Probably the best place I've ever stayed at

Incredible place! The views are unreal and the layout is fantastic - although there are 6 or 8 other units in the building, you don't even notice; it's set up so that no one has a view into any other unit, so it is very private. It is spacious and the bed is deliciously comfortable. Parking is simple and easy, internet is good. (160 Mb/s down, 17 up) The only negative was the thunderously loud air conditioners. There are plenty of modern ACs that are effective, efficient and nearly silent, so they could do better there. Bring ear plugs if you like to sleep with the AC on!

Thanks Martin for the five-star review and comments.  Much appreciated.  On the AC, we need to comply with the homeowner’s association on what is allowable in the units.  Some new systems have been recently approved and we are currently working to have 1624 converted.  We will keep you posted and apologies on any disturbance.

Beautiful views!

This is our third time staying here and after coming to Maui for 15 years, it’s our absolute favorite spot! The views from the lanai are incredible, with the ocean on one side and the Bay course on the other. The condo was recently updated and the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The condo was super clean (and I’m picky!) and coffee and supplies the property manager provided were great and really made our stay feel like a custom, high end experience. Location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach, hotels, shops, and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

Rainbow Ridge 1624

Our family of 4 enjoyed an amazing Thanksgiving vacation at this spacious and designer decorated ocean view condo. We saw rainbows practically every day! The condo was clean, well stocked, and centrally located to golf, beach and restaurants. By far the best beach in the area. Will definitely go back!

Condo in Kapalua

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful condo in Kapalua. On one side, you have a beautiful view of the Ocean and Oneloa Bay. On the other side, you have a view of the Kapalua Bay golf course. Walking distance to the beach, Kapalua Bay Golf and great restaurants… this is the perfect location.

Beautiful quiet condo

This condo is amazing! Beautiful view, impeccably decorated, clean, and quiet. Perfect for a couple or a family with older kids. Not a far walk from a peaceful beach. Also, perfect for anyone wanting to play golf right outside the doorstep. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Magnificent Ocean Views

Incredible view

We spent a week in Maui May of last year. This condo has an unbeatable view of the water. And easy access to two beautiful beaches. We spent the morning running along the paved trails. So many restaurants near and so much beauty Maui has to offer.

Our favorite slice of paradise!

Our stay at Kapalua Ridge Villa 1624 was nothing short of magical! My husband and I were captivated by the stunning views, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the beauty of Maui. The timeless island feel, combined with the gorgeous furnishings, created a truly luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The villa's proximity to the golf course, along with the exceptional property amenities, made our stay even more memorable. Located in a prime spot, we were able to explore the island with ease. If you're looking for a slice of paradise that offers both tranquility and elegance, this vacation rental is a true gem. We can't wait to return!
