Everything was nice, but the bottom unit does receive a fair amount of foot traffic noise from the unit above. Luckily we only had someone above us for a few days.

The Parrish Collection is very professional to deal with. I appreciate the emails to prepare for our visit as well as updates sent via text message. The units that they have available are very nicely maintained. I appreciate the reasonable booking period not having to stay a full 5 nights in a condo when just a few nights are needed. I am a return customer, I believe this is the third year in a row we are staying here at Pili Mai. We are already planning our stay next year and intend on trying to keep the same unit. The units here are very well maintained and the parking is very easy and convenient. Our unit was so close to the pool, could not ask for more.

This a beautiful condo in a great location. It has plenty of space. We really enjoyed the two en suites. The kitchen island was nice and big. The kitchen and condo in general are well stocked. The only funny little quirk is the crooked artwork electrical outlet in the kitchen and cord hanging from the TV.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The property was spotless upon arrival, and it’s clear that the hosts take great care in maintaining a clean and comfortable space. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area, whether for dining, shopping, or sightseeing.
The home was also impressively well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra linens—making our stay seamless and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home.

by Dena F.Unit was as advertised. Clean, great location near pool, and walking distance to a small shopping center. Floors are thin and the guests above us were quite loud when walking around, but that is not something we expect is able to be remedied, just something to note as it can be quite loud with multiple people stomping around above you. All that said we were able to have a stress free vacation with easy check in/out and a quality space to call home for our vacation.

by Cynthia KojakuMy experience from start to finish was EASY AND WONDERFUL! Right from the start, Annette and Mary Jane of The Parris Collection, provided great customer service! The condo was very nice, bright, and clean, with TWO master suites with clean, comfortable beds! One bedroom bathroom has a walk-in shower; the other bedroom bathroom has a shower/tub; and it was great to have that third bathroom with a toilet and sink in case anyone needed it! This condo was equipped with everything we needed...blow dryer, washer/dryer as well! Location is convenient and close to many places...shopping plaza, Poipu Beach, wide variety of restaurants! I don't want to rave too much about this condo as I want it available for ME whenever I come, but to be fair, it really is a very nice place to stay, and everyone we dealt with was helpful and welcoming!

Parrish’s place was perfect for our family! The location was unbeatable; 5 min drive to Poipu beach and close to markets and restaurants. The kids had a blast going into the kiddie and big pool that was right across from our unit. The home was cozy, clean and modern. We’d definitely come back again. The amenities, location, privacy, cleanliness was wonderful. Everything was pretty much perfect for our long family stay however, the fire alarms went off several times at 2am in the morning lasting as long as 20 minutes, which was a major disturbance for everyone staying!!

It had a great layout, well-decorated, very clean, and stocked with all these travel amenities that made it so convenient (e.g. beach bag, kitchen cooking equipment in good condition, etc.). The owners thought of everything! Great location near the pool, and had a nice, shared green belt in the backyard. I would definitely recommend this unit. It surpassed my expectations.

Had a blast staying at Parrish’s place near Poipu. Super clean, and the amenities are great. Definitely would recommend to anyone coming to Kauai.
I highly recommend booking your vacation through Parrish. They think of every possible detail to make your stay more comfortable. We were very impressed with the condo and cleanliness, as well as all of the beach gear that was available to use. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Modern and clean

Soundproofing isn't great, so could hear upstairs residents walking around occasionally. Kitchen relatively well stocked, but missing a couple items that would have been handy.

Unit 2A was beautiful and worked perfectly for our 10 day stay. It was fully equipped with everything you can think of and the beach gear was a huge plus! Close proximity (walking distance) to restaurants and shopping makes Pili Mai a great place to stay in Poipu.

by AmberWe had a great experience! The entire place was clean and inviting. Check-in was simple, the stay was amazing. The unit is well cared for and had everything we needed to cook simple dishes. Laundry in-unit was so convenient. It's close to the pool, the hot tub was amazing! We highly recommend booking here. The lanai was perfect for morning breakfast.

by HopeIf you want a superb condo in an amazing location this is it. The condo was immaculate and comfortable. Very spacious bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Perfectly located for all of our activities. Wonderful place for a relaxing stay. The condo provided beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, beach towels and several other amenities. I can't wait to be able to return. Truly perfection in paradise! I recommend this location 100%.

Wonderful Stay
by Maxine H.Great property, and very very clean. There was more than enough space for 3 adults. The description of the property was very accurate. It was stocked with all the basics to do laundry, toiletries, and cook. Good location if you’re looking to stay near Poipu. I wouldn’t say the beach is walking distance but it’s not very far. Down by the main road (walking distance) there’s a small shopping center with a Starbucks and some restaurants. If you travel further down the road by the traffic circle there’s another nice shopping center with some restaurants and a drug store. In the same traffic circle there’s a local market that has lots of local favorites. Would definitely come back!

Access to the pool and hot tub is within walking distance. We were really happy they had things like a small cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sunshades to use. by CoriI brought my family in November and it was an amazing trip. The neighborhood is so clean and welcoming. The house is so open and roomy. Bedrooms are cozy. Large beautiful bathrooms. The pools and jacuzzis are great to relax at the end of the day. So close to restaurants and beautiful beaches, we went hiking and snorkeled with sea turtles. I would recommend this house over and over.. we had a great time on Kauai. Our favorite island.

Place in Paradise

We enjoyed the amenities which included the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, and the workout room. The residents that live there were very pleasant and welcoming!!
