We love Kapili. It’s our 7th stay in 24 years and we rent 2 units for 3 weeks each time. The proximity to the beach, the ocean & pool views, the grounds - everything makes this place home. The staff is so nice. Kennedy from the grounds crew gave us bananas several times just out of kindness. We love the Friday donuts and appreciate the effort of the staff to do that.

Perfect stay with our elementary aged kids. The condo was modern, updated and perfectly clean - even behind the furniture! Very well stocked kitchen with nice dishes. Super comfy beds and nice linens.
We loved being able to walk right onto the grass and out to the pool. Hear the ocean surf and get the breeze with windows open, cool off at night with powerful AC.
We enjoyed the beautiful pool which we offer only shared with 1-2 other families. There was police presence one of the nights which kept street party noise to a minimum. We were worried about this too, but this is our second time staying right on this road and as a result, we didn’t get direct ocean front but still enjoyed a view. The trucks dispersed by 8pm. You can always take the short walk to the beach for sunset.
The amenities of this property far outweigh that one issue.

We have a decent size group and it was not easy to find a condo that could keep us close. They were great to work with the condo's are great. This is a great place to adventure out from. The he landscape is beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is kept clean and open and not always packed. The Internet has worked great allowing for streaming abilities.
Truly a amazing property; our best vacation rental yet. The Poipu Kapili property had impeccably maintained grounds, a perfect location, and felt like a home away from home. Unit 14 was modern and well appointed; very comfortable sofa and beds; new appliances; and very clean. Extras like beach gear and towels were much appreciated as well. Communication with the Parrish team before, during, and after the stay was also great. We're looking forward to returning.

Wonderful space and location. Communication was prompt and clear. Kitchen was well appointed (other than a broken toaster—which I’m sure will be replaced). Gorgeous view and clean pool. The entire resort was maintained beautifully. Walking distance to several beaches. Loved the sectional seating in the family room. Beds very comfortable too! Would definitely return if the opportunity presents itself! You won’t be disappointed.

by Kim T.Everything about this property was perfect. The condo itself is beautiful & very clean. It was well stocked except for laundry detergent. I asked if we could have more (we were only left with enough to wash 1 load.) We were told to buy our own. I didn't think that was a great answer, but other than that, we had a great time staying in this particular condo.

Very spacious and extremely well appointed unit overlooking the ocean. We were a bit worried only having A/C in the bedrooms in the middle of August, but we never even turned them on. The breeze and ceiling fans kept everything very comfortable. The grounds were beautifully maintained and it was only a short walk down to the beach. The only disappointment was that jumping in the pool was prohibited, so the kids didn’t get to practice their cannonballs. Otherwise a fantastic place. Hope to return.
