Absolutely wonderful location with ocean views in every unit. Amazing and beautifully maintained grounds. Fantastic pool. Easily accessible to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Well equipped kitchen with quality range, ovens, and refrigerator. Unit 28 was quite warm and cross breeze was not enough to cool the unit at night. This could be a problem for those used to always having air conditioning.

Lovely condominiums. Well maintained!! We loved our week at Poipu Kapili. Good location. Close to Allerton Gardens, the Canyon and not a bad drive to Smith Family Luau.

Overall the unit was nice. The location is beautiful and the grounds are impeccable. The unit needs some updated appliances to make it worth 10 stars. When vacation for long periods of time, a functional kitchen is necessary.
Great property - unit needs updating
by RSTStayed for close to 3 weeks. Having no A/C wasn't a problem, as with the doors open there was plenty of breeze The property is beautiful and is a great location. The unit layout/size was great and had lots of beach supplies to use. Unfortunately the unit needs updating. The oven/cooktop are original, as our the bathrooms. With some investment it would be a 5 Star

Clean, spacious, comfortable with all the extras
by Susan R.It was a well maintained property. It was peaceful and quite with all the comforts of home. This property had two large decks. And a large master bedroom and bath. We slept with the doors open each night and we could hear the ocean each evening.
