Nice and Homey
Clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Provided cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas which was nice, we used everyday. Not really walking distance to beach with all the chairs/coolers, so you will need transportation if you stay here. Loved sitting on lanai for coffee and breakfast. Very quiet area, I never heard a peep from any neighbors.

We all had a fantastic time, accommodations were all there. A stocked kitchen, perfect location, clear instructions on how to check in, everything clean, beds were comfortable. We would all stay here again if we returned. Patio was really comfortable and we all enjoyed having breakfast and coffee out there. AC also really cools the place down. All in all, it was a 10/10 long weekend. Highly recommend booking if it’s available.

We came for a family vacation and enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit was clean, spacious,and had a great ambiance. This was the perfect location, minutes away from the beach, resturants, and shops. They provided everything we could possibly need for the our Hawaiian vacation. We will be back!

Great place
We loved our stay. The condo was very clean and we loved the big square bar in the kitchen because we cooked a lot of our meals there. The location was great. Close to Poipu beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay, the only weird thing is that they require you to communicate outside of Airbnb because of their property management system which felt a little strange. Otherwise it was great!

Very quiet and private, just what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and our beach visits. Accommodations were superb and Parrish Kauai was very responsive whenever I had questions. Would highly recommend this place, you’ll love it!!

Nice condo and location
This condo was very nicely decorated, very clean and spacious. We loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the rooster and enjoying the fresh air. Very close to beaches, stores and restaurants. The reserved parking spot for this condo is not very convenient to load and unload things, and if you have more than 1 car, parking can become tricky as there is limited \"guest\" spaces around the condo. There was a very nice, clean pool, but this condo is pretty much the furthest from it and again it was tricky finding a spot to park.

Our family of 8 stayed in this amazing condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a great location!! We were all very comfortable and enjoyed making our family meals in the FULLY STOCKED kitchen and eating at the large dining table! The first day we asked if they had an ice chest we could use and within 30 min we had an ice chest at our door! They responded so quickly to our questions or needs.
Additionally, we all agreed that the furnishing and the mattresses were First Class! We were all very comfortable and so appreciate the hospitality of the Parrish group!
My family and I had a beautiful time in Kauai. I enjoyed the view of the mountains while I was in the home cooking. I highly recommend this home. It has tasteful decor and a beautiful layout. The home has everything you need. I highly recommend the home.

Beautiful, well appointed, well located, comfortable--what more could you ask?! Fully equipped kitchen and beach toys included.
Our corner three bedroom condo was gorgeous and peaceful. The kitchen was beautifully decorated and equipped and the family room area was large and well furnished. We loved the deck and it’s furnishings as well as the view.

Very clean place and super comfortable beds. Beautiful area but a long walk or short drive to the beach.
This was a perfect accommodation for our family of seven. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets, towels and beach gear. The kitchen is very well-appointed and spacious. We loved having three bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was really comfortable and the lanai was like a second living area. The house manual made all instructions really clear and easy. A fantastic stay! None of us wanted to leave!
This unit had a great floor plan that worked well for our group of 2 couples, one adult and one young child. It is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Nice pool for the development too. Be aware that you will need a car to access most beaches and dining options. There is one decent dining option within easy walking distance (Pacos Tacos and Cantina) on sidewalks. The Poipu shopping village, which has several dining options, is walkable, but no sidewalks or lighting so bring flashlights. Or just drive.
This is a great condo! It’s a very updated and clean place with a nice lanai. The host does a great job of providing you everything you might need, including beach gear, cooking spices, plenty of kitchen equipment, etc. Great location. We would definitely stay here again.
The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the island. I can't think of a single thing to add that would have made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you for being so attentive to the details.
The unit was well appointed and clean. They advertised AC and I booked this due to the condo having AC as my father has heat related health conditions. It would not go below 72 and the thermostat said 75 in the mail room. The front room was hotter. Also the oven did not work and we had purchased food for one night we did not have reservations and could not cook it nor were they able to repair it. They eventually sent an air fryer but no one told us and it was too late to use it nor did we want to read unpack it and read all of the instructions. Otherwise location was great and the office was responsive. Would suggest you let guests know that even though there is AC you are not able to control it. I am still on the islands and have visited before had no issues with other places setting AC lower (to at least 70).
Mahalo Kristine for your review and comments. The unit does have full central AC and most of the time 72 degrees does the trick. However, we agree it has been quite hot and humid. At the recommendation of the AC installer, the lowest it is to be set is 72 degrees for the health of the system itself given our humid environment. I do see we contacted the owner and adjusted it to 70 degrees for you. Apologies for the oven, but just like anywhere, things sometimes break down and we are working on the repair as I type. We did our best to provide a way to cook the food you purchased and are sorry if the air-fryer was not an adequate solution. Aloha.
Perfect Oasis!
Our family (2 adults, 3 college/high school aged daughters) absolutely loved this property! Our check in instructions were clear and easy. The property was so spacious, beautifully and comfortably decorated, and made us feel right at home. The kitchen was very well equipped and made it easy to prepare our morning coffee/breakfasts before heading out to explore beautiful Kauai! The location on the island was perfect--we loved how close it was to Poipu Beach and several good restaurants and also nice for heading out in all directions of the island. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs there for us to use and the comfortable lanai for our morning coffee with the friendly clucking of chickens down below. We were sad to leave and so happy we discovered this beautiful property and hope to return again soon!

Amazing condo! Beds are comfortable, everything is clean, every single thing you could want in an apartment was available, even plastic toddler utensils! Beach towels and bath towels and great shampoos/conditioners/soaps/lotions all provided. Definitely book this home!
Great place to stay
My wife and I shared the home with two other couples. Home was perfect. Each couple had their own bathroom which was a big plus. Room with two twins converts to king if you ask them to set it up that way. Home was very clean and beautifully furnished/decorated. Home had all needed supplies and kitchen was well equipped. Also had a good assortment of beach gear for use. Complex was very nice, quiet, and well maintained. Within walking distance to a few good restaurants and coffee - though enjoying Kauai coffee in the provided coffee maker on the patio each morning was so enjoyable, there was no need to get it somewhere else. We would definitely rent this home again

This condo was perfect. Very clean, quiet, and in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Poipu beach. Also, everything you need for your stay is in the condo (toiletries, kitchen/grilling, towels, beach chairs and toys, etc.). We traveled with another family and the 8 of us did not have a single complaint. The company that manages also does a really great job of making you feel welcome and had great communication the entire stay.

Beautiful condo close to the beach
This property was perfect for our 7 people. Close enough to walk to Kiahuna Beach and several restaurants. Many other shops and restaurants close. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for families! Very quiet neighborhood, plenty of guest parking too. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Poipu VRBO
From the beginning, the communication was excellent with the property manager. The VRBO was beautiful and very inviting upon arrival. They had an extremely well-equipped kitchen and all the beach supplies we could have asked for. Liked the location. Everything met or exceeded our expectations! Great place for a large group to gather!

Peaceful with a little rooster on the side.
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. It looked exactly as the pictures shown. Our family had plenty of room. Every morning we would sit out under the covered patio, drink our coffee and watch the sunrise or beautiful rainbows. Then watch the roosters and chickens feed below us. We enjoyed our trip to your wonderful island of Kauai.
Best VRBO so far...this place has EVERYTHING!
The location is perfect! The condo is absolutely beautiful. The furniture is high quality and sturdy, the kitchen is beyond stocked, they even provide sandwich bags, beach bags, beach towels, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Every time we opened a cabinet we were like \"oh, they have that too!\" The condo was very clean. It was perfect for our trip. There are smart TVs so you can watch your own Amazon Prime and Netflix. The plus is there is air conditioning. The only con was that the AC will only stay on for 2 hours at a time. You have to restart it every two hours. For us northerners from a dry climate, we couldn\'t sleep very well, so one of us got up to restart the air every two hours. Luckily there were 6 of us so we could take turns. During the day when we were gone, it was great that it shut off and didn\'t waste electricity. Even with the AC situation, I\'d for sure stay here again. It was worth it!

Large space and quiet (other than roosters!)
This 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen had everything you may need for cooking (the knives were a bit dull though). The master bed was sooo comfortable. Most beds are too hard. The bedding, towels, and soaps were all nice quality. This is a second floor unit. There were beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for use which was appreciated. The pool was warm but the hot tub was not working during our stay. We had a rental car, but the beach is walkable and a few restaurants. Groceries would be a bit far but doable.
