Great stay!!
We loved our time at Pili Mai. The property management company communicated very well and check in/out was easy. The cooler was missing from our unit, I texted them and they delivered a new one first thing the next morning. The community was beautiful and well maintained. No complaints!

Pili Mai condo - Kauai

Great space for 6-8 people. Very clean, kitchen very user friendly and open to living room. Good pool. 4 beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Mattresses were too soft for us, but everyone is different. Mile walk to beach or quick drive. Would definitely stay there again.
Lots of room and good layout
We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was perfect for our large family and having three bedrooms and three full baths was wonderful. We had an issue with the AC being loud at one point but as soon as we notified them, they were quick to correct it. Check in was easy and communication was great. The location was nice too. Not right on the beach but still in a good and easy spot to get around.

GREAT location and property!
We were so impressed with the property! It had everything we needed and the management company was extremely responsive and communicated throughout the entire process. Even the neighbors below us were friendly and accepted the fact our 4 kids weren't the quietest at times. The pool area was fantastic and offered a great spot to BBQ or hang out. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

Great property in excellent location
Clean, spacious and well stocked property in an excellent location. Had minor issues with back lock and water dispenser however property management provided great customer service. They were over within a few hours to fix the problem. Only one car can park in driveway. Garage is not accessible for use. I was a bit worried on finding parking for second vehicle however never had issues with second car in visitor parking. Beach gear was very helpful. Would be ideal if it could be stored in garage rather than bringing it upstairs in the unit. Overall, great location being close to beach and shops. Would stay here again.

Great place and perfect location in Poipu. Beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. Complex had barbeques and pool. Really enjoyed the large back balcony/deck.
Fantastic host and unit! One of the best experiences we've had renting and they definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location and any others they have!

This was a great place for our family of 6. The kitchen was spacious with nice appliances and it was very nice to have 3 full bathrooms. The location was very convenient. Close to the beach and several restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was very peaceful, beautiful and well kept. The pool area seemed nice as well we just never had time to use it. The house also had beach towels, chairs, toys and a cooler. All were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate home with three full baths for each of the bedrooms in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We had a wonderful time in Kauai and thoroughly enjoyed all the pool and hot tub amenities after full days of hiking, tubing, and exploring around the beautiful island. Highly recommend to all small groups of future visitors looking for the perfect vacation stay. Great communication with the property management from check in to checkout.

Great place and it exceeded my expectations.
Nice place. It had beach equipment like chairs, beach towels, snorkels, bogie board, umbrellas, and a cooler! Great place for my whole family and in a nice location minutes from the beach.
Pretty and spacious condo in a nice development. We were a family of 7 and loved having 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen island since we cooked meals at home, in unit washer/dryer, great beach equipment, and AC throughout. It was down the street from the Poipu shopping village and only a mile from Poipu beach. We also enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Check in and check out instructions came via text message or email from the Parrish group, and not through the Airbnb platform.
Perfect spot for families. Spacious and nice size bedrooms. It was great to have 3 full bathrooms. The place was very clean on arrival. The booking to checkout was seamless and any questions were answered promptly. It was perfect for our group with an infant to an 11 year old. The complex pool was great.

Family Vacation
Great property close to beautiful beaches.
Condo close to Poipu Beach
Five of us stayed in this Pili Mai development second floor condo and were very comfortable! The photos of the property are accurate and the place was very clean. We enjoyed the three bedrooms (one with twin beds), and three bathrooms, found the mattresses comfortable, had plenty of bath and beach towels, and there were beach chairs for our use. Having a washer and dryer available was so helpful. The kitchen has a massive granite island and was well stocked with dishes, silverware, basic pots and pans. We relaxed with coffee in the morning on the deck off the living room and despite proximity to neighbors, were not at all bothered by noise during our stay. The neighborhood seemed quiet and friendly and is so close to Poipu Beach- easier to drive than walk the mile or so on a hot day, but so nice to not have to go far. We felt close to the things we wanted to get to on the South and West shores. Can't think of any obvious bad parts, no hidden disappointments. Would stay here again, highly recommend!

Highly recommend! The location is absolutely peaceful, clean, organized, and well kept. Our host was very welcoming and had every tool we needed for our period of stay. They had a beach bench, sand castle toys for kids, and boogie boards. I was very surprised how well prepared our host was for any situation as they had proper cooking pan, blenders, rice cooker, couch with beddings, and extra pillows. The location is also very close to a lot of attraction without being too busy or over crowded. In the morning you can have a nice morning walk or take the Hapa trail which is literally a few steps away from your stay. Also, the rooms are beautiful and huge. All in all, it was one of the best stays I've ever had in any air bnb.

Worth the money
Prior to and upon checking in, property manager kept in contact and advised me what was expected upon checking in. Unit had more than enough of extra beddings and pillows, as well as towels, for my party of 8 guests. Unit was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed from pots and pans, to a rice cooker. Community pool/jacuzzi/bbq area is excellent. This is my second time staying there, will definitely stay there in future. Mahalo Parrish Kauai!!

Pili Mai 15C
Nice property. Unfortunately the closets were all filled with chairs, boogie boards etc, that we had to shlep out and leave in the hallway to have closet space. The screen door was broken on the porch when we arrived. We would have loved to enjoyed the island breezes flowing through the condo instead of having to run the air conditioning (which temperature was very difficult to control)

Awesome
Wonderful space - open living area, very spacious. Property is very close to everything but feels secluded. The bedrooms are not directly next to each other so it gives a feeling of privacy if more than one couple are using the space.

LOUD AC
Everything about this place was great, but every 10 minutes the AC would make a sound like a LOUD clap of thunder or someone dropping a fridge on the floor. It got old real quick and looking at reviews, looks like they have no intentions of fixing that issue. Which is a big deal, because it can easily wake light sleepers and since it’s so frequent, make it hard to get to sleep. If you have children that nap or are scared of loud noises, I would avoid as your vacation will no longer be a vacation. Water temp also never got super warm???

This was a great unit to stay in! It looked exactly like the photos. I stayed here in a group of 4 at the end of September, and we really appreciated the number of beds, bathrooms, and overall space! It was a super comfortable unit. The central A/C was much appreciated, and we still made use of the lanai. It's upstairs, so the view out of the lanai was clear and unobstructed. The unit was well-equipped with beach towels, chairs, and cooler. We also made use of the kitchen and the grill equipment that the unit provided. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was also so convenient! The Pili Mai community was super quiet, and we were such a quick walk to the pool area! The pool was large with a kiddie pool of 1 ft. depth and a hot tub. We visited the pool area at various different times over the 5 days we were there, and at the most, there was only 7 other people there, and we still had so much space around the pool. Our time at the pool was a highlight of our trip! Communication with management was all done through text, which I liked. Would definitely recommend this unit!

The condo is amazing, spacious, well appointed and close to great shopping, beaches and hiking. It’s a must stay!
Super clean condo
If not for an ongoing problem with AC I would have given 5 stars across the board. When the ac kicked on or off it made a booming sound behind the wall, located near the return vents. It was not too bothersome during day but was loud enough to wake us up during the night. We had to turn the ac off all night, every night and rely on fans. I called the first morning (Wed.) to report the problem. They didn’t call back that day. After I called them the following day they said they’d get someone out that afternoon. The following am they said someone would come out to check by afternoon. When I got a call back from manager he said the ac repair Co had checked AC compressor located on ground level ( we were in 2nd floor unit). He said they couldn’t replicate problem so the “AC was fine”. I told him being awakened nightly by booming sound was not “fine”. He even gave me the “this isn’t the mainland” speech. Everything about this condo was perfect, except one of the key amenities. I would expect a large property management company to have handled this professionally and with courtesy. Btw the staff answering the phones were very courteous. The manager did ultimately agree to allow us a later checkout time, a concession without which this review would have a been a “2”.
