Great location
Unfortunately I found the same unit over 1,000 less on every other rental site. I should have researched moreCondo great but couches and outdoor furniture very uncomfortable. Views at sunset spectacular!

Beautiful 2 story condo! Hosts were very responsive, and location was perfect, just minutes walk to brenneckes and poipu beaches. The views from the condo were unbeatable.

Amazing location with sunset views!
This condo is the perfect location for a stay in Poipu. It has a beautiful lanai that faces the ocean which allows for direct view of the beautiful sunset. There is a nice pool in the facility and you can easily walk to Poipu beach.

Heaven in Poipu
This place lives up to the photos! Walk across the street to beach and turtles, or just chill by the pool. Sea breezes cool you off at night. Local fruit graces your kitchen. Would return!

Perfect location!
We loved our stay here in Poipu. Just across the street from the beach made our days easy. Chairs and boogie boards were great and the washer and dryer were a plus. Coming from the mountains, we felt hot in the bedrooms but overall we loved this place.
Sometimes you get lucky!
We loved this gem! It’s gotta be one of the best balconies in Poipu! It is a short walk to Poipu Beach each and even shorter to Brennecke Beach (great waves for boogie boarding). We loved visiting with the turtles who came to shore around sunset. We had all the supplies we needed for cooking and chairs/boards/towels and cooler for the beach. We traveled with my parents and the separate suites were perfect. Yes, we got lucky because it was everything the host said it would be and more!

Beautiful location in a fun area
The property was beautiful and well maintained. Great ocean views and quick walk to several beaches, restaurants. The checkin process was easy, and the text updates were really helpful. Our condo came with everything you’d need for a great day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie board. And we really enjoyed Brenneke’s beach! We also loved all the photos of Kauai- so cool!

Ocean front sunset views
Amazing location for our family where we felt very safe. We utilized the pool and beach gear that was at the location. We all slept soundly with the clean, comfortable beds while hearing the ocean from our open windows.

The owners and management company were very responsive to any questions we had. The unit was clean and very well appointed. The proximity to the beach and pool is excellent.
Poipu
Nice spot convenient to dining and water sports. Master bedroom needs replacement mattress. Screen doors need repair. All-in-all a memorable vacation!
Almost perfect!
This condo location was in a great spot, with views of the ocean and mountains! Check in was clear and easy, property managers responded quickly to my questions. They even let me schedule a late checkout since it was available the day we left. It was so nice to watch the sunrise and sunset from the lanai. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals. Kitchen and living area are upstairs and bedrooms and nice updated bathrooms are down stairs. There was enough room to spread out. Beach items were provided like chairs, umbrella, a few boogie boards, coolers and towels. It would have been nice to have a wagon to walk all of the gear to the beach. It’s not far but can get cumbersome to carry everything. Parking was always easy to find. The few things that made me take a star off were the beds, mattress/bedding/pillows are in desperate need of a refresh. If I would have stayed any longer I would have went to buy my own pillows and sheets at Walmart. Also it can get uncomfortable with no air conditioner. Lots of fans are provided so it helps. Washer/dryer was a lifesaver and much appreciated. Overall this condo was a wonderful home base for our trip and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Poipu!

Nice Property, Great Location and Beautiful Views
Great condo! Amazing ocean view, steps to the water and short/easy walk to the beaches, restaurants, etc. Good sized unit w/plenty of room for a family of 4. Kitchen, Bathrooms & carpet were updated in the last few years & very nice. A few minor items like the screen doors and beach chairs could use replacement & more lights in the living room would be good. But, none of those were major. Note - the unit does not have AC, but there are tons of windows & fans, so it was not an issue. Nice pool steps from the door & access to the beach club was a nice perk. A few minor hiccups in communication with the property management, but they were very helpful & accommodating and provided a ton of useful info prior to arrival. Check-in was easy & the guide to the property was very thorough. Overall 2 thumbs up.
Perfect Family Vacay- Aloha Vibes for Days
My husband, my 13 yr old son and his friend stayed and had a fantastic time. We felt like locals in no time being a short walk from the best boogie boarding beach on the island, sunsets on the lanai or at Poipu were spectacular. The kitchen was well appointed and the unit spacious. The only reason for 4 stars, the bedding, beds and pillows are in need of a refresh. With that said- we would stay here again!
This place was amazing, beautiful views and close walk to the beach
Everything was wonderful about this place, from beautiful views to a great location. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything that we needed to cook with was on hand. The only thing I would do is fix the screens to the lanai as they were a little difficult to close at times other than that I give it five stars.
Amazing HBR unit
If you know Hanalei Bay Resort then you know how special it is! This unit is cherry on top! Will be back!!!

Perfect for all
Clean villa with a spectacular view!! Walking distance to beach that kept our teens and 6 year old entertained for hours!
Sunsets and beach access
It was a very nice stay that offered great sunsets every night. In house washer and dryer for our clothes, and within walking distance to popular beaches. It had similar accommodations that a resort would. The unit its self was also very roomy and comfortable.
Nihi Kai #200 is the BEST!!!
I’ve stayed in #200 before. The location, view and amenities are great!! This time there were many tiny flies around! Not a problem - just never had seen them before! Love the pool area. I will be back!!!!
Great Stay in Poipu Beach
We had a great stay at the condo in Poipu beach. Great location, super close to Poipu Beach (5 min walk). Really nice pool. Beautiful ocean view facing the perfect direction for sun set. The unit is well stocked with everything you'd need for your stay including beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The only think that could have made our stay better is AC. There are ceiling fans but it was still a bit hot at night. Overall recommend the place and would be back.
Great location of complex. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Great location of this unit for sunsets, walks, and access to pool. Some people may not like the pool being just feet away. Noise at times. The sewer smelled terrible at the pool and at this unit. The tool closet for the grounds people is attached outside the bottom floor bedrooms. Five am wake up by them one day. Gravel walkway is used day and night right outside the bedroom. Cut through for may people. Complaint was never addressed properly by management. Weather on this side was wonderful. Big park a couple blocks down. Was not comfortable leaving the baby sleeping downstairs in bedrooms unattended since foot traffic was continuous by this unit. This particular unit not kid friendly. Geared more towards adults since many decor items had to be put up from kids. No kid items and none available for unit. Would need to rent these at additional cost. The road was right outside the one bedroom along with the sidewalk. Not very private. Shades needed closed at night or people could see in. NO AIR CONDITIONING! hot during day light hours.

We are sorry about the noise from the ground staff. After reporting it to us, we addressed your concern by contacting the on-site manager who spoke with the grounds team. At checkout, you said that they hadn't disturbed you again after the first morning. Also, for the protection of our guests, we generally do not provide any child care items. Instead, we suggest the local vendors to supply clean, sanitized, and working equipment for your child care needs. For next time, we do have a collection of properties specially curated for families. great location, large condo, loved watching the sunset from our patio.
Great View & Location
We had a great week in Poipu. Villa #200 was very clean and kept and spacious!. The views of Brenneke's Beach and Poipu Beach park from the porch were spectacular. A short walk to beach and food was an added bonus.
