Fantastic property, very spacious and clean, modern, comfortable, and close enough to walk to the beach. The pool area is also very large and well kept. The property manager was super responsive and helpful during our entire stay. We highly recommend staying here!

Our unit was nicely decorated with modern decor and neat and clean. There were also extra bath towels which were nice. Also loved that the unit had beach chairs, and a cooler which we used everyday.
A beautiful stay
Our condo was lovely, huge! Wonderful kitchen and lanai. We were there for 4 days and spent most of our time touring the island each day. With three bedrooms, each of our adult children had their own spaces at the end of the day which was nice. We ate in a couple nights and the kitchen was great for cooking! The development has a pool, hot tub, workout facility, and common areas for grilling. The location was great for all the day trips we took around the island. Great communication and since they are so new it was a wonderful place to stay. Close to Poipu Beach which was fun to go to each evening to watch the sea turtles come up and to watch the sunset each evening.

We loved our stay and honestly didn\'t need to reach out to staff or anything! The unit was so beautiful and so perfect for our family of 4. The property has wonderful amenities and our unit had beautiful views of the ocean in the distance. Loved location as we were able to tour the island easily from there! We loved our time in Kauai!
The house: Upon entry the house was clean and beautifully decorated. It had that home away from home feel. The house was well equipped for all your cooking and beach going needs. It was very spacious and accommodating for our party of 7. The pool was nice as well but there’s a very strict out by 9pm policy. There’s an outside BBQ area for your grilling needs that is well maintained. Parking was 1 assigned spot in front of the unit. There are plenty of visitor spots available. If you’re a light sleeper there are roosters but they are everywhere on the island.
Location: Close to shops and beaches. A short drive or a nice walk. The landscaping is beautiful all around and well maintained. During the week there can be morning traffic.
Host: Very responsive and immediately handled the one issue we had. Host’s was amazing.
Recommendation: We would definitely stay here again. We loved the house and surrounding area. It’s a beautiful place all around. Personal rating 5 Stars.

Great 3 BR condo about 1/2 mile walk to the beach, and 1/4 mile from good dining options. Well equipped kitchen and provided beach towels, chairs, and a boogie board.

Our stay was amazing. The separate bathrooms were great, I had my own en suite bathroom, the grandchildren had their own, and of course my daughter and son-in-law had the master suite with an en suite, double-sink bathroom. The washer and dryer came in handy - glad to see our favorite detergent and stain cleaner.
A very efficient, easy, entertainment -friendly, spacious kitchen. We cooked dinner 3 nights and foind everything we needed re utensils, pots, etc.
Cleanliness is so important to me and the Airbnb is squeaky clean.
Furnishings are simple, comfortable and attractive. Our unit is spacious - very comfortable with 5 of us moving around it each day.
The patio has a lovely, relaxing view - it was great sitting out there. The children loved the pool.
We found the complex to be quiet.
Best of all, my brother lives minutes away from the Airbnb and that made visiting easy.
We had a splendid time. We are coming back to stay, for sure.

Excellent place, clean, well furnished
Felt like home ??
This year was a difficult one for me: my husband passed away at Christmas 2022 and my father passed away the week before we were leaving for Kauai. Almost cancelled the trip but my mom said to go. I'm so glad because it was the most peaceful beautiful condo I've ever stayed at. The location was a 5 minute drive to Poipu Beach. We swam with the turtles (I literally had one swim under me). The grounds were gorgeous with many plumaria and hybiscus in bloom. Loved the canapy of all the trees but am sorry they have become invasive to other indigenous plants and trees. Staff were quick to respond to our immediate needs. Loved having chairs, beach towels and a cooler provided to use. The condo itself was perfect for our visit with enough bedrooms to accommodate me, my daughter/her boyfriend and my sister and nephew. The attention to detail in the kitchen design and decor of the rest of the house was noticed and appreciated. Beds were so comfortable and had luxurious linens. There was also plenty of seating at the dining table and in the living room. It was really hard to leave the splendor of the condo and of Kauai. Hope to come back again and would love to stay in the same condo. It was a good place to get away and heal my heart. Thank you.
