Amazing location and beautiful unit. I would absolutely recommend this unit to you. I think it might need a handyman visit, because the drains were not working well and the dishwasher clearly needed to have a thorough cleaning as it smelled. But relatively small issue in an overall beautiful place. The Parrish team who manages it is very responsive.

Lovely resort and property
First time European travellers to Kauai, and in fact Hawaii, here. We were delighted with our holiday at Koloa Landings and in this apartment. It was a fabulous stay. We had to forcibly remove ourselves from it when the time came for us to check-out.The apartment is beautifully appointed and has better facilities than our own home. The resort is unbelievably wonderful. We’d be back in a heartbeat if we could engineer more time off!

Great property location, great room location, not overly crowded, good communication.
We love staying in this particular condo. It’s big enough for our family and the location is top notch. Parrish is incredibly responsive and helpful. Great stay again and we plan to return in the future.
The Parrish Collection consistently displayed the highest level of customer service I have experienced in the travel/leisure industry. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely utilized them in the future whenever possible.
Koloa Landing

We got exactly the experience we were hoping for with this unit provided through Parrish. It truly allowed for a wonderful visit to the island and we appreciate the quality and care given so that we could fully relax and enjoy our time in Kauai. Awesome in every way
We were a little nervous to splurge on this property, but boy did it deliver! The view over the beautiful pool and you can see the ocean. While it\'s not a beach front resort, being able to see the ocean is still a bonus. The pool really is something special, our 10yo didn't want to leave it. The lobby is spectacular. The only reason the check-in PR ceas wasn't 5 stars was because they were a little confused by this being a special owner property and not a regular hotel guest. But it was still pleasant and quick. The room itself is huge and in amazing shape. Very clean. We already want to come back!
Amazing
Epitome of paradise! Unit is in a perfect location within the complex. Gorgeous interior with plenty of room. Loved reading my book on the shaded balcony every morning and afternoon.
Parrish provided us excellent service from the time we booked the trip until we departed. We heard about Parrish on the TV show The Price is Right. The booking process was simple, the communication was excellent and the staff members were friendly. As we mentioned earlier, we have already booked 2 more stays through Parrish at Koloa Landing and plan to book more in the future. Beautiful location in Poipu
This is an amazing unit at an amazing property in Poipu. I can’t say enough about the beauty of the resort, the wonderful staff and the amazing pool! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mahalo!
Great stay in Poipu
We loved out stay here! The kitchen and bedrooms were very clean and well organized. The beds were very comfortable. The parking was convenient to the room as well. The large balcony was great and the view was as expected. The property had a great heated pool. It would have been nice to be on a more beachfront resort. Also the laundry machine was moldy but that is my only complaint about the room.
We’ve stayed in Parrish rentals a few times and we’ve never been disappointed. This condo however was our favourite. The location of the unit was great with the view of the pool and the ocean. The lanai was large and the unit itself was very comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed. The pool area and the restaurant on site were also fantastic.

Wonderful stay at 9-304
This is a great rental. Great location within the resort allows for relaxing evenings on the lanai overlooking the pool and restaurant that has live music most nights. Partial ocean view as well. We have boys 10 and 13 and this is a great resort for that age. Plenty of kids their age, amazing pools, soccer field and volleyball and a great resort restaurant that is reasonably priced. Watching sunset and sunrise is just steps away. All in all a great location and great stay. We would definitely rent this unit again!
Beautiful unit overlooking pool
Everything was lovely and as we expected. Wish we could have stayed longer. Headed to Maui now and we prefer Kauai

Parrish is a well oiled machine! Great information on the website prior to arrival about the island of Kauai. Appropriate amount of texts/emails to update our stay information. Basic necessities were there in the unit as well as beach gear! LOVED the grocery service.
