GREAT LOCATION & NICE VIEW
by Scott R.The property is super nice. The unit is as advertised. The photos are accurate. The furniture is ratan with Hawaiian style floral print-perhaps dated- but comfortable. we kept all screens open during our stay, so it was cool enough to sleep. It is a 5-minute walk to breakneck beach. Sunrise & sunset if you wish to see turtles.

Nihi Kai is a great complex. Perfect location, big units, nice pool. We loved being in building 8 as the view was wonderful. The grounds are gorgeous too! Would definitely stay here again.

Ocean View and great location!
by Kris W.This condo is located within walking distance of one of the best snorkeling beaches with two lifeguard stations and a 10 minute drive to food carts and restaurants. There are two grocery stores in Koloa which is also 10 minutes away. The grounds were beautiful and the complex was quiet. This unit does not have AC and we did not need it in May with the high temperature of 83 degrees. The kitchen was well stocked.

Great location to Poipu Beach!
by Kristine D.Thus condo is within a short .35 mule to Poipu Beach to swim, watch the turtles and the sea lion who visited the black rocks st the end of Nalo Road. Great for our 5 yr old daughter. Poipu Beach has a covered playground and an awesome baby swimming area at the beach. The condo was wonderful to have two full bathrooms. Only downside is no A/C so it got hot during the day and evening. Plenty of electric fans to help take the heat off. The full kitchen was nice to have to stock with food as well. The pool was big enough to swim and cool off after spending the day at the beach. We would definitely come back here again!
