It was our first trip to Kauai so we wanted the best possible experience. Poipu Kapili lived up to and exceeded our expectations in every possible way. When we return to Hawaii we will definitely consider the Parrish Collection properties as first choice!
Great Location, Beautiful condo
by Melinda D.Condo is in a great location in Poipu and part of a beautiful complex. Unit is very well maintained and everything was in good working order. We spent hours out on the oceanfront lanai and enjoyed the pool. Easy walking to restaurants and shops.

The ocean!
by Carol D.We enjoyed our mornings on the patio watching the ocean, listening to and enjoying the birds while having our tea. We met friends who took us to special places to eat and shop especially in Hanapepe and also the Marketplace. We went to the beach and saw the seals. We enjoyed the lush green everywhere and the amazing flowers.
Great location and property, easy to communicate with staff via text when we needed a couple of items. Information and communication was clear and very helpful. Great experience. Thank you

Fantastic condo in Poipu
by Cara P.This condo is fabulous! The pictures do not do it justice. The place has an exceptional layout with the living/dining/kitchen downstairs and the sleeping room upstairs. It\'s located near the west end of the Kapili property so it\'s quiet. I loved the living-room long mirror, which made the place feel twice as big. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/knives. Lastly, airflow was great throughout the unit. I\'d stay here again in a heart-beat.

Great Location
by jill B.This is a great place. Great views. Roomy. We wished the pillows weren’t so hard. The air conditioner in the second bedroom was very noisy. We also felt they should have had as many beach chairs to use as each condo sleeps. Overall we enjoyed staying here!

This place is in a great location ! We felt the inside could use a bit of updating. One thing we couldn’t see from the posting, is that there is a street that is between the outdoor grass area and the water. There is no beach at all, just rock/lava. You can find a nice beach just down the road, about 7-10 min. Walk.

We are sorry you missed any of that information. Also, each unit interior is rated to ensure we set expectations. In the future, we suggest you check out those with a “Premier Plus” rating as they are all brand new or completely remodeled.
Perfect location for much needed vacation
