The views were incredible… sleeping to the sound of the ocean … breakfast on the porch overlooking the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to poipu beach restaurants etc.

Fantastic views!
The location of this condo and views from the lanai were perfect for us! I loved that we could walk to the beach trail just next to the unit and that it was centrally located for all our day trips. We spent most of our mornings and evenings out on the lanai listening to the ocean, watching turtles & dolphins and basking in the sunsets! The kitchen was well equipped and it was so nice to be able to do laundry during our stay. We will definitely rent Poipu Palms 303 the next time we visit Kauai!

October in Poipu
Clean with great view of the ocean. Good location. Unfortunately, we booked the place to include washer and dryer and packed accordingly. Within a few minutes of our arrival, maintenance came to fix the dryer, spent 2 hrs and not able to fix it. Factor service came the next day and said would take a couple days because parts needed to be ordered. The following Monday I called the office 2x and left messages. No response. I called the next day and office said the parts would take 4 days. Of course we were checking out before that. Office offered to send our laundry out but would be at least 24 hour turnaround. I asked for some compensation eaters than sending laundry out( didn’t want to wait around for my laundry) and was told administration would have to be consulted. No resolution at time of check out. Also, decent amount of cooking equipment but absolutely no condiments which is different from all the other VERBO rentals on the past. You will need to purchase salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, oil and foil and plastic wrap if you plan to prepare your meals. Maybe that’s the difference between a rental company and individually owned properties. Aside from the above, we had a great stay. The dryer could happen anywhere. I would still consider booking a property from this company again, but if I have a similar experience then not again.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you faced regarding the inoperable dryer, but as you mentioned, the dryer breaking down could have happened anywhere. We are sorry that it occurred during your stay, but our team really tried to get it repaired during your stay and it is unfortunate that the parts required were not readily available on the island. When we realized that we would not be able to have it repaired timely during your stay we offered you our complimentary Laundry service which would have taken 24 hours. You declined that service and we did provide you with a 10% refund per night on your full stay which was approximately $350.00. This was credited back to your credit card on file that was charged. Our standard policy which you signed states we do not provide a refund for unforeseen maintenance items, but we did make an exception in your case due to the longer stay. All the units we manage are individually owned but are all stocked according to Parrish guidelines. Salt and pepper are part of our standard home inventory, however, none of our rentals include any oils, condiments, or other cooking items. We do this for cleanliness, freshness, and guest safety. We want to be sure that you are well cared for and comfortable with all aspects of the home. We hope to host you during your next visit to Kauai. Aloha.

Great Poipu Stay
Ocean front condo, top floor with a beautiful view! We saw turtles daily from the Lani! The condo is well stocked for everything you need in the kitchen and there is beach chairs and coolers to use also, I would stay here again, no air conditioning but, with the ocean breeze and fans in the rooms it was comfortable.

Sea turtles and dolphins and…
This is what we saw from our lanai. The unit is just as described and pictured. Incredible view of ocean, dolphins and sea turtles. We fell asleep listening to the ocean waves crashing against the rocks below our condo. The management was great to work with. They offer immediate response and constantly check to make sure all is good. Poipu Beach is an easy 10 minute walk. It’s a great place to snorkel and relax on the sand. We would definitely return.

Unbelievable views
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Wished there had been a few more items in the kitchen such as coffee, sugar, the staples. Also, we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. We loved the view and I have to think we'll be back. Thank you!

They were very helpful When we needed an extra key, When we 1st arrived in town the Office was closed so it was a little nerve racking not knowing how to get in. But it was a beautiful place beautiful view definitely well worth the money

Gorgeous View
The pictures say it all! Amazing location. Clean and comfortable with stunning views. Great place to relax.
The views were absolutely breathtaking. We were happy to spend every morning looking at the ocean and palm trees while having a cup of coffee, as well as watching beautiful sunsets from there. The pictures do not do it justice. The interior of the condo felt a little small, and could possibly use a little updating in the decor, but it was clean and comfortable. Again, the gorgeous view cannot be understated and we enjoyed our stay as well as the close proximity to the beach and restaurants.
Turtle paradise
The location was amazing! The condo in general was great, I would definitely stay there again. The view couldn't have been better with tons of turtles, dolphins and rainbows! Quick drive and easy parking at Poipu beach which is amazing. The only problems were a broken coffee table, screen to the lanai was difficult to open, the venetian blinds in the eating area were broken. Also there were 2 sort of broken beach chairs and no umbrella... Well-stocked kitchen with everything you could want.
