We have made a reservation for unit 19 at Poipu Kapili for next January 7 to 21. We are looking forward to returning. We particularly like Poipu Kapili because of its 60 unit size and community, its location on the ocean and central to the amenities of the area and the warm friendly service of your staff. My husband and I LOVED our stay! The Airbnb was beautiful with cute island decor and the most interesting kitchen table I had ever seen, but it is all about the LOCATION! With ocean views from the balcony, a beautifully manicured lawn with gorgeous foliage, and you are just a quick walk away from EVERYTHING. We spent a lot of time walking up and down the ocean street (looking for turtles!), walking barefoot around the Sheraton’s ocean cove, and hanging out at the Sheraton Beach. There are multiple tiki themed bars around there, but Lavas has the best view! The Aulii Luau is hosted at the Sheraton too! Worth every penny! The Parish team was so proactive, and sent many texts before and during the visit with all the details! We never had any issues, but if we did we would have texted back to a real person! They even had free coffee and pastries on Friday morning at the pool! 10 out of 10 would book again!

Excellent. We loved our stay!

We stayed in unit #36 on Poipu Kapili. We loved our unit. The balcony is phenomenal with the perfect view of the pool and beach. Will be coming back next year!

We had a lovely stay. Close to the beaches and short drives to get food. We slept with the room windows open and had a lovely breeze throughout the night. Having non AC was not an issue for us as long as we had the living room french windows open to let the breeze flow. Thank you for a great stay.

Clean, spacious condo - a bit hot in the summer

We stayed in number 36 – it was great! Super comfy bed, comfy couches to lounge on during rest times. Very spacious and open. Ceiling fans keep the living room and bedroom cool enough, but we didn’t have much luck with the AC in the bedroom. It worked, but it was quite loud cycling on and off all night – so we opted just to open all the doors and cool off with the cross breeze and the nice ceiling fans. It worked fine – I only would have loved central AC for a couple hours a day when we came in to rest from the hot sun. Otherwise, though, we loved this unit. Great view of the ocean even though it is a corner unit. It was clean with all amenities you could want! Two bathrooms was nice for us. Oh – 36 is one of the units in this complex that does NOT have washer and dryer – not a big deal for us but if you are wanting that, choose another unit! Grounds and pool are beautiful. Walk out across road and sit on rock wall to watch waves / sunset. Great location – was close to the dive shop we were diving with while we were there!

LOVELY ISLAND CONDO!!

Beautiful place, beautifully situated! Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, quite and restful. If there was one thing it would be the view while sitting on the lanai. Bar stools would’a been great but overall? 4.9 … Mahalo!

Seemed expensive but was very nice.

Thank you. Great vacation and very restful. Only issue was a text making a reservation for mid-week change of linens which we responded to positively but didn’t make it on the schedule. The main office corrected it so in the long run all was well.

Property was nice

I have been to different islands and my previous VRBO’s have had more than this one. The basics were supplied but just the basics. Other places I have stayed have provided more.

Actually, I thought it looked better in person. I would suggest the view from the lanai be reshot as it does not show what a really great view you get. Chris was very helpful making suggestions for us when we arrived a little too early to check in. Safe was not working.

Although the unit was dated, it was clean and sufficient for our needs. The unit was a new listing and there was little information and few photos available. I was concerned, but pleasantly surprised upon arrival.
