Perfect location
We were within walking distance to poi pu beach, with beach equipment rentals and restaurants as well. Our condo was equipped with everything we would need, except for boogie boards and snorkel gear. But you could rent them right down the street

Staying with Parrish Collection is wonderful. They do their best to make everything stress free an convenient. Our condo was very clean, they provided shampoos, shower gels, soaps and laundry.. we really didnt have to buy anything other than our groceries. Always wonderful when you stay with them.

Nihi Kai getaway
VRBO we like these units for their amenities and their proximity to Poipu's great beaches; the units are clean and comfortable, the staff is helpful, and the grounds are beautifully kept; they're also a short drive to both excellent shopping, and the many great restaurants of Old Town Koloa

Location, location, location
Great location to walk to a few activities but also only a short drive from boating, hiking and other outdoor adventures. Would def rent again.

Better than expected
As soon as you open the balcony sliding glass door over looking the ocean, you’ll know you choose well. Listening to the crashing waves and watching rainbows fade in and out was an every morning treat. This is an amazing gem of a condo.

All Around Fantastic
This was our first time staying at Nihi Kai and it did not disappoint. This unit exceeded our expectations. You can't beat the location. It is within walking distance of several beaches and restaurants. Our favorite spot was the balcony. We enjoyed watching the whales and dolphins in the morning. The evening sunsets were spectacular. You can hear the waves crashing from the bedroom. The unit is nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. There are enough windows to keep the unit cool with the tradewinds. The pool is very close and well-maintained. The only issue we found was the placement of the refrigerator. The chairs and cooler that were provided were a bonus and much appreciated. You can't open the freezer all the way, making it difficult to access, but that did not distract from our stay. Can't wait to start planning our trip for next year. We will surely be back.

Great location
Very well located unit within a very well located property. Nice ocean view. Saw whales from our balcony! Easy walking distance to Brenneke’s beach with a cool restaurant/bar. 5 minute drive to shopping and multiple restaurants.

Great place to stay! Proximity to the beach is fantastic! Within walking distance of Poipu beach.
We loved this place so much. From the location to the view to the sound of the waves crashing mere yards away to the exceptionally updated kitchen and bathrooms this hit all that we needed for our first trip to Kauai. It was hot and humid (and Hurricane Dora decided to drop some incredible winds for a few of the days) but this unit faces East/West so if you have the jalousie windows open on both ends of the unit both upstairs and downstairs, the place keeps a breeze and there's fans provided too so don't let the lack of a/c keep you from staying. The communication from the hosts from arrival to departure is on-site and quick to respond to any questions. Very much appreciated. And the location can\'t be beat as you can just walk to Brenneke's or Poipu in mere minutes. We will return and sure hope to stay at this unit again.

Great location!!! Awesome view!!! Walk to everything. Trades keep the unit cool with the fans. Great property. Perfect unit. Will recommend 100!!! And will stay here every time in the future!!! LOVE THIS UNIT!!!
The only issue we had is that the beds are very hard. We woke up with cramps from that, but the condo is awesome! Loved the view and the pictures matched the place perfectly.

Fantastic Waterfront Location!
You can\'t beat this location. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. Next to popular beaches and a great restaurant. I was surprised there was no AC. Besides that, a great property!

Just what you expect
Great location and nice size unit for 4 people. Sunsets are perfect from the deck. The kitchen is well stocked with even an insta pot. The beds were comfy and the fans appreciated especially since no AC. Could not find any info on the WIFI but some sites say it has WIFI and some not. Owners seem to be updating so it still needs some TLC. Carpet is in bad shape and could use a good cleaning but overall, it was perfect for what we needed.

Absolutely love staying here! Only complaints would be there is no AC, and the beds and pillows were very hard. Other than that, it is my favorite place to stay in Poipu!

The condo and location were perfect. I loved the layout of the unit. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
We felt so lucky to be staying in this amazing location. Literally it is directly across the street from the ocean. The unit was very clean and staff was very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!

This is a comfortable and well situated unit run by an experienced and professional organization. My wife and our 2 adult children had all the space we needed and the pool was a lovely place to cool off after a day in the heat. Loved being close enough to the waves crashing on the near by shore to hear them in the dark of night. We never needed anything so didn\'t get to test the responsiveness of the \"host\". A few things if you\'ve never stayed in Poipu: The closest stores are small and geared toward tourists, if you intend to cook for yourselves hit the Safeway and Costco by the airport. Local produce stands were far and few between, mangos from Mexico in the Safeway, seems wrong. If you\'re intending to eat out in the kind of post covid era prepare for busy eateries and random closed businesses. But the Hawaii mojo makes up for the occasional disappointment.
We didn't want leave, and really hope to go back there sometime.
This cottage is in a peaceful, beautiful location. The whole experience was a pleasure.
