These Kauai condos are located on over 22 acres of Hawaiian paradise, featuring mature tropical gardens with endless flowers, trees and other flora, cascading pools and lava rock waterfalls, and is steps to one of Hawaii’s most beautiful white sand beaches.

Not only is the Hanalei Bay Resorts’ pool one of the best on Kauai, the views from the one, two and three bedroom condo suites are amazing. The view.......

We spent 4 nights here and wish we had stayed 1 more. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. We recognized this when we first walked in. No musty smell from humidity and dampness. It is a very comfortable condo and we felt at home. It has everything you could possibly need. The beds bwere the most comfortable that i have had in a rental unit. Slept like babies after long days out and about. The grounds of HBR are just gorgeous. The restaurant's food was delicious. Nice cocktails and live music. And finally, the view. Which is the reason i booked this condo. A jaw dropping peaceful and stunning view that changes from 1 minute to the next. We had coffee every morning with that view. The best way to start every morning. This stay was the end of a 2 week 20th anniversary trip between the big island, oahu and Kauai. I am so glad that we saved this stay for last. It was the best part of the entire trip. I cant wait to go back and would definitely rent here again.

Better than advertised

The view was even better than the pictures and everything we could have hoped for was provided in the condo. The adjoining studio gave our kiddos plenty of space and privacy. This was an extremely comfortable stay for our family of 4.

Seriously I want to return here over and over again.

Such a professional organization and the condo and property we stayed in was unlike any other. This was the best vacation we have ever had and a lot of it was because of where we stayed.

Absolutely ahhhh-mazing!!!

What a phenomenal place to stay. Wow! We arrived late at night and what a fantastic surprise waiting for us as we woke to the views out of the bedroom and then family room. We seriously cannot wait to come back to this exact place again. Loved, loved, loved the quiet (minus the roosters lol) venue. The close-by beach felt private, and staff friendly.

At first I was skeptical of using The Parrish Collection for our trip. I had never heard of them and wanted to make sure we had the best experience. I did some research and found out that they were reputable and really the best place to go thru. They delivered on every category. It was super easy to book. We got lots of reminder emails and as we got close to our trip they sent us check in instructions. My wife and mother had to check in without me and they said that experience was super smooth with really nice people to help them. They even let them in early! Our rental was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. We had one miner issue with the AC in our main rental unit. It didn't work the whole time we were there but because of how close it was to the water it never got real hot in our unit. We LOVED our view!!! It was paradise for two weeks! everything we could have hoped for! Thank you to the owner of this unit! They had great local art and a beautiful spot! Thank you Parrish! We will definitely be back!

Nice stay at Hanalei Bay

Very good location, loved the view, loved the complex. Very smooth check in. We shopped around on VRBO and other sites and chose this place because of best combination of pricing and view and we wanted two bedrooms. Some minor problems with our unit: the dishwasher had a minor leak, and the foam mattress in the master bedroom has seen better days. It is soft and saggy. TV in main room cannot connect to internet, but cable offerings (with commercials) were ample.

Our second time staying in this condo - just the best! Stunning views, well equipped with some beach/pool necessities, beautiful grounds overall. No better place to wake up and sip coffee with a view that can’t be beat. Really communicative and helpful with any questions, easy check in. We shall definitely return!

This apartment was is amazing!! The view is perfect, the area is well maintained and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people, not far from local stores and restaurants. I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

This condo was awesome. It was a short walk from the pool. They had beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler available for our stay. It was a great location for 2 people. We had to work remotely during some of our stay and this wasn't a problem at all. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends/family!

Great View

The property has a great view and a great set-up for two people. Access to the beach from the property and an amazing pool. Located in the back of Princeville on the water in a small community. Bed was comfortable and we were very happy with our stay.

We had such a great time here - very close to Hanalei and a quick drive to other beaches and hikes in the area. The condo was clean and had a lovely view of the ocean. Didn't hurt that the pool bar was a stones throw away!
