Family Vacation in Kauai
by Emily B.My husband and I have 4 daughters, ages 14 to 19. We spent a week in Kauai and this villa was the perfect place for us! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and located convenient to restaurants and the beach. We appreciated the extra towels, pillows, and beach gear as well as little things like shampoo / soap, toilet paper / paper towels, salt & pepper and laundry detergent. We have stayed in many vrbo’s over the years and these little convenience make such a big difference! I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book there again if we are lucky enough to return to the island.

Love the Nihi Kai and Parrish Kauai. We recommend them to everyone we know and will definitely be back. We have shared many special memories on the island in Parrish Kauai rentals and cannot wait until we are back next year.
Wonderful birthday stay

Perfect condo
by HOLLY B.We stayed here for 5 days. This condo is clean, up to date, comfortable. Great view from patio. Has everything you need in the kitchen except no keurig, it’s a regular coffee pot, which was not working properly and they came and fixed it for us. There’s lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, tennis rackets etc. they have tvs in every room, air conditioner, fans and ceiling fans. This was one of our favorite stays. Only downfall, is it’s on the 3rd floor so when you get there you’ll need to lug up all your luggage 3 floors. But after that.. it’s no issue.

Beds too firm
by Sarah E.The heat pump rattles sometimes, the front door often doesn’t stay locked when you push the button. The double beds need a topper to make them more comfortable. Love the landscaping.

The condo was clean and very comfortable and the property management was very attentive and went the extra mile for our celebration! The only item to note is that all the doors are louvered…assuming to help the air conditioning flow through condo. We’d definitely stay at this condo again!

If you choose to stay on the South portion of the island this is the place to be. The unit itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with the addition of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for use. The view from our condo was amazing! It is steps away from the most beautiful part of the coastline. We walked to Brennecke’s beach each night to see the giant green sea turtles crawl up onto the sand at dusk to sleep. It is a wonder of nature you will not likely not see anywhere else on earth. Our host reached out several times to ask if we had any needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

by Elizabeth H.This unit is on the top floor ( third floor), so it looks over the roofs of the houses in front of it for a wonderful ocean view. Such a delight to sit on the balcony for breakfast to enjoy the views and listen to the birds. Quiet, well maintained grounds. Such a plus to have boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler in the unit. Two beaches very close. Unit comes with fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds comfortable. Wonderful to have airconditioning.

Upstairs unit had great view of ocean, and very spacious and well thought out floor plan. AC in both bedrooms and main area(kitchen, dining, couch). Plenty of parking and easy to walk to beach/dinner. Grounds and pool top notch! Appreciated the cooler, bodyboards, and beach chairs for our use. Kitchen was set up well, and everything we could want was there! Very nice place. Totally recommend
Perfect Vacation Home
by jenny c.Nihi Kai 521 met all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of five and had everything we needed for the 10 days we were in Kauai. The view from our balcony was beautiful and we could watch the sunset there every night. It was a quick walk to both Brennecke and Poipu Beaches. Access to the Heritage trail was also easily walkable. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay that is close to the beach. We had several issues during our stay, but appreciated the quick responsiveness of the host to correct the issues. Pros: -Just a block from the beach -Beds are very comfortable, some of the most comfortable of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in! -Good shower pressure -Very responsive staff -Clean Bathrooms -Great air conditioning throughout the unit -Plenty of room for our family of 5 -Good TV channel options for the kids -Great oceanfront pool that was never very crowded Cons: -Had an ant infestation the first night we checked in and had to throw away all the food we just bought that day and left on the counter. -House was not as stocked as I usually find in an Airbnb. For example we had to buy extra trash bags, laundry detergent, cooking oil, etc. -Parking lot was full one night and we had to park on the street -General upkeep of the unit could have been better. Carpet could be vacuumed better, sliding doors and screen doors frequently off jams, battery in the master safe was low and beeped all night out first night. Messaged the host and they sent someone out right away to take a look at the screens and doors, replace the battery in the safe, and spray the kitchen for ants.

However, for cleanliness and the safety of our guests especially during the pandemic, we do not leave any open cooking supplies or other food items in the unit. Very beautiful place. The locations is excelente to enjoy quick access to beaches. Walking distance from local restaurant (no a lot but some). Puka dogs are close by. We love the facilities, the condo and attention to details. We will love to come back in the future
