Loved this spot. It was walking distance to an absolutely stunning walk along the water. It was close by lots of restaurants and the unit was quite nice.
Great communication, any questions were replied to with an email and a phone call. There is A/C in the bedroom but not the living room. We just left the bedroom window and living room windows open and had a cool cross breeze so we didn't need the A/C at all.
It was quiet, we couldn't hear the neighbors (only the roosters) and the view was excellent!

by NancyWe rented unit #34 for friends and they were blown away by the view! Two bathrooms are such a luxury! The unit is spacious and comfortable although it could use a little love (spot on rug,broken desk handle). Great location (close to Holoholo and Lava's for casual meals) and wonderful staff (delish Friday breakfast!). Mahalo!

Perfect Hawaiian escape
by Stacy B.My daughter and I stayed here for a week. We LOVED the view of the water from the deck and short walk to the pool. It is also a short walk to shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and spacious. There was a great cross breeze as well that helped cool it down quickly during the hotter times of the day. It was equipped with all the things you would need during your stay. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. Also the management was quick to answer any questions, with an easy text mesage. Great location. Short walk to beach with amazing view of the water. The view is as advertised. The unit does NOT have air conditioning, so be conscious of that when booking. On hotter days, the condo gets quite warm during the day and the two fans cannot quite keep it cool enough. Parrish provides some free coffee to get you started, which I loved! All the kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. you could need are provided. The bed is firm, so if you are a side sleeper your shoulders will likely hurt in the morning. Overall the unit is nice, good quality, and as advertised.
