The place is fantastic, and much larger and nicer than the photos actually make it seem. It's steps from the ocean, and a beautiful property. The rooms are massive, and was plenty of space for our party of 4 (would be plenty for a party of 6 even). The evenings get quite busy on the street in front of the room, as other reviews have mentioned. It did detract a little from the serene nature of the waves, as it was pretty steady from about 6-10 pm with cars peeling out and people partying along the ocean wall, but as long as you know what to expect, its fine. The rooms upstairs were individually air conditioned, which was amazing for most places in the area. The pool area was great, often quiet with few people, and didn't have to battle over lounge chairs. A slightly later checkout time, like 11, would have been nice -- i know its a petty little consideration, but between this and the later than informed check in time, it did feel a little rushed. It was overall a fantastic stay and i'd recommend it.

It is wonderful to hear how much you enjoyed the unit and resort amenities.  We agree, the units are quite spacious which adds to their appeal.  The seawall has become a gathering place for the community and we apologize for the times it gets rowdy.  In terms of the checkout, we are at the industry standard as we need time to prep for the next guest.  I do want to remind you we always offer a late checkout at a half-day rate so you can relax and enjoy before your flight.  We look forward to hosting you again soon.

The location is great, sunset gets a little rowdy and extends into the evening sometimes. The AC in only the bedrooms, they were so loud they were unusable when sleeping. They rely on the trade winds for cooling the spaces.

Well located and roomy apartment. Great views from main bedroom and the patio. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. One of the best beaches are within walking distance and the pool and tennis courts are also a big plus. We barbecued most nights and in the process met a few of the other holiday-makers. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay. The location is fantastic. Full disclosure, the street outside the condo can fill up with locals watching the sunset and blasting music that might be offensive to some.

Great location, beautiful view. A few cons.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was very convenient walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The view and the setting of the ocean just in front was gorgeous. A few reasons for only 4 stars…The road in front is pretty busy with loud trucks and motorcycles during the day. I might not be so sensitive if we didn’t have napping children. The pool was really nice, but we missed having a hot tub. The a/c unit was “working” but needed to be emptied of water every 30 minutes from the humidity. Luckily the cross breeze was cooling enough on most days. The unit only supplied 3 beach chairs (not a huge deal but seemed to be inappropriate for a unit that sleeps 5 people.) The beds in the non-master suite were a bit squeaky with small movement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
