Reservation and booking process was seamless. The central location was fantastic. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. Having everything we could think of already stocked in the condo was great. We appreciated the communication from the staff, as well as the extension on a late check out since we had a very late flight.

We had a fabulous stay! The view is incredible and the grounds were immaculate. We loved having the BBQ grills around the pool, the accessibility of the beach was great, and had some wonderful sunrises. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a Great Stay
by Susie Z.This is a great location as it close to the North Island and the South Island. The beach in front is beautiful. With Lydgate park being so close, this is a nice location for families. The unit and complex is very well maintained. The closet full of beach items was fantastic. We used the chairs and cooler very day. The one downside is that there aren't any cushions for the lanai chairs.

Best condo on the island! Stunning condo in the perfect location. Parrish Kauai is top notch. Super communicative and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations. Shoutout to housekeeping. The condo was the cleanest place we have ever rented. Very roomy and tastefully decorated. Slept great in the bed. Great cross breeze and lots of fans available so we stayed comfortable. Had everything we needed for beach or pool days. Loved taking daily walks right on the ocean and so close to Lydgate to dip in the protected part of the ocean. It’s a great spot to stay to explore the whole island and a lot of places to eat and shop close by. We were sad to leave the condo as we felt right at home. Thank you for a great week!

Was very impressed with the checkin process and was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and lots of extras such as beach chairs boogie boards and snorkel gear. The location was great as we were close to all areas of the island. Would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

by Stanley P.We did 8 days in this condo, property is very nice and clean. One major complaint I have is the homeless just outside the property line, that being said we had zero issues with them. Bathrooms are a little dated, however we loved our stay! The fold out bed isn’t very comfortable but for our small kids it was perfect. Central location into ice

This is the third time we’ve stayed at Kaha Lani and the second in this condo, and it was gorgeous and perfect as always. by jodi r.We loved the quiet atmosphere of this neighborhood & the location both on the island & closeness to a nice beach. The condo doesn’t have AC like lots of places on the island, but it was very comfortable in January, especially with the windows open at night. We had a wonderful stay here, the condo was very well stocked & we had a very enjoyable week here!

We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed the beautiful beach at the property. The condo had everything and more of what we needed. The location is ideal and easy to travel the island. Everything was grest except the lack of air conditioning.

We don't advertise this unit as having AC and we are sorry if you were surprised by that when you arrived. We are always happy to help you find a perfect air-conditioned property for your next visit.

by Sean M.Enjoyed the stay for sure. You can hear and see the ocean from front room and patio. Breezes blow consistently through sliding door. Location great for us as visiting family in Kapaa. Only issue being on bottom floor was some heavy walking above us.

Nice access to local beach and onsite pool. Was a bit noisy at night, as unit is at entrance of parking lot and locals use this as a meet up place late at night. Windows don’t seal so was as if they were holding meet up in our bedroom. Otherwise unit was clean and well appointed.

Wonderful property
by Joshua V.Clean. Excellent location. Good provisions. Great pool. Meticulously kept grounds. It was exactly what i was looking for. Only minor critique would be that the instructions for check in should have been sent out sooner. Still had not been contacted at the time of check in and the property was not ready promptly at the check in time. Although when i contacted the property manager, clear instructions were given, and i didnt have to wait but a few minutes for the property to be available, so no big deal.

This was a great condo in a great location. Beautiful view of the ocean. The host was very responsive - we had a couple issues and they responded very quickly. It was easy to find, and easy to get into and out of. The beach gear provided was also a nice touch!

This was a fantastic stay, it had everything we needed and the view was amazing. It was walking distance from Lydgate Beach which was perfect for snorkeling. The place was very clean and they had the fans on and music playing when we entered which was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again when we return to to Kauai. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location! We were in the middle of everything. Guest services were very helpful and we had no problem locating our key. The apartment was the cleanest place we ever stayed at and the amenities were wonderful. There was an attendant who circulated the resort constantly. The outside grill by the pool was my husband favorite. He got to take a swim, while he waited for our hamburgers to grill. He said the grill was always spotless and ready to use. I loved taking morning walks along the beach and being welcomed by the beach resident cats and roosters. Lydgate Beach is located at the far end of the resort and was excellent place for beginners snorkeling at sunset.
