The property is still beautiful - almost 18 months after we stayed in it the first time. Really enjoyed how well appointed the kitchen is with so many cooking utensils. Also appreciated the stack of toiletries and towels.

Wonderful condo

This is a very comfortable and well-appointed condo. It has everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Kauai. Great lanai, very nice and well-stocked kitchen, good views, great beds.... We would not hesitate to book Emmalani 321 again . Emmalani Court is a small, quiet condo location with convenient parking, nice pool area, nice people, and the usual Parrish Properties hospitality. Parrish picks the very best properties to rent on the island.

The Best!!

This is our 4th stay at this gem in Princeville! Parrish properties are always the best places! We had one minor complaint and since we were to be there several weeks we called them. Shannon came and took care of it!! Truly amazing!! We will be back next year!

Condo was very comfortable and location worked well for us.

Very nice condo in beautiful location - watch the sun rise over the mountains from the living room and stroll down to golf course for sunsets. Well appointed and nicely stocked unit was great place to stay.

Perfect holiday in Princeville

We recently stayed here during Christmas and had a fabulous time. We came as a family with our two kids, ages 18 and 20. It was our first time in Kauai and it was fantastic. The hiking, snorkeling and beaches were fantastic. The condo kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with all the utensils we needed. This is the nicest, most well-equipped condo/VRBO we've ever stayed in. Everything was clean and as it appears in the photos. The living room/kitchen area was roomy and comfortable to "hang out" together in the evenings. There were beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler. It was so nice and we very much appreciated the added "extras". It made our stay that much easier and better. The staff was friendly and kind. We only had one minor issue with the television and they were responsive and helped resolved the issue and get it working. Overall, thank you for sharing your place. It's the perfect retreat for relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you!

Great place for a few days on our Honeymoon!

Very Relaxing. Very clean and air co in every room was great! As a couple this was a perfect spot! Kitchen had everything we needed for 4 nights. Pleasantly surprised with the beach gear. Very quiet complex - pool and spa was great while we BBQed. Had trouble getting the football games, so it helped us get out of the house. Loved watching the golfers and heard/saw some helicopters. Would recommend and stay again! Could see the ocean from the deck and loved it!

Decor is bright and cozy. Immediately feel relaxed.

This is our “secret” little gem to making Kauai an extra relaxing island. The place is beautiful, great furnishings…cozy sofas, well appointed kitchen and soft sheets…it’s actually really nice! Plus it has an excellent location for easy access to everything on the north side. You can even walk to Queen’s Bath (ONLY if it’s a calm and safe ocean day, of course). We can’t wait to return.

We can't think of a negative thing to say!

We had a wonderful nine days at Emmalani Court 321. From the notification the day before our arrival asking us what time we would arrive to the easy check in all done via email and text we could not have had a better experience. We have stayed in this unit before and love how nicely this unit flows and provides privacy for 2 couples with each having a "Master Bath" essentially ensuite. The furnishings are comfortable and beautiful quality. The kitchen is a dream for people who like to cook, with beautiful dishes and knives that actually cut!! The lanai is wonderful to sit on with a drink and watch the distant ocean and the golf course. The pool is a perfect size for a quick dip or hanging out in the evening. The complex is close to Hideaways Beach if you are willing to take the steep path down (soooo worth it, but not in flip flops). We highly recommend this unit. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, perfect for families or couples looking to relax.

Great location. My family love it from the time we walked in. My 19-year-old said the pantry had the basics to make a cup of coffee and a few spices. the property had signs/notes around, so we were able to locate and operate everything. everything was in its place and ready for our stay. Please provide extra towels, so we don't have to was so often.

Excellent Accommodations for Family of Four

First, appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness from the property managers; including an easy check-in and check-out process. The condo was the perfect place to serve as a home base to our family to enjoy a week long vacation in Kuai. We felt right at home as the beds were unbelievably comfortable, walking distance to a lot of epic coastal scenery, and easy drives to numerous restaurants and beaches near-by. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities needed (and then some) that allowed us to prepare nice family meals for those times we decided not go to a restaurant; which saved us a lot of money. The condo was very clean with modern furniture and fixtures. We will definitely rent this condo unit again for our annual family vacation.

Most amazing vacation!

We had the MOST AMAZING time at this location with our family! So much space for our family of 4 and everything was spotless and gorgeous-it felt like we were living in a Pottery Barn magazine! The view was beautiful and the location very quiet and peaceful. We slept very well each night in extremely comfy beds with cold air conditioning on us and enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets on our balcony. Highly HIGHLY recommend this condo for anyone wanting to come to Kauai! 1st class service and amenities! Thank you again for everything!

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We arrived at 10:30 am and were hoping for an early check in since they had told us that this unit was not a back to back arrival. We drove to the office which looked like a storage unit and nobody was there, nobody answered the phone either. The laundry guy helped us reaching somebody that said she was going to text us when the unit was ready. It was 3pm and nothing. We called again and finally a guy answered me at around 3:09 he was not aware of our arrival either but he sent a msg to let me know that it was ready. Not a pleasant arrival experience, specially when we walked into the room and the welcoming package was under another person’s name with different arrival dates. They also gave us two sets of keys and one of them was for another unit. The AC in the living room worked great but the bedrooms were super hot and didnt get any better. I kept calling and sending messages about a remote that wasnt working, the key set and the AC but the one time they answered they told us someone was coming to assist us but that didnt happen. They switched the wrong key for the right one after 5 days of our arrival and never got to fix the AC. For the high priced we paid, we were expecting better service.

Aloha Eli, the unit was not ready for an early arrival as you had not requested it nor paid for it, thus it was not fully prepared for early arrival.  You could have easily set that up ahead of time.  However, I see it was ready at 3pm and you received and read the text notification (luckily all that is recorded these days).  So, not sure why you are stating otherwise.  In terms of the AC remote, again we have all the communication.  I see you reported the faulty remote and we immediately came to check and texted you that we needed to remove it to change the batteries (as special tool is needed) and added that the other two remotes control all the ACs in the unit (which were all working just fine).  We left the ACs all on for you as you were not in the unit.  When we returned the remote the next day, we also gave you a second set of keys and apologized that we gave you the wrong second set.  It was not after five days.  In reviewing all the communication date and time stamps, I see we addressed all issues in a timely, professional manner.

Great Condo and Location

This condo proved to be a perfect place for our family of four to experience and enjoy our island adventure. We appreciated the design details that went into the place that allowed us to feel as if it were an extension of our own home. The kitchen is so well stocked that we ended up cooking more meals than we had planned (including BBQ at the pool area) during our 10 day stay, but still had numerous great dining experiences at nearby restaurants in Princeville and Hanalei. We also appreciated the location of the property within Princeville; easy drive to beautiful beaches, nearby towns in Hanalei and Kilauea. We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much that we have already booked the place for next summer.

Wonderful place to stay with two beaches in walkable distance. The apartment is well equipped and especially the kitchen has anything that you could wish for. Supermarket is close by, short trip to Hanalei bay, where you can find lots of restaurants and shops. We had a bit of trouble with check-in but the hosts very much made up for it with good communication and a complimentary late check out. I very much recommend this place!

August Kauai North Shore visit for adventures

My husband and I stayed here in August with our 2 children. This was the perfect spot for our family to call “home base” as we explored the North Shore of Kauai. The unit was beautiful, well-stocked, and very clean. Both master suites have A/C, which was nice in August. We appreciated the beach toys, boogie boards, and beach towels. The Parrish Collection office in Princeville was very responsive to our few questions and the check in process was easy. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks!

Great condo VRBO can’t communicate

As far as the property it was excellent very clean and well appointed, kitchen could be better stocked but still not bad. Pool and clubhouse great and easy walk. My biggest frustration was trying to communicate with VRBO…when I had questions and wanted to speak with someone live the number to call was hard to find and when I did finally find it on hold for a long time .remember that not everyone who uses VRBO is computer savvy. Overall good experience though

Wonderful condo to call home

We’ve been here for 6 glorious days and nights. Beautiful condo has all you need. The photos are very true to life. Very clean and gorgeous decor. Really like the set up for entry, open kitchen, large dining table, living room with huge screen TV. The bedrooms each with private bathrooms are spacious and I love the rainshowers! Kitchen has everything if you wish to cook in paradise. I love how the lanai is so secluded and private feeling. And it comes with a relaxing view of emaculate golf greens, fantastic sunrises and loads of different bird songs! I especially enjoy the dove songs and watching the albatross glide along the greens in effortless flight. If you love a clean place, gentle breezes and a quiet atmosphere, you’ll love Emmalani Court 321. We will miss this island home, and plan to come back and share with friends next year. Aloha.

Lovely Emmalani Court Vacation Rental

We enjoyed our stay at Emmalani Court #321 so much that we booked it again for our next visit! We’re on the north shore of Kauai often and this is one of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. This unit has been tastefully updated and is very clean, comfortable, sunny and cheerful. The beds were great, very comfortable and linens and towels were good quality and in good condition. The bathrooms were large and lovely, look at the pictures! The lanai will seat four people comfortably and has golf course and ocean views, perfect for breakfasts and Happy Hour! The washer and dryer were in a room of their own, the kitchen had everything we needed, just like home! This rental definitely shows pride of ownership!

Have you ever walked into a place and been completely blown away? This place will do that to you.

Everything about this residence is fantastic. I am an interior designer in los angeles, and extremely picky. From the minute I entered the unit I felt at home. The furnishings, bathrooms, linens, and overall look is fantastic. When we return to Kauai, our first stop will be to #321 Emmalani Court.

I love this place!

So tastefully decorated and beautiful view! It rained every day so stayed in quite a bit…ventured out between downpours! It was so beautiful we didn’t mind at all staying inside! Definately a place we would return again!!! Well done on the decor!

Very Beautiful and comfortable stay

This was our second time to rent this condo and it definitely will not be the last. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The beds are so nice we have tried to buy one like it it and ship it back to Texas. If you want relaxation and elegance then you will love this place. This is a chefs dream. The kitchen has every modern appliance you need to cook gourmet meals. The owners have furnished the property with nice and ample dinnerware and cutlery. Beautiful battery operated candles are throughout the place and are timed to come on at 5pm every evening. Just a short walk behind the condos are breathtaking views of the cliffs and sunsets over Bali Hai. You will fall in love with this place.

Clean quiet and close to everything we needed. They were well equipped and very beautiful.

We stayed at 2 different Parrish properties. The answers here apply to both except the beds. The beds at Poipu Kapili #58 were very hard but the ones in Emmalani Court #321 were amazing. The only improvement I would request would be a heat in the pool at Poipu Kapili. It was very cold and when we moved to Emmalani Court they have a heated pool and it was much nicer. (First world problem). The website just seemed more professional and when I called the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This place was incredible!

this place was amazing. it really left like my dream house. for me, the best thing about this place was the bathroom. that bathroom made me feel so relaxed that I took another shower after another just to stay in there longer. I cant find anything bad about this place. very much recommended!

The condo was spacious, comfortable and liked the location.

The condo was well cared for, adequately supplied for us to prepare our meals, bed extremely comfortable along with the living area. The location was quiet, beautiful views and close enough to the pool. We enjoyed the patio area each morning with our coffee, provided us with a little of the aloha experience. Would like to stay there again. We were a little nervous with the white carpet and furniture but worked out well!!!

Had a great stay and looking forward to staying again in the future

This apartment was great and is very well equipped. Would looked forward to stay there again in the future. My only issue is that the check out time is 10a! That is a difficult time to leave especially when most flights are later in the afternoon.
