We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was very spacious and comfortable, the upstairs room was definitely our favorite, incredible views, felt like our own little retreat. The home was stocked with everything we needed, from hand wash and shampoo to laundry detergent and cleaning supplies.
We also really appreciated the extra stuff like snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and other beach essentials — such a nice bonus! While there wasn’t AC, the many windows and fans kept the place cool and breezy the entire time. Also It’s a quick 5-minute walk to the beach so it was nice.
Parrish team was very communicative and made sure we had a good stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful home close to the beach a With great views

Ok with a few frustrations.
by Daniel S.This place was ok. You have all the pots and pans, beach gear, and needed fans. Bare minimum towels. Nothing left in pantry or fridge, so no cooking spray or condiments of any kind. If you don’t pan on cooking, make sure to pick those items up. The location of this specific apartment building is wrong on both Google and Apple Maps, which made for a frustrating 30 minutes of confusion and walking around until we found the right place at 1230 am (when they arrived due to delayed flight). There was construction on the roof and my water was shut off for a few hours without any communication about these events beforehand. Both the pool key and key fob didn’t work on the pool gate door. Decent place. Good location. It worked for us with a few frustrations. .

Had you reached out to let us know you were missing towels, our HK team would have been happy to deliver what you needed. We do provide salt and pepper along with a morning starter kit that includes coffee, teas, and sugar. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not leave condiments that may have been used. We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty with the directions. Arriving at an unfamiliar place at night can be a challenge, and we understand how that may have impacted your experience. We did notify you in advance about the roof construction at the resort. Work had been completed on your building, but construction was continuing nearby. It’s possible the pool was closed during your stay due to this nearby work. We also were not informed of the water shutoff and apologize for that. We hope to welcome you back to Kauai and look forward to the opportunity to better meet your needs.

Manualoha was the perfect spot for our family... walking distance to the Brennecke's Beach. The apartment was spacious and fully equip - even with beach gears. We had a great stay at Manualoha.

This place is a great location and very clean and spacious. There wasn't paper good in terms of napkins and paper towels. There also werent any condiments or basic cooking essentials, which I get is not required, but is a very nice thing to have. Otherwise, very nice places to stay.

This is a very nice facility, especially if you need a family friendly place to stay. Easy access to beach and pools and several restaurants. Will definately stay again.

We loved the condo. Thought it was beautiful. We sat on the deck and we walked down to the beach. We had done alot of sightseeing on other islands and were surprised at how much we used the condo. One of our guests LOVED the bathtub as we did a lot of hiking during the day. We never found the hot tub pool, but then it was raining. When we arrived the downstairs bedroom was set with 2 twins which was not what we expected, however, after a phone call it was fixed the next day. The listing had stated 2 bedrooms with king in each. Just be sure to ask that they combine them. But all and all we loved our stay.. kitchen was great and well appointed. Furniture was comfortable and very islandy. We walked down to the beach and saw sea turtles. Restaurants were walkable. Great location overall. We loved the quiet and accessibility of Koaloa/Poipu over other areas

Paradise is located here
by Natasha N.We thoroughly enjoy the location of the Manualoha property. It is close to fantastic beaches (Brennecke and Poipu) but also lots to do in the area. Shopping, golfing, hiking and fishing. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and we love the pool with the ocean view. This was our second time at this property, first time at unit 1006. We really liked the unit. It was spacious and was well equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Everything worked and the unit was clean. We loved watching sunsets from the second storey lanai and eating breakfast and lunches on the main floor lanai, which because not ground level, offered a partial view of the ocean. The only criticism I have for this property is that the single beds in the lower bedroom are quite small. I had 2 tall boys with me over 6 feet tall who barely fit on this beds. Longer beds would be much better. I would also suggest getting a few more forks. We only had 7 and were constantly washing forks. Otherwise, an amazing stay! Mahola!

This location was perfect! So close to the beach, with a great view of it out the Lanai. The bedding was comfortable, plenty of things in the kitchen to use while we stayed there. Having the use of the washer and dryer was also very helpful! Also loved the use of beach chairs and toys.

Great place for our fam of 6. Beautiful complex, walk to Poipu beach and close enough to shops, etc. No a/c did not affect us at all. The ocean breezes were more than enough at night.

I’ve been to Hawaii many times and this was my favorite place I’ve ever stayed! We didn’t want to leave it was so beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and the house was so spacious and clean. Super close to the beach and pool and hot tub were awesome. This made me want to buy a condo here. We loved it so much. It doesn’t have ac but the fans worked out fine.
Perfect for a family

Within walking distance to Poipu Beach. However you may want to drive if you don\'t have a wagon to pull the beach gear. The constant breezes in the primary suite upstairs made for great sleeping!

Great place! No ac was very manageable with fans and closing drapes when necessary. This place was a short walk to the pool and beach, and a wonderful place for our toddler. We enjoyed access to beach toys and accessories, even a kid life jacket. Kitchen had everything we needed, including Tupperware and a blender! Management was also super responsive.
