Great Get-a-Way
Great home-base for our stay in Poipu. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were all comfy. The pool was a nice place to cool off and relax. Great food trucks and restaurants near-by. Close to great beaches.

Family vacation
Great location, had everything we needed. Would stay again. Only reason for not giving a 5 is that the unit could use a thorough wipe down of walls, light fixtures, doors, baseboard but we also understand that it’s a rental.
Beautiful home. Very comfortable beds with lots of extra pillows and blankets. All kitchen supplies you'll need. Great beach supplies. Loved the pool and spa. Would stay again!

We loved staying at the Pili Mai condos. We stayed in two of the condos split between 11 of us and had plenty of room. Beautiful location and had all of the amenities that we needed. Would love to stay here again someday.
It was wonderful! It was expensive, but it was a great place. Everyone was kind. The place was well kept and well equipped. It was a nice community. We appreciated the beach stuff in the garage, the nice pool and the overall community. We loved our time!
Lovely Condo in Poipu
We had an excellent time staying at Pili Mai #3D. It was a great size for our family of four, with nice decor and linens and the place was spotless when we arrived. The location is great, very close to the pool and spa, as well as local beaches, restaurants, and sights. The condo comes with beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and umbrella - everything you need for the beach. Our only issue was that the kitchen could stand to have a few more cooking utensils and other items if you like to cook, such as a broiler pan, but we were able to make several meals with no issue. One other note - the rental management company, Parrish Kauai, is OUTSTANDING. They were incredibly kind and accommodating to us when we had a reservation snafu with our original condo and they found us a new place to stay and made everything right for us. Mahalo to the Parrish team!
Perfect Getaway
We loved our stay at this great condo! Stocked with everything you need to go to the beach and cook Thanksgiving dinner! Wonderful location and close to shopping and beaches. We hope to be back in the future!

Kauai Vacation
Best time on the island.
Great location
This property has everything we needed for our family of five. Very close to beach, shopping and great restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked which made us super easy to prepare meal, and even had ample Tupperware to save our leftovers in! The unit was easy to get into and out of, single floor and no stairs for my elderly parents. Pool was right across the driveway with east fob access. Bathrooms well supplied with towels and very clean. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the morning with our coffee and visiting with the resident chickens and geckos. Fabulous trip overall!

Incredible stay
This was an excellent location. Well stocked. Plenty of beach gear and coolers. Everything inside to cook including spices slow cooker full size coffee pot. Had an excellent stay 98% of the time was super quiet. One day we had people in 3C above us that were super loud. Otherwise it was nice. Pool was nice even though we only used it one day. We had 2 problems while we were there but management got it square quickly. I really can’t complain about anything. The place was spacious for a family of 5. I will be booking my return trip at this locations. You guys were awesome and thank you for a great place to stay while visiting.

Perfection
Everything about the condo was perfect. The bedrooms were large, the bathrooms were great, the kitchen was huge and well stocked. We made some great meals during our stay. Parking was very convenient and everyone enjoyed the pool. The entire complex was clean and quiet. We will stay here again the next time we visit Kauai.

Comfy condo, gorgeous view
The condo was super comfortable, with ample seating for the two couples who stayed here as well as family who came to visit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook many of our meals, including plenty of pots & pans, serving dishes, small & large appliances, even barbecue utensils. We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous views of the ocean and of Shipwreck Beach from the lanai, which extended the entire length of the condo and had plenty of seating for us and our family. As a bonus, one of the closets was well-stocked with everything beachy, from sand chairs to snorkel gear to umbrellas to beach bags. The condo had everything we needed for a fantastic time in Poipu!!!

The home was nicely decorated and peaceful. Very spacious and clean. It had everything necessary to make home cooked meals. Right in front of the pool and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. Area is quiet and family friendly. The AC was not working but we had portable AC units in each room. It was even equipped with cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards, all in the garage.
We loved the location, the layout of the condo, the first level with access from the lanai to the grassy areas, the huge island was very nice. It was well equipped and very quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful experience and hated to leave!
First off, we genuinely liked our stay at this property. Unfortunately we had a few hiccups during our stay. One being that the AC wasn’t working and had to resort to portable units. The management company notified us beforehand and offered us compensation for that. When we checked in, everything went well except a few things, There was a broken light bulb in one of the bathrooms and I messaged the host/management company but no one ever responded. The part we didn’t like about the stay was the amount of cockroaches in the kitchen. We get it’s Hawaii but they were everywhere. It was in the dishwasher, sink, cabinets. Our originally plan was to cook during our stay but. We just didn’t feel comfortable doing that. The company didn’t follow up until after my stay and didn’t plan to compensate for this issue. Overall I don’t think cockroaches is worth $2500 for 3 nights. If this property has better communication, and fixed the cockroaches, it’s definitely worth it.
Aloha Atit. We are very disappointed with your review. As you note, we notified you before your arrival about the AC and agreed on compensation which you received before checking in. We also offered you the ability to cancel had it been a real problem. The only time you mentioned roaches was the day after you left in in the same sentence as asking about a refund in exchange for an “honest review". If there was a problem as bad as you now mention, you should have not waited until after you checked out. We would have addressed any real problem immediately. The property is regularly treated both inside and out so there should not be any major issue. You did send us a photo of a broken lightbulb the day before you checked out to let us know so you would not be charged for it. Please know we would not charge you for a broken lightbulb and as far as we could tell from your message you were not asking us to help with anything. Your review does seem more a ploy to garner more of a refund than anything. Again, disappointing.
Beautiful Condo
We loved our stay in 3D. We had everything we needed plus some really nice boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys for the kids. The layout of the condo is probably my favorite layout of all the places I have stayed, space between rooms and a bathroom to every room is great. Thank you for letting us use your space!

Beautiful complex, Fabulous hot tub, great amenities-they supply everything you need as far as soaps, towels, beach equipment! Comfortable beds and couches. We had an amazing 2 weeks and can not wait to return!

Amazing stay in Kauai
This property was wonderful for our group of seven. It was extremely comfortable, well-stocked, and clean. It's location directly across from the pool, gym, and grills was perfect! Our kids loved the daily visits from the local chickens and roosters, and aside from occasional rooster calls, the area was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Pili Mai 03D to family and friends.
Really great host that was accomodating and very generous. Very nice place with everything you need for a great vacation. Would highly recommend to others!
The property was nice but the unit does not have central air conditioning, which this listing 3D claims. The portable air conditioners were loud and needed to be emptied every 12 hours, which was rather inconvenient and horrible for relaxing with family, conversation or watching television. They would also stop working during the night and you’d wake up sweating. Also the occilating fans were a must but you were always blown in the face when you walked past them. For the price of $3400 for 5 nights we probably would have chosen a different property. The pool was located in great proximity to the unit and the beach items were great to have for beach use! The other amenities were great and we definitely appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with utensils, etc. One thing that was disappointing though, the main refrigerator was not working so there was a tiny refrigerator that didn’t make ice or have chilled water from the dispenser. Just fyi…

The portable AC units are the best we could do to have some AC. Additionally, the refrigerator has been repaired. We are sorry that we only had the smaller fridge available during your stay. Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, and conveniently located. The AC was one of our priorities in choosing this, and unfortunately, there was a problem with it. Portables were placed in the condo but the electricity could not handle them. When two of them in one part of the house were turned on, the circuit was blown. The Internet was somewhat slow. The TV in one bedroom did not work after the first few days. My shower head sucked. I don’t know about the others. Otherwise, everything went well. Parking was good. We enjoyed the pool. We prepared our meals in house. The place was perfect for all of us. I’d recommend this place if the AC and TV were taken care of.
A very nice condo with a single car garage filled with a decent amount of hand-me-down beach supplies. The place is professionally managed, so expect a hotel-lite experience. Towels, beach towels, well stocked kitchen in terms of cookware. Portable AC that sits in each bedroom is loud and weak, but we didn’t need it in Jan. Idk about other times in the year. All in all, great.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much! The place was immaculate and offered plenty of kitchen and bathroom amenities, much more than others condos we have stayed at. We definitely made use of the cooler that allowed us to take beverages and food while being out on the road. Communication leading up to check in date was seamless. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo
This was a great home to stay in while enjoying the island of Kauai. We really enjoyed the independence of having our own home. We’re absolutely thrilled to find the beach chairs umbrella and body boards in the garage.
Check in process was straight to the point. Instructions and directions was easy to follow. Very clean and close to the beach.
Beautiful and better than expected
This condo is beautiful and feels like it is brand new inside. It has comfortable beds and everything you need including a blender to make smoothies and boogie boards to play in the water. We had 7 of us and everyone had plenty of space and privacy
We Love Pili Mai and ParrishKauai
We have stayed with ParrishKauai at Pili Mai for our last three vacations. Each time we’ve had a beautiful, well stocked, well maintained condo and great service. Never a problem. This year our refrigerator unexpected went out. I reported it to Guest Services and immediately they jumped into action. They had ice and coolers delivered to me to save the food I could. They replaced all the perishable food that was lost, payed for our meals out until a new working fridge was delivered. And always kept in good communication. Awesome. We received the professional response I was hoping for, which allowed our vacation to continue on without a hitch. Thank You ParrishKauai for another great vacation, see you next year!
