Family vacation. Great location on golf course, close to beach. Very clean unit with good amenities. A/C in Hawaii units sometimes temperature-limited, and this only goes down to 76°F, so we went without A/C and kept windows open.

We loved our stay at Pili Mai!

Everything was great. Would stay at this place again. Close to pool easy for kids to walk to. Toiletries in bathroom top notch. Distant ocean view from patio. On golf course lots of green space. Beds comfortable .

Beautiful property. So many extras included as they have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc available for use. The actual condo was in beautiful condition, beds were comfortable and we all had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family had the most incredible stay at this beautiful condo. My kids loved the pool, exploring the property and walking down to Little Fish Coffee in the mornings. This condo is an excellent choice for families! Can't wait to come back.

The property had everything needed for a short 5 day stay on the island from beach towels to beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc.). Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware to prep breakfast and more.

We had a great stay at this property. It was a beautiful, clean condo with plenty of amenities to make the stay extra comfortable. It’s in a nice area as well. We’d book here again.

The ocean view from the lanai was better than expected and the parking space in front of the unit was a plus. The welcome gift basket was a nice surprise. The only downside was the BBQs were far away, not enough paths to easily access them. Vacation Realty was very easy to work with, they addressed our concerns promptly. We were a party of 9 including a baby, and the sleeping accommodations, bedding, towels, kitchenware, even laundry detergent, more than adequately met our needs. The attention to details, ease of contacting management, beauty and cleanliness of the property made all of us wish we could extend our time on island.

We liked everything about this property! The owner really considered anything and everything that would make a visiting family comfortable and met or exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail (like pool fob being attached to a child-size slipper), the generous amount of cooking and dishware, and even the most comfortable bedding and linens truly made our relaxation between ventures easy to achieve. We definitely plan to stay again in the very near future!

Great single level lower floor unit. Very clean and well appointed. I would give a 5 rating except for some noise issues. There seems to be limited noiose dampening in the ceiling. It was common from the master bedroom (nearest patio) to hear heavy footsteps from the unit above. frequently at 5 or 6 in the mnorning a thunk thunk thunk. In addition when the A/C fan engaged the expansion of air would push the cover of the ventilation outward. This would emit a infrequent sporatic steel drum bang during all hours of the night. The hot water temp is marginally hot warm enough for a shower but not hot enough to kill germs off plates in the dishwasher. I apprciate the high costs of energy in Kauai and understand the need to conserve but I do feel it fair that our experience be accurately documented. PLEASE NOTE: the pool access is via a fob key. There is only 1 Fob key. The same FOB key is required to gain access to the excercise room. If you are a couple of individuals who wish to use the excercise room and come and go from the pool during the workout, co-ordination of passing the FOB will be required. We had one issue when the 3rd party arrived, requiring the 2 single beds be made into a king. I left a voice mail on the contact number and we had a maintenance person attend within 30 minutes "great service". The unit was easy to book, with good directions and I would definitely consider renting this unit in the future. Mahalo

I stayed in this unit with my husband, daughter, son in law and 8 yr old granddaughter and 6 year old twins. We were able to sleep without using the couch bed which is always a plus not dealing with setting up and taking down. It is a beautiful setting on the golf course, comfortable chairs on the lanai, enough for all 7 of us. I only have 2 issues with this unit: The couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit on and that only leaves 2 side chairs (very comfortable) not great for 7 people. Also the ice maker in the fridge made about 1 tray of ice per day. The parking is not easy if you have an SUV, there is a nice big garage (not the for the SUV) and a parking space. The pool is very close and there are 2 BBQ\'s located there. It is not a heated pool but there is a hot tub. There is only 1 pool for the whole complex so being close was nice. It is a one level unit which is nice but.....we had heavy walkers above us (fortunately just our last 2 nights. )

Property was exact as described. Golf course and ocean view was perfect. Unit was sparkling clean when we arrived. Gourmet kitchen, nice layout, all amenities was great. Nice pool and short walk to the beach. Looking forward to another stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the resort setting too! The condo was just why we needed and they even supplied multiple baby items for our little one . The garage had lots of chairs , boogie boards , floaties, sand building supplies and ice chests. It was a wonderful vacation.

Great location, beautiful property, easy check-in and out. Had everything we needed and more. Has an enclosed garage for 1 vehicle, and another uncovered parking spot adjacent to it. Lots of open parking nearby if you have more than 2 vehicles. There's also a gym and a pool very close by. Unfortunately only 1 person in our party had time to take advantage of them, but he said he enjoyed it. Close to shopping areas and where we needed to be. There was a little welcome note, and I think there was supposed to be basket or something but it was missing so they probably forgot to put it out. Also, there was a broken window pane over the sofa bed, so it was covered with cardboard. I called to make sure the manager was aware, and they were. They may have notified me in an email, but I didnt recall seeing one. No biggie though. It didn't take away from our overall experience at all. Only one thing I would probably change is to have the check-out time be at 11:00 am instead of 10:00 am. The air bnbs I've stayed at had checkout times of 11:00 and it makes cleaning up and packing less stressful. Or if they had an option for early check-in or late check-out, that would've been a plus. Overall though, my family and I thought it was an awesome place and plan to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Well appointed condo with a great pool area and within walking distance to Poipu Shopping Village which has shopping and restaurants. Most importantly Puka Dog and Keoki's Paradise. The list of house rules can be a little off-putting. We couldn't find sheets for the pull out couch and so I emailed them that evening (we had arrived late and I didn't find it necessary to call at that hour) so I found out that I should have typed in the comment section when I made the reservation that we would be using the pull-out couch which seemed odd since I'd never been anywhere I'd needed to do that. I felt like I was being chastised but they promised to send them that day. They weren't there when we returned from our day out which wasn't a big deal so I called the island contact and he and his wife were lovely and she brought them out so I think that perhaps they don't realize the tone of the rules and email can come across a little harshly. Overall we were very happy with the condo and surrounding area and would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a new development in sunny Koloa. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The common pool area is really nice and spacious. The condo itself was very well furnished, and the kitchen had every appliance you might need. As a coffee aficionado, I like to enjoy the great local coffee, so having a grinder in the kitchen was much appreciated. We would happily return to this unit.

Beautiful new unit. Very well equipped kitchen (cutlery, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, storage containers...you name it!) and well stocked with laundry detergent (stack washer and dryer). Very well appointed with granite counter tops, 2 king beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 baths, patio furniture, new appliances including the Boasch dishwasher. The unite had AC but we never needed it. Very quiet, on the golf course with a view to the ocean. Easy walk to the mexican restaurant down at the golf club, a couple hundred yards away. Pool very close by. We didn\'t use the garage (where there was also beach chairs, a couple of bikes and other beach stuff) but parked in the unit parking space. The couch was also a Hide-a-bed. It was great being so close to everything in Poipu and Koloa. Great restaurants very close by - Merriman\'s, The Beach House, Eating House 1849 and Brennecke\'s. Enjoyed watching the sunset during dinner at Brennecke\'s, then we walked across the street to the beach to dip our feet into the ocean and found a couple of large sea turtles. A wonderful way to relax. Enjoyed how the sunrise paints the clouds in our westerly view of the ocean. Beautiful sunsets!!!
