We stay at Nihi Kai almost every time we go to Kauai and just love the location, comfort and ease of the property. There are also a few units with particularly wonderful views, which make the whole vacation truly special.

Is there a better location in Poipu? Nope
by Adam BridgeUnit 100 I suppose there is a better place to enjoy Kaua'i but I cannot imagine where it might be. The unit offers a panoramic view of the Pacific from Brannecke Beach all along the rugged lava coast to Poipu Shores. The sound of the surf fills the home. With the windows open the trade winds blow through - no air conditioning required. The porch is a delight for breakfast and lunch with spectacular ocean views. In the afternoon it's a bit sunny and warm, even with a breeze, but at sunset, well, it's tropical delight. Inside the three bedrooms range from large to medium to rather small. But the beds are comfy, the linens totally fine. The furnishings aren't elegant but are comfortable and totally up to almost anyone's needs. The huge flat-panel TV works fine. You can AirPlay your own content or you can bring a device to plug into one of the three spare ports. WiFi is reasonably fast. I wouldn't try to be a video content creator but this is, after all, a vacation home. The kitchen is definitely a "one bum kichen." The dishwasher works well, there's a wide variety of cooking pans & cutting boards as well as a generous collection of knives. Maybe a better set of tongs? There's a criticism: needs more tongs and a new can opener. And coasters. We enjoyed our 10 days here immensely. The condo lives wonderfully well. Sometimes It's difficult to leave. And at night there's the sound of the surf. I've never slept better.

by David W.Wonderful location in Poipu area. Our unit had fantastic ocean views and we found excellent snorkeling right out front. Spinner dolphins came twice and put on a show. Highly recommend.
