Great Stay.
The property is clean and well appointed. Everything you need is there at your disposal. Check-in was easy. It is in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to markets and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Vacation

Comfort in Paradise!
We stayed 7 nights at Pili Mai unit #14M and it was absolutely perfect. Check in was a breeze and we were welcomed with fresh and clean accomodations. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped for all the meals we made. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and tissues and toilet paper. There is a bin full of beach chairs and toys and a cooler we took as we explored the island so we had fresh cold water on our jouneys. Pili Mai is nearby Poipu shopping areas, beaches and activities depending on the activities you plan its a great home base to explore both East and West parts of the island. This is not an ocean front or ocean view, but the views out the windows are exquisite. I cant think of anything that needs improvement. I would recommend anyone considering this as their home base, DO IT!

We had an amazing time. Great location and home.
We are so very pleased with the whole rental!! The space was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable, it was very clean, the pool was great & we had pretty much everything we needed. We loved the outdoor space. (Although they said there was a cooler in the front beach tub, there was not so we had to purchase one). I love the fact that you emailed as well as text information to me. It felt like someone was there to answer my question on a moments notice. Great work team Parrish!!

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked for what we needed - even a blender, coffee grinder and instant pot. It was great that they supplied laundry and dish soap, shampoo, etc. so we didn’t have to buy quantities we wouldn’t use. Pool was great, beds were comfy. The boogie boards and beach chairs were a nice touch. We would love to return!

Perfect place
This condo is the perfect place as far as location. Easy access to pretty much everything and everywhere on the island of Kauai. We shared the condo with our good friends. There is plenty of space for two couples that get along, without compromising privacy. Everything we needed was available in the condo and the management company responded promptly to all our inquiries. Checking in and out was a breeze! Highly recommend this place! Beautiful condo, central location
Well appointed condo. Kept us comfortable during our stay with amenities and AC. And we had our own rooster (who we named Bob), who visited us throughout our stay. Would definitely return to this unit on a future stay!

Our condo was well appointed and clean. Location was convenient to local dining and activities and the addition of beach towels, chairs, etc for our use made everything so easy. I definitely recommend this property for your stay on the South Shore of Kauai!
We felt very private.
The only problem was the safe listed was closed when we arrived and we were unable to use it. However, Parrish Collection came with a new safe and installed it in the Master Bedroom about 10 days into our 30 day stay. Having the safe in place as we had anticipated gave us a much better piece of mind so we could store our passports and other important items as we enjoyed Kauai. Parrish Collection was very kind and Patti, and Donna, Kevin, and Nona (please forgive me if I have misspelled any names or got them totally wrong) were always polite and helpful.
This place was perfect for our group. We had everything we needed and were super close to the beach and many restaurants. Would highly recommend. Good communication and easy check in and check out.
Very clean, comfy beds, could walk to many areas. Quiet area even though the patio faces the road it was peaceful. Nicely equipped kitchen. Space is larger than it looks in the pictures. Liked having beach chairs & umbrella in the garage to use.
Nice stay in Poipu
This location is obviously someone\'s personal home, not just a pure rental asset, so the decor is nicer than expected. All the comforts one\'d expect.
We loved the house we stayed in! Wonderful decorations and clean rooms made us feel like at home. Thank you for providing us a memorable experience in Kauai!
Nice stay. As advertised, good communication. Clean and in nice area close to beach and shops. Keep in mind the backyard is near a road, and the neighbors upstairs could be heard. Other than that it was perfect. They have everything you need.
11/10 would highly recommend staying through their collective! absolutely beautiful space with various small attention to detail features available throughout the air bnb!

Great location & pool.
We had a great time here. The location is just a 3 min drive to the beach, and good restaurants. There were also some water toys that our kids enjoyed using at the beach. Communication was great from check in to check out. There is also a nice pool you have access to just a few min walk from the front door. Our family of 4 had a great time and would return again!
Best bang-for-your-buck location
If you don’t want to drop tons of money on a beach front location, yet still be within walking distance to the beach, stores, and restaurants
