KBV15G5 is a beautiful unit just above the pool with a gorgeous view of the Maui oven and Oneloa. Nicely decorated and perfect for our vacation.

One disturbing item: No landline in service and no cell service. Had to drive OUT from the property in order to use cell. Was told cell towers are far from property.

If we were to come again, I would request a one-story unit.

This is a great location. Five minutes to the beach and the Kapalua Trail. Ten Minutes to Kapalua Bay. The condo is run down and needs a lot of cosmetic repair, painting, tile work, updated furniture, etc. All of the appliances worked satisfactorily. If you don't mind the disarray this is a good place to stay depending on the nightly price you get.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas. The best thing about our unit was the views from the bedroom. Incredible! Great large, covered lanai and easy access to the pool and beach. This location allows for easy walking all around the area. Would definitely rent here again!

For the visitor, the views and location are tremendous.

To the owner, I would say your cloths dryer didn't work. It stopped all the time with "clean the filter" messages. We cleaned it and even took the filter out. No success. The unit is quite dated compared to two other units we have stayed in on the Bay and on the Ridge.

Overall, we had a great, relaxing stay.

4 nights at Kapalua Bay Villas in January 2022! Kapalua is certainly a beautiful location. Excellent proximity to the beach.nLovely view from the condo. Ease of parking. But the unit itself! 15G5! You have to be embarrassed. This unit had what looked like original carpet from 1980. It was alarming. The bathroom and kitchen need to be blown up and started again. They had original 1980 tiles, old appliances, poor layout, tired older bed. For the cost of these rentals, you would think management would do a better job of putting out a quality product befitting the beautiful location. I would recommend the area, but not this unit. This is a beautiful location. We have stayed at these properties 3 times in the last 15 years. This particular condo is overdue for a head to toe refresh. The kitchen smelled of mildew and made food prep unappealing. Blinds don’t got up or down. Peeling paint. Ants. Drawers on dressers don’t open or close. Disappointed in this unit.

We stayed here for the second time and love the view from this villa. The beach is wonderful and beautiful and the snorkeling is lovely. The bed is comfy and upstairs. This property is not intended for people with walking problems.

We loved this rental condo. The view from both floors was unbeatable. The 180 degree view from the bedroom was breathtaking. The location was perfect. Steps from the pool and the Kapalua Trail. The beach directly below the unit was almost private. There were never more than 15 other people on the entire beach. There are several great snorkeling areas within a couple of miles - one - Kapalua Bay is within walking distance. We did not cook much, so we cannot speak to how well appointed the kitchen was. A plus with this unit is having two bathrooms with showers. We look forward to staying here again.

Booked the villa prior to lockdown. Very honorable for owners to provide credit for 2021. The view is "rent-a-one percent" from sunrise to sunset. Upscale restaurants and neighborhood. No amenities hidden fees.

My husband and I stayed here recently while we were in Maui to attend a wedding. The event was at the Montage, so this property was a very convenient, walking distance to the event. We especially enjoyed the ocean view from the upstairs bedroom. What a treat to be able to see an occasional spouting whale from your bedroom! We did find the resort areas of Maui to be extremely busy with lots of people everywhere, and there was a lot of traffic, making driving anywhere a bit stressful. The resort does have a shuttle available if you want to avoid driving. It was quiet near our unit which was a nice escape from the crowds of people at beaches, etc.

The views from this unit are amazing. The downside is the unit is in dire need of being updated.

The property looked exactly like it did in the photos if not better and the view was really spectacular! The grounds and location were really beautiful too. The only negative was that the hair blow dryer did not work! Fortunately the wind was blowing like crazy most of our stay so a blow dryer was not necessary! We ate at Da Kitchen Café (Kahului), Leoda's Kitchen and Pie Shop, The Gazebo, Miso Phat, A'A Roots, Maui Brewing Company, Paia Fish Market and Monkeypod Kitchen(Ka'anapali) and all had great food, service and value for the money! We were only in Maui for a few days, but we went whale watching twice with Ultimate Whale Watch and drove up to Haleakala for the sunrise (unfortunately it was raining/sleeting this time), hit a couple of beaches, and got a tattoo at Mid Pacific Tattoo. We really enjoyed every aspect of our trip and I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family!

As soon as we walked into the unit we could smell something that was not right. Our assumption is there was recent water damage that grew a black mold on some walls and register vents. Management delivered an air purifier and wanted to clean the mold with bleach. They offered to give our money back, but everywhere was sold out. Had no choice but to stay. The smell was disgusting and the unit needs a total gut. Dated everything! So disappointed!!

Beautiful view. We had a wonderful time. The Villa was just like the pictures on the website. The only thing that was a surprise for us was the amount of stairs to get to the room and all around the complex.

Our stay in Unit 15G5 was amazing! The unit is ideally located within the development -- perched above surrounding buildings with virtually unlimited views of Oneloa Bay and Molokai.

We loved our Maui experience, and a large part of what we loved was our villa. First, there are a LOT of issues with this condo - it is dated, drawers & cupboards don't close, tiling is dirty, furnishings are outdated, carpet is 'sketchy', all appliances are old and dated and some don't work ... and with all that being said, we would return. We are outdoor enthusiasts, nature lovers and adventurers so being 'indoors' is not a big deal for us. The location of this condo is without compare - we ventured out every morning for a walk / hike / run ... and didn't have to drive anywhere. the beach is a short walk below - the pool is right outside the front door ... and restaurants and golf are all within walking distance. We did have one issue with 'partiers' at the pool late one night and we couldn't sleep because of the noise (but Im sure the association would have dealt wth this if we had called). NOTE: the pictures in the listing are OLD and do not depict the condo honestly. It is much older and dated than the photos - and one thing we noticed is that the blinds in the bedroom (second floor) were not working (i guess they are fixing them). We decided to leave the blinds OPEN and we were okay with the 5:30am sunrise - one of our perks was watching the sun come up, but if you like to sleep in, this is not the place for you. One of the blinds was paper - and was 'taped' up and blocked our view ... so we 'paper-clipped' it up so we could enjoy the view ... If you want 'working' blinds, I would inquire when they will be fixed so you actually get what you see in the photos. The sectional and TV in the main living room is horrible - we couldnt sit comfortable without the entire sectional separating and moving in the tile floor - a small carpet would solve this, and we almost bought one just to enjoy watching TV in the evenings, but we didn't seem to be in the condo a lot. The addition of snorkeling gear, beach chairs and towels was nice. Very clean!

I will keep this short. The view from the villa is amazing. I really enjoyed that. Now the issues I had with the property are as followed. Blinds, well the upstairs is the bedroom and it has a ocean view. It has a little deck and some big windows. Well those windows have blinds on them. 4 of them would not come down. I called Vicky about it and got no response or a call back. I called the onsite property manage and talked to him about it. He was aware of this and told me that blinds where ordered and wouldn’t be there for 4 to 5 weeks. Well that does me no good. Even though I am on vacation in paradise, I am on vacation and would like to sleep in. They did put up a “blind” on one of the windows. That didn’t help anything. Honestly if I would have known the blinds did NOT work in the bedroom, I wouldn’t have rented this property. Things like this should be mentioned on the rental description. I think the property management company should disclose this. The owner of the property obviously hasn’t been there in a long time or doesn’t care. The shower upstairs is something else to say the least. Haha don’t use it. You’ll see when you get there. That was a joke. Beach access is nice. The area is nice. The blinds are junk. I would have liked some money back. But that’s hopeful thinking.

The views from the upper floor as well as the main floor are breathtaking. We were able to see whales breaching each day and had a spectacular view of the ocean. But that being said, the state of the current window blinds was disappointing. One blind was missing, right beside the bed which is a pretty important one. Another broke as soon as we tried to open it. The others were almost impossible to either lift or rotate. So we called Aloha Vacations and Vicky had someone come by almost immediately and put up a temporary blind as well as repair the broken one. The disappointing fact was that you have this amazing view but we had to just set the blinds and not fuss with them too much. We never sat upstairs much but we did utilize the main floor more. The main blind that faced the ocean was the only one that we would lift each morning. As stated by other reviewers, the condo was amazingly clean but outdated. A fresh coat of paint and some patch work would go a long way to freshen this beautiful condo up. Most of the negatives we encountered were small such as ...no oven mitts, the sectional couch is not conducive to the flooring and kept sliding around or separating and the blinds (as stated). There were zero bugs (except for a few small ants in the small downstairs bathroom) which was amazing given the amount of ants outside that you see on the pathways, etc. The views were amazing, the condo was very quiet, the bed was so comfortable. There is a small mini poster on the counter as well as a binder for the condo, which is great, but the information inside needs updating. It mentions a parking pass. Turns out you do not require one, the info is outdated. As well,there was zero info given for the security box. We would for sure stay at this complex again but not this condo. When we show up for our vacation, we do not want to waste time contacting anyone about broken blind, parking passes or security boxes.

I was familiar with location as a friend owns here. Truly paradise. Great location. Only negatives would be the ants and blinds being difficult to lower

My daughters and I had a fantastic week long stay at Kapalua Bay Villa unit 15G5. The views of the ocean were fantastic. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The unit was very quiet, and had very good privacy. We found it to be just a short walk to the beach. We had no issues with anything during our week long stay. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

We have been to Hawaii probably 15 times, and this was our favorite spot ever. Fantastic condo--location, setup, views and service were all the best we'd experienced. Easy parking, pool access and plenty of great food close-by. No issues with condo but got immediate response when called with questions, and really liked the mid-stay linen change. Everything was smooth and easy. We will be back!

We stayed at 15G5 in April 2017 and loved our trip so much we knew we wanted to stay at 15G5 this last trip. Unbeatable views from both floors. We love the location and the ability to walk to several beaches nearby. Marty and Vicki were great to work with and very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. When we arrived, we noticed the TV wasn't working. I sent an email to Marty and when we returned to the villa later that day we had a brand new TV. Maintenance was super quick to take care of it! Hopefully we will be able to return to Maui someday and this villa will be our first rental choice!

Our unit was perfect. Everything was clean and well appointed.We loved the ocean views from the bedroom and living room. The bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable. If staying in the Northwest of Maui, I would definitely recommend this unit.

We have stayed in this unit many times over the years. The location and views are amazing. The unit is in need of some TLC, attention to carpet and peeling paint on walls would assist.

We have stayed in this unit twice, and have booked it for next year! It is very comfortable, and the views from upstairs are stunning! The new bed is very comfy and the new large and small appliances were greatly appreciated. It is very clean. The unit is looking a bit tired and could use upgrades, but we very much enjoyed our stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa. Great location to see so much of the island and it turned out to be our favorite part of the island. The place is very clean, spacious and fantastic views. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

We are seasoned Maui visitors having been many times.I lived there for a couple of years We've stayed all over Lahaina side & always have a good time regardless of the condo. This place though, it's special. We had some crummy weather & had to work so spent more time inside than is our norm. And it was spectacular. Kazillion dollar views for a condo price. Fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing. A true Maui experience this trip was. Fabulous views from both levels. It's a townhome with up & downstairs. Two lanais. Lovely. I loved not having people on top or bottom of us and though I think we had a shared wall with a neighbor, if they were there, we never saw or heard them. From Kapalua, we could drive to a place with less rain We ran into very few people which is exactly what we needed this trip though those who we did encounter were all very friendly. I arrived off of the airplane with a full blown,horrid migraine & it was early. Well before check in. My husband called Vicki at Aloha Vacation Villas and she thankfully let us check in early. We sincerely appreciate that because if not for this, I'd have had to go to an Urgent care. She let us check in, I slept & woke up fine. Mahalo Vicki! All the amenities are there. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. We could cook in the kitchen or go out as we liked. Plenty of dishes and generally, all you would need. I have only 1 real complaint and it's the AC. It really does not cool the downstairs much at all. Lots of fans though & breezes if the windows are open. This is my only big complaint since I looked for a place with an AC specifically so I am mentioning it as something folks should be aware of. It may not bother others at all. It was a bit too hot for me. It's a subjective thing. It could use some updating but we knew that, not a problem. All in all, great place & GREAT value for what you get. Came home SO relaxed! Go, enjoy! We did!

We have stayed at Kapalua Villas many times over the past 27 years. We have been repeat visitors to this unit as it is a favorite. The views are amazing, it is an end unit with maximum privacy and furnishings are comfortable. We have stayed in “gold units” and prefer the comfort of this unit as a beach rental. The unit could use a little refreshing in paint and carpet cleaning.

I stayed in 15G5 June 9-10,2017. The property is excellent, very clean, and the location is superb. Outstanding views, updated to a great extent and very clean. Upstairs bedroom has truly outstanding peaceful views of Onoloa Bay and bay between Maui and Molokai/Lanai. Didn't cook, but the kitchen has new updated appliances, refrig, microwave, etc. Its' summer in Maui, so its' hot, but the a/c during the day couldn't keep pace so it wouldn't get below 74 on the thermostat. Programmed not go to below 70, but at evening and nighttime it would drop to the pre designed 70 degrees. This isn't an issue, I'd stay here again and probably will.

My husband and I traveled to Maui for our first time in late April and stayed at the Kapalua Bay Villa 15G5. We had an amazing time and loved our villa! I did lots of research beforehand to try to find the best villa for us and wondered if the pictures online were really how it looked. It was exactly as pictured and even nicer looking in person. The views from the bedroom were amazing. What a wonderful way to wake up each morning! It doesn't have all the upgrades that a "gold" villa has, but those really weren't needed. The villa is in good condition and was clean. The only item I would say that needed replacing was the hair dryer. The bed was a little softer than we normally prefer, but didn't have any trouble sleeping. We stayed busy so were pretty tired each night. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. We were above the pool, but didn't have any complaints. The foliage around the villa provides a lot of privacy. My parents are thinking about traveling to Maui and I'm definitely recommending this villa. If we are able to travel to Maui again, we would definitely stay here! Vicki and Candice were great to work with. Thank you ladies for helping to make our vacation a great one!

Don\'t invite friends over for a glass of wine. The 3 mismatched wineglasses were complimented by garage sale dishes, pans, and glassware that were tacky. The cracked lens in the \"binoculars\" was a poor oversight. The furniture was uncomfortable and poorly placed. The owner seems to be trying to milk every dollar he/she can get without updating anything that was bought in the 70\'s and which might make the guests more comfortable during their stay. If you arrive at night, good luck finding the place, down winding stairs that are poorly marked. The setting is nice, however: not far from the pool and beach, which is lovely. The grills are good for poolside dining if you wish. Incremental costs over and above the basic rental were surprising and decreased the value of the stay. In sum, I would;dn\'t stay in this unit again as there are many other units that are just as nice, or nicer and well appointed for the same or lower cost.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. The condo has such a beautiful view and we loved sitting out on the deck. The pool was just a few steps away and we could see whales going by. The coastal beach walk was amazing. Can't wait to visit again!

The rental was great. A beautiful view, a quiet location, nice pools, comfortable living space and all at a low price. I have been travelling to Hawaii since 1975 and this rental was the best experience of all. We will be back.

We spent our honeymoon here and could not have been more pleased. Although we did go to lots of other parts of the island we could have enjoyed our time in Kapalua and never left. Golfing, snorkling and boogie boarding, awesome restaurants....try Sansei and Merrimans. The home is also right next door to The Montage and we were able to buy a discounted day pass to use their fabulous spa! The home is located in the Bayview Villas. Beautiful views, private corner unit w A/C. Totally upgraded features! 10 stars!!!

My family of 4 were very comfortable in the unit. Much better than a hotel. Very well equipped with utensils, pots pans, even salt and pepper. The unit best attribute is the location and views. The pool roof did not bother us. we could still view the ocean from the lower patio. The condo was clean and everything was inside. Beach towels, soap for laundry and dishwasher. We did not need to contact Jake for anything. We had zero problems with the unit. And we will be back. We highly recommend this condo for any family visiting Maui.

My first impression of the unit was the musty odor downstairs (remedied somewhat by opening the vent windows). The unit was in need of some repair(upstairs slider, blind openers) and upgrading (cookware and dishes). However, it was typical of many private rentals on the islands. The views, however, were outstanding. The bedroom sitting area, where we chose to hang out, was amazing. A 180 degree panorama looking out upon Hawea Point, Oneloa Bay, and beyond. I was able to get several excellent shots of whales breaching from the second floor lanai. With the blinds raised you had the feeling of sitting on a perch with unobstructed views of the entire Kapalua coastline. Yes, the pool house roof does limit the ground floor views somewhat but the lanai was still a great place to have a meal or do some morning sunning. We needed some assistance during our stay and the management company was responsive, courteous and helpful. The location was excellent. Just a few steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach with a couple of restaurants (Merrimans, Pineapple Grill, The Montage) only a few steps further. The views, crashing surf and trade winds were always present and created a soothing backdrop and awesome ambiance that definitely made our stay one to remember. Mahalo and warmest Aloha.

Just want to say the owner and management are so wonderful to deal with and very helpful. The place is breathtaking and we are definitely coming back here next year! I've been to Maui 8x and never once stayed at the same place, this time we won't mind coming back to this same place over and over again.

We spent 8 days in Maui in January without a car and just rental bikes and we were very pleased with this condo. General location was great with very easy walking access to the grocery stores, dining, snorkeling and body surfing locations. The shuttle was fantastic with a quick response on our one rainy evening. The unit is generally clean but with a just a few, no problem maintenance issues common to this climate. The view is outstanding with the exception of the pool house roof (why didn't they design a mansard roof or something along those lines for it?). Arrival and departure was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Vicky was great, and the arrangements were just as expected. I had misplaced the check-in instructions when we arrived, and a quick call was all it took and check-in was a breeze. The villa was on the end of the building overlooking the pool house and had excellent views of the ocean, especially from the upstairs bedroom and balcony. It's a nice walk to either Merriman's, The Ritz, or the Montage for dinner / spa, and of course amazing golf is close by

Rented a townhouse in Kapalua for 10 days and the experience was excellent from all perspectives, the interaction with the renting company, the price for value for the accomodation, the location, etc. The property was older (has not been renovated as some other units in the same complex) but the price reflected this appropriately. It was still very satisfactory regardless.

As always this villa was perfect for us. Casual beach style that is very comfortable. Amazing views from both downstairs and the bedroom, clean and comfortable.

I've just finished a two week stay at the Kapalua Bay villas, the view from this villa is outstanding!! An easy stroll to beaches in including Kapalua bay which is fantastic for kids. If you are a golfer then Kapalua is a must!

We stayed in the Bay Villas for a week to celebrate graduating from medical school and couldn't have lucked out with a better property! The condo was huge for just two of us, and the bedroom was absolutely stunning- 180 degrees of views of the ocean. We watched the sunrise in bed every morning! The beach is a short walk down a few flights of stairs (this property is not ON the beach but again less than a 3 minute walk). We also used the pool on a daily basis- this unit is basically the closest to the pool! Kapalua might be a little farther from all the Maui day trips, but the serenity of that part of the island makes it well worth the extra minutes of driving! Maui is a bit more touristy than the rest of the islands, and the Bay Villas made us feel like we were a bit more remote than the high rise hotels of Kaanapali at Black Rock Beach. We swam at our Kapalua Bay beach every single day, with giant green sea turtles no less! The biggest pros- location, a quiet beautiful beach, views from the bedroom- I can't highlight this enough! Also air conditioning was a luxurious treat, and as I mentioned, the size of the condo blew us away. We also enjoyed that in the closet was a stash of beach accessories- a straw beach mat, at least a half dozen snorkels/masks/fins, someone even left behind a bottle of sunscreen! We used everything and it was nice not to have to bring/buy our own snorkel gear. Cons- almost none! Honestly we did a lot of our own cooking at the condo (and grilling at the pool-side barbecue) and our only complaint was that there is one tiny cutting board in the kitchen... other than that it was decently well stocked with cooking supplies, including a lot of tupperware.

We had a wonderful stay in 15G5. We had a little trouble with a leaky toilet and Jake and Lonnie had it all fixed within a couple of hours. The unit is a little shopworn but we absolutely love the view. Kapalua is our favorite spot on Maui as we have so many favorite restaurants nearby. Right across the road is one favorite, The Pineapple Grill. We would definitely recommend this property.

Really enjoyed our stay. The view from the upstairs is GREAT. Downstairs is good too. Can even see the water from the kitchen. Didn't want to leave. Management was very helpful.

Second stay in this unit and we just love the location; the views are breathtaking. We love how peaceful and private the property is, and yet so close to all that we need - beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. This visit however, I will be critical of the condition of the unit--while it was very clean upon arrival, it is in need of updates in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom (very noticeable this time around). The simplest of things would make a huge difference: shelf liners and organizers in kitchen cupboards, get rid of the wool carpets in both the kitchen and bathroom upstairs (a smaller one in front of the sink would suffice), stock the unit with necessities ie. plastic wrap, tin foil, dryer sheets, etc. (supplies were very low), new cutting boards, potholders etc. The fridge needs to be checked, or replaced, as it didn't seem to work properly (this was something that was mentioned after our trip last year). The air conditioner venting system should be checked, esp. in the living room as it looked like there was mold around the vent; we didn't use the system for that reason. The bed would benefit from a foam 'topper' to make it a little more comfortable (seems to be getting a bit worn); thought the new curtains in the bedroom were a nice touch though! Now, having said all this, we still had a great time, and do love this unit; we may consider renting this unit again on our next visit. The management company is wonderful to deal with, very professional etc. and the concierge service is a great touch (thanks for the groceries upon arrival!)

Stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The breeze on this end of the island is perfect, and the view out of the bedroom window can't be beat. We would definitely stay here again in the future and wish we had stayed here a second week.

The location was great - easy to walk to great restaurants (Merrimans, The Pineapple Grill) and surrounded by some of the best beaches on the island. The views were fantastic. Exactly as they appear in the photos. The condo could use a bit of updating, but we still thought it was lovely and very homey. My husband and I just returned from a week at this villa. We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was great - easy to walk to great restaurants (Merrimans, The Pineapple Grill) and surrounded by some of the best beaches on the island. The views were fantastic. Exactly as they appear in the photos. The condo could use a bit of updating, but we still thought it was lovely and very homey. We have stayed in this unit several times. It is a great layout for 2 people, and a great location. Maintained quite well. Two things need to be addressed: (1) the mattress must be replaced. As mentioned in another review - it is definitely getting soggy. (2) the living area needs a floor lamp. The one upstairs is needed there, and lugging it back and forth doesn't work. Otherwise there is no good light around the living room couch at night.

Loved the property and view amazing. Thought the condo needed some remodeling. Property was noisy with landscape maintenance.

Lovely villa with everything you need. Location to the beaches, restaurants and pool can't be beat. We utilized the grocery service so when we arrived we had what we needed for a day or two. The shuttle service was also wonderful when going to dinner on busy nights, no parking issues! The ONLY complaint we had at all was that the bed was a bit on the worn side. We are fairly picky anyway, but this bed has seen better days. Would it stop us from renting it again, probably not, but we would love to see an upgrade for our next visit.

We had a great time at this Bay Villa condo at Kapalua. The location was great and the management company was quick to respond to any questions.

The minute we walked into this unit we felt at home in paradise. The views from both the first level and the second level were breathtaking and we were steps from both parking and the pool. Also we were steps from a beautiful coastal trail that was breathtaking. Aloha Vacation Rentals was very helpful and when the coffeepot died, we had a replacement there within the hour. The location on Maui is our favorite and we definitely will be returning to this unit. We are grateful to Vickie and Jake for recommending this unit.

Wow. We had a fantastic time. It is our fourth time in 15g5 at kapalua bay villas. The view was somewhat blocked by pool roof on first floor but second floor was awesome. Would highly recommend this unit.

Our condo at Kapalua was great! The location was fabulous, i.e. right next to the pool and bbq. It was spacious and airy. The view was fabulous. We'll be back next year!!!

Had a great vacation. A few issues with condo -couple of light bulbs burned out, upstairs lamps falling apart. Was there for 2 weeks but only got new linens once, after the 4th day. Asked for an extra blanket but never received. Never met the property manager, Jake. Not an issue, just thought we might meet at some point. View from condo was okay, not great - blocked by pool house below and outside windows very dirty from salt air. All in all, however, a wonderful vacation. I would return, happily.

The vacation was great. Loved the location of the condo 15G5. The only minor problem was getting of hold of Jake - tried emailing him the prior week and did not get a response. Could not figure out where he was located at the complex. Other than that, great place will probably stay there again.

Great view! Really nice location close to pool and beach. Condo was well laid out with spacious lanai for whale spotting. Interior (especially kitchen) could use a remodel

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had breakfast each morning on the porch while gazing at ocean. There was a beautiful beach a short walk away. The waves were rough so swimming here is not recommonded. There are 2 swimming beaches close by (15 minutes walk). The kitchen could use some updates but it was clean and we were able to cook a few meals.

This was a wonderful vacation property in Maui. The location within Kapalua is ideal. Right by the large pool in the property, 3 minutes from the beach, 6-7 minutes from Kapalua bay, under 10 minutes from the Ritz. The home was very clean and Jake was super friendly with us. Did not have any issues and I would highly recommend this property to anyone

The place was beautiful with sweeping ocean views. I was a little dissappointed that the villa was not beachfront. However, it was only a short walk to the water. Jake was most helpful. Thank you very much.

Our stay at the Kapalua Bay Villas was incredible! Waking up every morning to the beautiful ocean view and then watching the sunset and the turtles at night... perfect. Loved the location. Quite private but still a short drive to the towns and many other beaches. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone!

A fabulous condo, in a fabulous location, with a fabulous view from all rooms. After traveling the entire island during our vacation, there is not a better location on the island. Private, quiet,beautiful, convenient, maybe breath-taking. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This condo was GREAT. The best views on the island and we loved the daily winds on this side of the island. Never heard one time from manager but the only complaints were the basement phone was not working and the one alarm clock upstairs did not work. Also need new blankets in condo these were kinda old and torn but that was it would deff stay again and would rec to friends the view was so GREAT I did not want to leave. I LOVED this house and the location. We LOVE MAUI. Rent this condo and your vacation will be GREAT. LOVED the VIEWS and WINDOWS. MAHALO

My husband and I with our two and a half year old daughter stayed in this villa for 11 days. We had a wonderful stay. The villa provides a panoramic view of the ocean, we saw whales most of the morning from our windows. It's conveniently located from the resort's heated pool and outdoor barbeque (which is really good to us since we love barbeque). Overall the villa is well-maintained. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

We loved the place. The view is incredible. You're just in front of the pool. You have about everything you need in the villa. The is clean but there is some little things. The place is not new so that is normal. Jake was helpful all the way through the booking and our stay.

Excellent condo, very quiet.  Spectacular views from upstairs bedroom, and from downtairs lanai.  Beautiful scenery, private cove, will try to return soon.

This is a great unit and well maintained. Needs a new alarm clock in the bedroom, and a table for the phone downstairs. This is small stuff. GREAT stay. We will return.

The view from the bedroom and sitting area was amazing! We could enjoy watching wales even when it was raining. When we arrived the window was dirty and was immediately cleaned when we requested it. The unit was spacious and clean. The sofa/sofa bed was new and comfortable. The king-sized masterbed is a little hard and the bedding needs be updated. There were no extra blankets in the condo, although I am sure if we would have asked, one could have been delivered. The kitchen is well equipped, but outdated and a little tired. The proximity to the Ritz was great and we really enjoyed the pool there. The beach is only steps away, and the condo provided two sand chairs we used. There are many walking paths to enjoy, and we were so happy with the free private hikes & paths of the old village golf course and arboretum. Be sure to visit the kapalua adventure center to register and get maps! Happy hour at Merrimans was a great place to meet people who live on Maui and visiters from all over the world! I want to come back soon with friends!

The villa was situated in an ideal location with gorgeous views out all of the floor to ceiling windows, near the pool and steps from the beach. We will definitely request this unit on a future visit to Maui! Thanks also the property manager, Jake, for always being available.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was spacious, the area is quiet, yet accessible to the activities in the complex either by walking or taking the resort shuttle. Tremendous views! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for 20 glorious days and it did not disappoint! I was a little worried that it would not live up to expectations, but it did...and more! Yes, it's outdated in areas (kitchen and bathroom), but we preferred to call it 'Maui vintage'. It was clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable; the views from the bedroom lanai were spectacular, so much so that we slept with the curtains and lanai door open each night! The view from living room and main lanai, while blocked somewhat by the pool roof, was still spectacular; you truly do get an amazing view from one side to the other! Having the pool just below was wonderful (personally I think it's the best one out of the 3 on the property); the beach literally was only a few minutes away. The only issue we really had was the WiFi/high speed internet; we had quite a few problems with this...something to be upgraded for future. Had to call Jake for a few (very minor) issues and they were taken care of in a timely manner. Mid-stay cleaning was great; service was very professional, even received a call from them arranging the date/time. The whole booking process was a breeze; Vicky was terrific to deal with (thanks Vicky!). Would definitely recommend this unit and would not hesitate to stay again and again in the future. Many thanks for a truly memorable vacation - can't wait to come again!

Had a great time in this condo. The view from the bedroom is spectacular!!! I would definately stay at this condo again when I come again. The bay villas are closer to the water and beaches (walking distance). We stayed at the golf villas last year and that was great also. Less wind up there but not close to the water. Booking this condo was a breeze and the person I booked this through was so friendly and helpful. This was a great experience. I would definately recommend this condo. Lots of room and was nice to have a shower in the bath on the lower floor.

This was our second trip to Maui and staying at Kapula Bay Villas was the right choice. The property was amazing and peaceful. Made the trip one of our best!

This villa has the most amazing view from the master bedroom. We especially liked the location between 2 amazing beaches(Kapalua Bay and Fleming) both within reasonable walking distance and one beach with the crashing surf(Ironwoods)right below us. The Lanai is a little exposed to the wind but the view and location more than made up for this. I would stay in this villa again in an instant. Make sure you walk to the Gazebo at Napili Beach for breakfast.

This was the best vacation ever,for price, location and accommodations. And Aloha Vacations' service was excellent in every way required. Would definitely use their services again for future vacations.

The view was breathtaking and we couldn't get enough of it. We loved hiking the coastal trail just below the condos, ending up at the Sea House for breakfast at Napili Bay. A truly relaxing vaca.

We have stayed at many Kapalua Bay Villas over the last 23 years and this unit has one of the best water views. Furniture is very comfortable and Aloha Vacation Rentals provides a great experience.

Breath taking view. Bedding could of been nicer. Jake from property managemenat very profesional, would highly recommend him,and would not hesitate to use his services on my next visit.

Place was in a very nice location with amazing views of the ocean. It was close to the pool and the bbq and was convenient for cookoff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was very very windy but I later read in a guide book that this was typical of Kapalua weather. The condo was clean and in good condition but it was musty. I think this may be because it was very close to the ocean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this villa, just steps to the pool and barbecue area and a few minute walk to the ocean. The villa came with chairs, boogie boards and plenty of towels. Since we arrived late, it was nice to see the property manager "left the lights on" inside for us. Would highly recommend this villa and when coming back to Maui, will definitly stay here again.

Our overall stay was excellent and for all but a couple minor issues would have been perfect. Our real estate contact, Jake is to be commended on his attention to all our details and quick response to any of our concerns. The location and view were extraordinary and the overall condition of the condo and surroundings were immaculate except for a couple issues that could have easily been overlooked (and were by the rest of my group). There is a decomposed rat on the roof just beneath the bedroom's balcony and 2 roaches were seen at night in the kitchen. Other than that, our stay was highly enjoyable and we will definitely be back. We were in the Ridge Villas last year and were very impressed by that unit also.

Great location, furnishings, and view. Excellent manager - very responsive and helpful! The cleaning staff needs to do a better job underneath and behind the furniture. Carpet could be replaced. Despite this would definitely stay there again.
