The ocean!

We enjoyed our mornings on the patio watching the ocean, listening to and enjoying the birds while having our tea. We met friends who took us to special places to eat and shop especially in Hanapepe and also the Marketplace. We went to the beach and saw the seals. We enjoyed the lush green everywhere and the amazing flowers.

Fantastic condo in Poipu

This condo is fabulous! The pictures do not do it justice. The place has an exceptional layout with the living/dining/kitchen downstairs and the sleeping room upstairs. It\'s located near the west end of the Kapili property so it\'s quiet. I loved the living-room long mirror, which made the place feel twice as big. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/knives. Lastly, airflow was great throughout the unit. I\'d stay here again in a heart-beat.

Great Location

This is a great place. Great views. Roomy. We wished the pillows weren’t so hard. The air conditioner in the second bedroom was very noisy. We also felt they should have had as many beach chairs to use as each condo sleeps. Overall we enjoyed staying here!

This place is in a great location ! We felt the inside could use a bit of updating. One thing we couldn’t see from the posting, is that there is a street that is between the outdoor grass area and the water. There is no beach at all, just rock/lava. You can find a nice beach just down the road, about 7-10 min. Walk.

We are sorry you missed any of that information.  Also, each unit interior is rated to ensure we set expectations.  In the future, we suggest you check out those with a “Premier Plus” rating as they are all brand new or completely remodeled.

Perfect location for much needed vacation

Traveled here with my family including 20-month-old twins, my sister, and her husband. The place was a perfect setup for all of us—a family-friendly, ideal location for walkable trips to the beach, food, etc. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful setting

Loved the location of this unit. The patio was completely protected which allowed us to enjoy breakfast every morning and our own Happy Hour every afternoon. Great sunsets! Patty in the office is a treasure. We had several maintenance issues and she followed through to insure everything was handled. The entire property is beautifully maintained. The young man who provided our housekeeping service was very courteous. We have reservations to return next year and hope to add a third week to our stay.

We had a Very nice time there. I would recommend the facility to anyone.

Screen door in master sweet had to be fixed. Would not open. It was fixed immediately. very good service.

Location! Could open master bedroom patio door and here the waves ! That was very relaxing!

Furniture in living room not very comfortable. Table on lanai had a big piece of tape wheee the table is broken. No hot tub by pool. Some units we viewed were very old and out dated. However location is very nice! Towels and linens changed which was great but didn’t get many towels back after so we went to office to get more. However the next day housekeeping stopped over with more towels.

Good website information; availability of choice; price availability; flexible reservation terms

We resented being asked to pay the new 2018 tax surcharge: this was a contracted rate and the additional charge (though small) should have been paid by the Management.

We received the 4th night free

Needed help to drain water from ac unit. No instructions provided on unit. Beeping alarm woke up our baby a few times because we couldn’t drain it thoroughly. Called and given instructions on how to do it, but not helpful. Maintenance came to change lightbulb and showed us how to drain it by pouring unit over balcony. Wish we had known how to do that from beginning! There is something dripping from behind painting in master bathroom that was unpleasant. I had called ahead to find out what was available to use, such as cooler and beach chairs. They couldn’t give me an answer, it would have been nice if they could have checked the unit and called me back, would have saved a trip to Walmart that wasn’t necessary. It would be nice to upgrade chairs to backpack chairs. Otherwise, we were very happy and will return!

We have now added instructions on the unit itself. Sorry we missed your request on what is in the unit in terms of beach toys. Standard is at least two chairs, a cooler and an umbrella. After 6 years of visiting this place we like it just the way it is.

It was great! Morgen in your Reservation Office was so helpful in getting us a similar unit for next year when Unit 2 was not going to be available. She persevered and stayed in touch with us until things were satisfactory.
