Walk to Beach

Beautiful decor and accommodations were comfortable…they provided everything we needed for our excursions to the beach…all appliances were great. When the blender broke, they were quick to supply us with a new one which was much appreciated. I’m very happy with the whole experience of staying at Nihi Kai Villas…from the initial booking process throughout our whole stay. We’ve stayed with you now for two years in a row and am so happy to have shared your beautiful property & island and hope to return in 2026…Mahalo!!!
Poipu Stay
by Peter I.Location was excellent, easy walk to beaches. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was that we had an issue with one of the bathtubs that we notified the property manager about and it did not get fixed during our stay. Fortunately there was a second bathtub that we were able to use, so it did not have a big impact on our stay.

Great big condo close to everything

Had been to Poipu before and stayed at Sheraton which is a short walk from the condo-so much more space and more economical- Literally walk out the door to Brennecke’s beach and then just another 100 yards to poipu beach. Stayed here with my 17 yo daughter and her best friend and great for them to have their own room and bathroom-and bonus upstairs bath. Parrish property management very communicative and immediately helpful on day one with a troubling shower faucet. We rented a car to explore the island but if you are just hanging in poipu it’s not Needed. Would highly recommend this unit. Huge light upstairs, AC, beach chairs, tennis rackets and balls, snorkel masks, and beach umbrella - with wagon to carry all! (Beach stuff not people!)

We loved our stay at Nihi Kai unit 700. The decor and updates in the unit were very nice - it was easy to feel at home here. It was a great use of space and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, as well as the pool on site - perfect for some lazy days in paradise! The whole grounds are stunning - so many beautiful tropical plants and flowers. The views are magical. The parking was simple and hassle-free - always able to easily find a spot. We will definitely be back to Nihi Kai Villas!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4. We coukd easily walk to the beach, were close to running routes, had plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was stocked with everything I could think of.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts provide a lot of extra little things that we appreciated: beach chairs & toys, as well as laundry and kitchen items that are not always provided with other rentals. We really felt at home. The location is excellent: very close to Brennecke's Beach and a short walk to Poipu Beach. Only area for improvement in my view was the pool area: the hot tub was not heated, and periodically there was a strong sewer smell there. Overall, we really liked the place and would stay again.

We stayed in condo unit 700. It's two stories, with the beds and bathrooms on the bottom level. There was a half bathroom on the top level. No issues with the condo. The rental had AC which was nice, and everything was well stocked and clean. It was a great space for the four of us. The bottom bathtubs were a bit dated, but everything worked. We were within walking distance to Brennecke and Poipu beaches. They have a swimming pool/hot tub, but we did not use it. The area felt safe, and the neighbors were quiet. All around, a great stay!

Wonderful location, great space for a family of four. This unit is just up the hill from Brennecke’s beach, which is perfect for teens/adults who want great boogie boarding. You have to walk just a few more minutes to get to the adjacent Poipu beach. The condo is equipped with beach chairs and a beach umbrella which we appreciated. The upstairs living space is very generous and open with lots of space to spread out, and the view is quite nice though the water is a bit distant. Sunsets are gorgeous from the large deck. A/C and fans keep the place very comfortable. Kitchen has what you need, is well organized, and has plenty of space to prepare meals. We found the furnishings and fixtures (especially those in the downstairs baths) in need of updating. After 2 nights of no sleep in the very old king mattress, I shared my experience with the host and was pleasantly surprised that they delivered a different and much improved mattress that day! Really grateful for that quick response. Host was very communicative and check-in/out procedures were easy. Ample parking just a very short walk from the unit. Would not be great for anyone who struggles with stairs as you climb a gentle incline then stairs to get to the unit and the stairs inside to get down to the bedrooms are a bit steep. Linens were minimal and lacking quality (scratchy sheets, one cheap blanket on the bed) but that wasn’t a huge deal to us. The condos were super quiet and peaceful at night. We rarely heard other guests (and only during the day on occasion) so it felt private. My kids enjoyed the tennis court and pool as well and found them to be empty most of the times they visited. Overall we enjoyed our stay, really loved the location, and appreciated the host’s responsiveness and communication. Mahalo!

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. Great location with view of the ocean; able to walk to Poipu and Brennecke's beaches. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms, very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Excellent communication with staff. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our first family trip to Hawaii and we feel lucky to have stayed here. Perfect for our family of 4.
