Wonderful Stay
It was my first time to Kauai and this was a perfect place to stay. It is near great beaches, restaurants and cute towns. It was very comfortable, clean and updated. Hope to return soon and would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful place! Perfect for a family or perfect for 3 couples. It was especially nice having 3 bathrooms. It was within walking distance to the beach, great shopping and dining. A great place for a base camp to explore the island . So very pleased with our stay - we would come back here to stay again!

Condo was as described. Clean, well stocked rental
This place is stunning! It’s very peaceful, and their amenities made us feel so much like home! They’re always available for help and very responsive. The beach is closed by which is a very convenience for us to walk and explore what’s around. There’s also a shopping village which is also walkable distance. 10/10 would come back to this listing if I were to visit Kauai island again!
Felt like we were staying in a five star resort
Selecting a place to stay in Kauai can be overwhelming. While we have a place on North Shore, we wanted to stay on the South Shore for a family event. We stumbled upon Parrish and found them to be the best of the best in the industry. The home was spotless and far beyond expectations. The price was great. The extra fees like cleaning an booking fees were very reasonable and a much better value than the big online peer to peer sites. We will absolutely rent from Parrish again and plan to discuss using them as our property manager once we acquire a home on the South Shore as well.
Incredible home base for an unforgettable vacation
Our time on Kauai was enhanced by the comfort, convenience, and amenities of 15J. Our family had space to spread out, as well as shared space to share meals and make memories. The convenience of the fully appointed kitchen and in-suite washer and dryer made our trip so comfortable. We loved having access to beach chairs and boogie boards as well! We were close to world class beaches and Old Koloa Town was delightful. I highly recommend this rental to anyone thinking of visiting the Garden Island. Also, management made communication super easy.
It was such a beautiful place to stay on such a beautiful island. Great value and an easy walk to the beach and shops. The residence was so nice and one of the better places we stayed in Hawaii. Highly recommended.

Fabulous for Friends/Family and Fun
The condominium was amazing. It is spacious, beds comfortable like a resort, amenities plentiful and location location location. This was truly a great place for our girls weekend to relax and rejuvenate in Kauai. Restaurants, shops and beaches are all walking distance. The pool and jacuzzi after a long day of fun was everything. This space is truly a treat and I will definitely come back. Don’t miss out on this gym.

This condo was great for our family. Great location in Poipu, about 1/2 mile walk to great beaches. Restaurants/ stores very close. Everything you could need was in the condo. Also had chairs/ cooler/ body boards and more which was a big plus. Pool was nice and not overly crowded. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

Island Perfection
This is the spot! Gorgeous and roomy with a lovely open floor plan and plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need and both the lanai and front porch are great places to chill and enjoy a cocktail. The entire property is well maintained and peaceful, with access to a big beautiful pool, a hot tub and a gym if you just gotta squeeze in a workout. There are beach chairs and boogie boards at the property so no need to bring your own when you head to the beach. 5 days just wasn't long enough. I miss 15J and Pili Mai's many handsome roosters already! 10/10 would go again!

Stop Surfing! This is the Vacation Home You are Looking For!
Please stop surfing! This is the place you are looking for! I won\'t discuss all the amazing amenities in 15J because other reviewers have done so. But, for example, the kitchen is so well stocked that it was even easy to host Thanksgiving. So let me start with location. 15J is only a seven minute walk from Poipu beach. It is also a five minute walk from shopping, fine dining, gelato and so much more. You are very central to all parts of the island to drive to almost unlimited beaches, hiking and everything else Kauai. We have visited Kauai five times and the location can\'t be beat. The home is also sparkling clean and basically new. There are two masters with en suite restrooms and a third bedroom with a shared full bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxed and the surounds are GREAT for a morning walk if you have that East coast jetlag. You will absolutely love 15J and want to go back almost as soon as you get home. We are already planning a next trip to 15J as a repeat guest. We have stayed in probably 30 vacation homes over the years and have never desired a return. I suspect you will feel the same way we do about 15J.

Pili Mai 15J is truly magic! You will never want to leave. My family and I have stayed on Kauai many times over the years and this is hands down- the best condo we have ever stayed in. It is so fully stocked with every essential and every extravagance you don't even have at home including Apple TV, smart TV's in every room, board games galore, fancy shampoos, soaps and lotions, beach gear- chairs, boogie boards, cooler bag and every kitchen gadget and tool imaginable.
