Kapalua Luxury
We have stayed at several condos in the Kapalua Bay Villas over the past 10 years and this was our favorite one-bedroom. The view cannot be beat (an unobscured view of Oneloa beach), and the inside of the condo is fantastic. The bathroom in particular is the definition of luxury, with two showers and a beautiful freestanding bathtub. We will be back!

Great Overall Experience
The villas are in a gated property that is very well looked after. The views of the beach are beautiful. In terms of location it's very close to a couple of great coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. There are a few surrounding beaches that are very popular as well. Overall the property was very clean, comfortable and had a lot of the basic essentials.

Beautiful condo
We had a very nice stay here at this lovely condo. The view is wonderful and the condo was very comfortable for our two week stay.

Kapalua Heaven

The view from the condo was amazing. The condo location was excellent. The condo facility was very quiet and private.

Wow. This villa is absolutely beautiful. Kapalua Bay Villas community is stunning. 3 pools with grilling areas and gorgeous views. The property is gorgeous, very well maintained and the private beach is easy to access. All the staff we came across were super friendly. Relatively short walk to Kapalua bay, Napili Bay and the Ritz Carlton. This was the perfect spot for us to celebrate being newly engaged. We will absolutely be back when we can!
Gorgeous views!!!! Super spacious and so many windows! Lovely quiet beachfront property, epic sunrise view, super close to great beaches and snorkel spots. Really loved the house. Great bathroom, and the view again was so amazing!

Spectacular Views
We loved our week-long stay at Kapalua Bay Villa 20B-4 in July. It was everything we could have hoped for. We especially enjoyed watching the sun rise and the sunsets from the living room in two chairs that overlook the entire coastline. Spectacular views every single day! We found the furnishings very comfortable and it was so easy to walk down to the beach. This was our first time in Kapalua Bay, but won't be our last!
Awesome villa great stay
This rental was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. The view and convenience to the beach were perfect. We will definitely be staying at this property on our next visit!
This place is immaculate, excellent, exceptional, in every sense of those words. The pictures are still shots of what you will receive in real life. I was not disappointed - and I consider myself a person with "very high" expectations; especially for this price! Everytime we opened the door to those breaktaking views I was proud to have reserved this villa. The views are unrestricted almost panorama. The windows openings at the bottom gave us that beautiful, relaxing Maui breeze day and night. The sound of the ocean is absolutely phenomenal. This place is a slice of Heaven, pure joy! I cooked a great dinner looking at the amazing view, held virtual business meetings on the patio, and played games in the extended living room area. The bathroom... YES! Oh man, very sexy. The area is nice and quiet, but close to many things. Overall you can tell my husband and I were very pleased. A MUST if its available when you visit Maui.

Honeymoon in Hawaii
Our stay in Kapalua Bay Villas was outstanding! We were celebrating our honeymoon and this villa was a great place to do so at. The beach access is right down the stairs and one of the pools is steps away also. You are minutes from multiple other fabulous beaches. This is a corner unit so it felt very secluded. Beach towels and chairs were provided for use. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had and even allowed us to check-in early. Couldn't recommend it more!

Kapalua Bay Villa 20 B-4
Enjoyed the gorgeous bay view, listening to the crashing waves, and lovely sunrises from the balcony. Surrounding landscape was greener than in the pictures. Stairway access to beach is next to the building. Unit is light and well designed.
Location was perfect
We had a beautiful stay at Kapalua. The villa was clean - and location was perfect to Oneola Beach. Views amazing.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The view is fabulous... waking up to the view of surfers and whale spouts was incredible! The unit is clean, fresh, well-designed for comfort and a great location. We'd definitely come back!

Relaxing Vacation
My husband and I used to have a property in Kapalua. This is the first time we’ve been back some 15 years ago. This is a very nice pleasant property. Love the sound of the waves and breeze is so relaxing. Didn’t use the ac at all.We will be back early next year. I recommend the Bay Villas.
