Parrish Collection is wonderful and helpful. Would stay with them again. This condo is roomy and has a good view, but it needs updating.

Condo was good enough.
Communication with the property management company was great! Location was great! We loved Princeville!Condo had a washer and dryer which was very helpful to us since we adventure a bit and get dirty. Main bathroom was very nice. Bed was large and very comfortable. TVs were very small, but who actually watches TV on vacation in Hawaii anyway?Disappointed that a window was hit by a golf ball and boarded up which impaired our view from the condo. Wasn\'t anyone\'s fault (other than the golfer).Not ideal that the AC is only in the bedroom. Fortunately, the weather was mild and the rest of the condo stayed relatively cool.Only other issue was that the pool was cold and the hottub was under repair and could not be used.Would book through the property management company again and definitely stay in Princeville, but probably not in this same condo.

Communication with our guests is a priority to The Parrish Team and we are happy hear you felt we did a great job. The issue with the window in the unit and the spa is unfortunate circumstances. We did advise you in advance about the broken window. The spa date of getting fixed kept getting delayed to the delivery time of the part. Due to the location of Kauai, there can be delays in receiving necessary materials. We would be happy to assist you in finding a unit with air conditioning throughout and a resort that has a heated pool should you find yourself returning to Kauai. Hope to welcome you back soon.

Wonderful place to stay! We found the kitchen to be well equipped for cooking as well as other items you might need (beach towels, chairs, etc.) were a bonus. We loved the balcony and view of the water. Would stay again.

Updated home away from home
If you are looking for comfort and quiet, this place is for you. It is on the second floor, which is the top floor, so you do not have to worry about any stomping neighbors above. There is a well working AC in the bedroom which is hard to find in Kauai. It keeps the place nice and cool and also helps to drown out the street noise. The condo is very nicely updated so it has a lovely ambiance and was very clean. It overlooks the golf course with the ocean in the distance. During our 11 day stay, there was a nesting Albatross in the golf course across from our window. It was pretty cool watching him every day. We named him Jack. It is also nice that the condo is within walking distance from Hideaway Beach and Queen’s bath because there is little parking at those two spots. We really enjoyed our stay!
Awesome spot!
We loved how clean and comfortable the condo is. We loved how spacious it was for the two of us. We loved the view and the air conditioning. Also loved the washer and dryer. We will be back!

We had a great time staying at the condo! Plenty of room for the four of us. It had a beautiful view of the ocean! Would definitely stay there again!

Contact less checkin was amazing. Rental was very clean and had everything we needed for our 9 night stay.
Good location, good view.
Good not great. Sliding door to patio really hard to open and close. Water pressure in showers in bathroom weak at best. Still waiting days later for owners to confirm the stuff I left behind by accident will be returned… Good location, good price for location and nice view.
Hi, Marsha! The lanai door has been readjusted. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about the water pressure since it is related to the entire complex. Hopefully we get to see you again!

Exactly what we needed and more
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was incredible, the layout was simple and spacious, and we enjoyed the balcony and full kitchen. We will be back!
Sweet location
Great spot to relax . Very quiet with close access to beach . Queens bath and snorkeling. Store 2 miles up the street . Nice project pool and spa . Would come Back . No big hotels in area which made it more special
Nice clean place with good views
The place had all the basics you find in a VRBO and a few extras, like beach chairs. It’s centrally located to a couple local spots you can walk to. Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach. Easy commute to the local grocery store. Only a few restaurants in the area and they are still pretty locked down in Covid procedures. Hanalei is blocked much of the time due to the landslide. You need to plan your Northern adventures out carefully. Everything cost more than you are used to. AC in the bedroom was amazing… when we chose this place it was because of the AC. It didn’t cover the rest of the house though… which made cooking a chore …overall a nice place for 2. Wouldn’t want to even attempt sleeping on the pull out. No AC and the couch is older. We stay here again.

Great Place
We loved our stay. Perfect location walking distance to Hiddeways Beach and Queensbath and easy drive into Hanalei for dinner. Walked out to the cliffs every night at 7p to sit and sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The condo was very nice with a beautiful pool. Our refrigerator stopped working and they came that same day and switched it out. They were great.
DREAMY!
This place was a dream! Had everything we needed from laundry to a stocked kitchen and beach chairs! The location was superb with the view of the ocean! Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful setting. Common areas very nice. Condo needs attention. Six forks? Bathroom sink barely drained. Wiring questionable.

Had you called on needing additional forks or 'questionable wiring' we would have gladly gone out to bring you additional forks for a party of two and we would have been more than happy to look at the wiring that was in question.
