and surfboard stored in the garage! Or we would walk a short distance over to the quieter water at the Anahola Beach park and snorkel or paddle board!

The bedrooms and bathrooms in the home itself were huge and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped…we had everything we needed.

Anahola is nicely situated to both the south and north shores. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Kapa’a and a large Safeway grocery store and restaurants, shave ice, and food trucks.

Anahola Palms suited our family’s wish to be away from more crowded, “touristy” resorts perfectly!

Family Gathering

The location and beach were amazing. The house was clean and the setup was perfect for our family. The only downer was that the stove/oven was not working. I understand that things break down and sometimes replacements take a while to get. The biggest thing was the lack of communication from management. We were not told about the situation until I contacted them about it when we were trying to cook lunch and it would not start. Come to find out it had been broken for two weeks. There was an air fryer and they had left a two burner hot plate but with the size of the home it’s impossible to cook for everyone with those appliances and we had purchased groceries that needed to be prepared in an oven. Had we known about the lack of oven we could have planned differently. Management definitely failed with this rental. While the house and location were great I would not recommend any home that Parrish Kauai manages.

We also offered compensation to acknowledge the inconvenience. While we understand you had a different expectation regarding the amount, we based it on industry standards. I want to shout out to Mika and Patty. They were both so helpful as well as Jonathan. There were some minor hiccups and they took care of us greatly. We accidentally left our ipad and they shipped it immediately and in perfect condition. Truly turned around our trip and we tremendously enjoyed our stay and the amenities they provided us during our stay. Thank you! Mahalo <3

Our stay at Anahola was wonderful. The house was immaculate and furnished perfectly with plenty of space for our two families to enjoy. The beach toys provided were more than we expected and it was nice having the outdoor showers to rinse from our play. Everything was so beautiful and we felt right at home! Mahalo!

Vacation ruined, because of deferred maintenance and safety issues on numerous items in this home. After paying a premium price for this location & attempting to work with Patty at Parrish, whom never had a resolution for any of these issues! Asked to be relocated on the first day & after three days Patti at Parrish got back to us saying no other homes were available! Parrish's supervisor approved the home the afternoon before we checked in, obviously didn't do his job, because of deferred maintenance! Issues, such as: unlockable sliders, teak table wobbly & unsafe falling apart, as noted in a review from May '24, 4 of 5 burners in BBQ not working, glass sliders & windows missing screens, so bugs & feral cats entered this home, exhaust fans could not be turned on due to noise & too old of fans, should have been replaced, ceiling fan in kitchen has not been working since May '24, should have been replaced by now, & non-working & missing smoke alarms. Parrish doesn't communicate well!!!

Sue, we are sorry you felt your vacation was ruined. We take guest concerns seriously, however, your yelling and berating behavior made the situation more challenging. To clarify, the smoke detectors were working throughout your stay. The ceiling fan couldn’t be repaired immediately, and a replacement has been on order. The property’s open-air design is common in Hawaii, and while we haven’t had cat issues before, we are taking steps to prevent this. The BBQ was functional but required manual lighting, and we have since replaced the patio table. Even with regular pest control, pests can occasionally appear in tropical environments. We have no record of a request for 12 beach chairs before your arrival, but we provided them the next day once requested. We were in constant contact via phone, text, and email, and we offered a refund and alternatives, but you chose to stay. We strive to provide excellent service and regret this situation wasn't resolved to your satisfaction.

Great place on the water. Our family had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the view and walking out to the beach. The manager was able to bring us some more fans because the home does get warm.

The house and location are beautiful. The communication with Parish Kauai however was difficult and almost could not check in because of missing checkin instructions and no one to reach during out of office hours.
