Kahala at Poipu Kai #113

We loved our stay and this Airbnb. Great location, very spacious, private outdoor area steps from the pool and hot tub, beautiful view. Check in and out was incredibly easy. Important to note that there isn’t A/C so it’ll be warm, HOWEVER there is a standing AC unit in the bedroom and if you turn it on (at night just for sleeping of course) and close all the doors to the room it gets nice and cold and we slept very well. As long as you’re OK with that, 100% recommend. We really didn’t mind.

Such a great stay at this condo - beautiful grounds with a walking path that leads right to poipu beach, nice grill areas in the community, and a fully equipped kitchen for meals. Having AC in the bedroom was a nice luxury. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This will be our go to place to stay on Kauai if available! Perfect location walking distance to the beach and great restaurants ! Very well kept up uniit with really cool decor. Will definitely book again!

This place was amazing! The host was very responsive, the location was great, everything went smoothly, the place itself was pristine, and the house was described very accurately! Worth every penny!

This condo was in an excellent location, walking distance to Poipu beach and a couple restaurants. The place was stocked nicely with coolers and beach chairs. Would definitely consider staying here again when we come back.

We chose this location because of the photo showing the ocean in the background. In reality, very limited ocean view. There were also several water leaks that were a hassle to deal with. However, we did enjoy our stay.

Great place to stay

A wonderful stay. It is everything I imagine when I think of Hawaii. A Wonderful host that was very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and thoughtfully furnished. Parking is right in front of the unit and convenient.

The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the samples of local Kauai coffee and tea they had for us. They even had beach towels and chairs for use (though we didn’t end up using them).

This is a ground-level unit with a nice outdoor seating area (lanai). The grounds are gorgeous and easy to access from the lanai.

Note that there is a swimming pool directly in front of the unit, but tall trees give total privacy. We heard some noise in the unit from people using the pool, but that ended by 10pm.

The folks at Parrish are responsive and their instructions to check in and out were very clear.

Overall this was a great listing and I would definitely stay here again.

Picture of view must have been a few years out of date. There is no view of ocean or palm trees BUT it was very private. Weird mechanical noise from building or pool pump. We got used to it. Overall the space was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Loved that the parking space is directly in front of unit.

This condo and location exceeded expectations, which were high! Our family of three had the perfect week on Kauai with this as our home away from home. We especially enjoyed the easy walkable proximity to beaches, restaurants, the pool, and coffee. Would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the south shore!

We had a fantastic time at Poipu Kai , the appartment is crazy , the resort is fantastic and access to the beach is very easy and we had the surprise to meet turtles inmediately. I strongy recommend this location for unforgettable holidays

Amazing place to stay at to enjoy the island! Will definitely recommend and definitely will rebook it when I return to Kauai. Stop looking and book this place right now.

The apartment is spacious and clean. It is well equipped including portable beach chairs and umbrella which were very useful for walking to the beach and sitting comfortably. The bed is comfortable and the living room was cosy.

Good location ! Only few mins walk to nice beaches. We enjoyed out stay.

Very nice ground level one bedroom condo with very nice grounds, pool and hot tub. Provided well stocked kitchen and an outside bbq. It was an easy walk to a great beach where saw sea turtles and had a great view of sunsets.

Parrish and team did well welcoming us with a clean house. The location is within walking distance to Poipu beach for us to watch titles (a.m) and stars (p.m.). The little things like coolers, hangers in laundry room, complete kitchen sets, made a huge difference during our stay. We’ll definitely return to the unit and location.
