Picture of view must have been a few years out of date. There is no view of ocean or palm trees BUT it was very private. Weird mechanical noise from building or pool pump. We got used to it. Overall the space was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Loved that the parking space is directly in front of unit.

This condo and location exceeded expectations, which were high! Our family of three had the perfect week on Kauai with this as our home away from home. We especially enjoyed the easy walkable proximity to beaches, restaurants, the pool, and coffee. Would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the south shore!

We had a fantastic time at Poipu Kai , the appartment is crazy , the resort is fantastic and access to the beach is very easy and we had the surprise to meet turtles inmediately. I strongy recommend this location for unforgettable holidays

The apartment is spacious and clean. It is well equipped including portable beach chairs and umbrella which were very useful for walking to the beach and sitting comfortably. The bed is comfortable and the living room was cosy.

Very nice ground level one bedroom condo with very nice grounds, pool and hot tub. Provided well stocked kitchen and an outside bbq. It was an easy walk to a great beach where saw sea turtles and had a great view of sunsets.

Parrish and team did well welcoming us with a clean house. The location is within walking distance to Poipu beach for us to watch titles (a.m) and stars (p.m.). The little things like coolers, hangers in laundry room, complete kitchen sets, made a huge difference during our stay. We’ll definitely return to the unit and location.

Comfortable home away from home

This condo was perfect for our stay in Kauai. Close to beaches, restaurants and local attractions while still feeling quiet and homey. Parrish Kauai was easy to communicate with and they provided everything we needed.

Great for kids

The kids had a great time at this condo. Great location also walking distance to a kid accessible beach and playground. The pool on the property occupied the kids 2-3 times daily. Husband wishes the hot tub had been fixed and working. Hopefully by next time.

Spacious, very clean and nicely decorated apartment. The apartment was very well located close to the beach, and shops and restaurants were also nearby. The rental agency was very responsive when we requested bedding for the second bed in the living room.

Beautiful Furnishings but Bad Location

This is one of the best furnished condos we have stayed at in Kauai. The condo is large and everything is very nice. My first complaint is that it backs up against the pool and the landscaping doesn’t give you any privacy if you want to use the lanai. Also, there is a lot of noise from the pool even at night so it was hard keeping the sliding door open. My second complaint is that the bedroom is right next to the trash containers and if you leave the windows open, there are some people who don’t care and make a lot of noise throwing out their trash and recycling items. My third complaint is that the road noise starts at about 6:30 am almost every morning and with the windows open and being one of the buildings next to the road, you can’t help hearing it. We were gone from the condo almost every day from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm visiting family, but these 3 things would keep me from staying here again.

Fantastic unit and good location, not a bad walk to beach and park.

Other than having to hear every step in the unit above it was a great unit. Private location that felt secluded even with the pool being right there. We had a great time, loved the unit and everything that was included in it. Thank you!

Great!

The condo was large and open. Had great air flow which was perfect for the warm nights. Check in was easy and best of all, the beach was about a 4 minute walk down a well kept path. Beautiful!

Kahala Unit 113

as usual the parrish collection delivered a great place for tremendous value. we had never stayed at kahala 113 before and had been renting 2 bedroom units from parrish in the past, but for just my wife and i this 1 bedroom was awesome, ocean view, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, close walk to brenneke’s, great furnishings, new tile and faucets, can’t wait to come back to kauai and stay at kahala 113, and of course the service was terrifc! thanks parrish

Home sweet home

Home sweet home. This is what we said every time we came back to our place at Poipu Kai #113. We loved the privacy and the spaciousness. We were there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and loved everything about this condo. Poipu is the place to stay in Kauai. Everything is easy driving distance away and more important, you can walk to many of the best snorkeling and boogie boarding places on the island. We loved the expansive grounds and the 5 minute walk to the beach, the restaurants and shopping close by, and the helpfulness of the staff. # 113 has everything you could need including kitchen, laundry, iPod connection, spacious bedroom and newly remodeled kitchen, a beautiful decor and our own private outside patio. We can’t wait to return.

Convenient location to walkways to the beach,near complex pool,

Unit had very nice updates and was spacious even though a one bedroom. Parrish pays attention to details such as toiletries in the restrooms and nice dishware as well.

Beautiful, clean and updated unit

I’ve been to Kauai many times and have always stayed in the Poipu area. This unit is one of the best I’ve used. It is a newly remodeled one bedroom condo with all the bells a whistles conviently located to all activities. The unit is located very close to the pool for easy access with a nice quiet deck to read and relax on. I would definetly stay here again. Thank you.
