Great view, the unit contained everything we needed, including beach chairs. We only wish it had air conditioning. Having said that, we knew it didn’t when we reserved it.
We're glad you enjoyed the view and found everything you needed for your stay. Regarding the lack of air conditioning, the unit benefits from a nice ocean breeze that usually helps with ventilation. Perfect Condo and Location
This condo is spotless and perfectly appointed with everything you need. Plenty of cookware, nice dishes, soft carpet, comfortable bed, beach gear and beautiful lanai view. The Parrish Collection’s management and attention to all details was impeccable. All texts were responded to immediately and they worked out at early check in for us which was amazing. Highly recommend!!

The sound of the ocean, the trees, and birds were very relaxing, much time was spent on the lanai enjoying it all! The kitchen had everything needed for a few easy meals, including a cooler and ice packs for trips to the nearby beaches and parks. It was so easy to go anywhere on the island from here, from Hanalei to Waimea Canyon, including great restaurants and fun little shops, can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are really beautiful - very lush and well maintained. You can easily walk to the Sheraton resort and beach. It’s close to lots of good restaurants and things to do. They had wonderful little touches like Kauai coffee and luxurious soaps & lotions. The listing clearly states no AC but I thought the ocean breeze would be enough to make it comfortable. We were there during a heat wave and we were so hot and sweaty the whole time. It’s probably fine for most people but it did make it a little uncomfortable- they clearly listed it but just wanted to make a note in case anyone is really sensitive to warm sleeping conditions. They had great bonus items like comfy beach chairs and a cooler. It made our little day trips so great! This is a 3rd floor unit so make sure you’re comfortable with stairs. I highly recommend walking down to the beach early to catch the sunrise - so gorgeous! And if you walk past the Sheraton - go to Sunset Wall. Breathtaking

Nice place. We felt comfortable with our family of 4. Couches had pull out beds. View was great. Very good communications with the hosts. Loved our stay. Highly recommended.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described. Beautiful view from the balcony and It was in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. However, the kitchen area had ants, maintenance was little loud and the unit next door was getting remodeled which is something I prefer to not be disturbed with while on vacation. Overall, I would recommend this place.

We loved the view and spent most of our time here on the lanai! The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were wonderful to have, and we used them daily. This was a perfect place for our family of 4.

A beautiful spot on my favourite Island! Very clean, just like the photos, best beach for watching the sunset. Maybe not the best beach for small children. Loved sitting on the Lanai enjoying the view. I did not want to go home. Must be able to walk stairs, not good for anyone with mobility issues.
This is an excellent property that is professionally maintained and managed. Very clean. The kitchen is stocked very well. The furnishings are up to date and in good shape. We loved the closet stocked with beach toys, cooler and umbrella!

Kiahuna Plantation 218 was excellent. It was clean, nicely furnished and stocked, in a good location, with a great view of the beach and ocean.
Such a great view to wake up to every morning. We loved the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella combined with a two-minute walk to the beach. The balcony was larger than expected, and a great place to soak in the view and take a break from the sun. The blender was also a happy surprise.
Came to relax, first time on the island and it is truly a paradise.

The room was easy to get into and instructions were clear. The view from the lanai was even better than the pictures online. Everyone who helped us were friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent
The place was excellent. Loved the view. It was just right for a family of four. went to the beach everyday and we could snorkel right there. We only got to the pool one day, closes at 7pm, we got there at the end. But it was also excellent. Not as far as I thought in my head, walking distance. Pool has small area for toddlers and slide. and a restaurant. The condo was clean, had everything needed, including extra towels. loved it! will stay again for sure. oh and it's on third floor, which is great to view the ocean.
Great place and location. Quiet, and the athletic club across the street is awesome. Fantastic beach and the place is safe. Best location in Kauai, imo. Will definitely be back!
