We found this stay ideal for us. Beautiful ocean views, walking distance to beach, snorkeling, shopping, restaurants, easy check in and check out, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained grounds. If anything, I'd say the unit and grounds were even more beautiful than the photos. Highly recommend this unit and any others in the complex.

Nice property, well cared for landscaping and pool area. Condo was as expected per the photos, well stocked kitchen, very spacious space overlooking the pool. There are ample loungers/ seating areas around the pool and even a gas grill. The avenue bordering the condo complex to the west is a great place to see the sunset with a stone wall to sit on. There is a great paved path throughout the complex and across the street along the shore . The lanai is great for having coffee in the morning. One drawback is that there is AC only in the bedroom which easily kept the room cool but the main living area was unbearably hot, even after leaving all the window coverings closed during the day. There were several floor fans and ceiling fans which helped a bit. Good location for easy drive to beaches and many great restaurants. Overall, a great stay.

Unit was clean, great vu, well maintained grounds incl BBQ and pool. Liked On-site office. Parking was close to condo. Liked Fti coffee and delicious pastries.
Comfortable Condo Getaway
by Alan B.Our condo was a comfortable week long getaway. We love watching the sunset from the balcony. The rooms are large with comfortable furniture and bed. The portable air conditioner in the bedroom makes the humid hot nights easy. Property is well maintained and in a good location on the south shore of Kauai. We have stayed at this complex in the past and will stay again.

Definitely would stay again.
The location was perfect for walking access to beaches, food, shopping, and ocean side sunsets.
The property and pool were well maintained and clean.
There was never a crowd at the pool and the property was peaceful and quiet.

Lovely, roomy unit
by NancyThese visits were our 4th and 5th rentals with Poipu Kapili (PK). Parrish and the PK staff know how to manage properties and make visitors feel welcome. Unit #38 is a lovely unit with plenty of room. Agree with other reviews that the lanai umbrella and closed louvered doors will reduce the living area afternoon heat. This was important especially in September! We appreciated the welcome basket with coffee/teas and the Britta pitcher, which reduced our bottled water purchases. Very convenient location, beautiful views. We don\'t mind the roosters! This side does get more street noise and dirt but we would stay here again.

Beautiful large condo and the home was decorated in the aloha vibe. We felt at home once we walked in. Everything we needed was there and more! Well cared for condo and very comfortable and spacious. So enjoyed our stay! We went to the Friday morning coffee and pastries. What an amazing team that hosted. It’s clear they loved their careers and answered all of our questions. Felt such a great connection. Thank you and we will be back and also look at other properties you manage too!

The location is great. You have great ocean view. Beach is not walking distance but only a short drive, 3-5min from Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach. The condo itself is really nice. The furnishings are updated. There is portable ac in the bedroom which is really nice. I like that they also provide beach accesories like beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc. Parking is limited but you have 1 designated parking. All in all great stay and great location in Poipu.

Large, clean, well maintained apt with a great view of the ocean and the pool from the balcony. We even saw a whale breaching whilst having dinner outside. Very convenient location and close to everything in Poipu. Would recommend and would stay again.

This was a nice rental in a nice area of Poipu. The pool and BBQ area are pleasant. You\'re close to most things. Front desk staff (Patty) was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Cons: Need to bring your own basic cleaning products to clean counter after cooking No BBQ utensils Very slow Wi-Fi. This is part of the Kauai and no fault of the unit, but every single night the roosters seriously crow throughout the night. Audible still with earplugs.. Kids slept on sofa sleeper in the living room and didn\'t hear the roosters at all. The complex parallels a street that is a teen hangout on most nights. Loud exhaust (or lack of) systems are a must. Frequent burnouts and donuts are normal. That said, we didn\'t feel unsafe and it usually doesn\'t go too late.
