Beautiful location!

The place was well laid out and very clean on arrival. Great views and ocean breezes so that even without AC - you were just fine.

Great location with beautiful ocean views!!

This condo was clean and just walking distance to the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and even Tupperware. It doesn’t have many spices but I bought some and left it there for the next guests. They also provided us with beach equipment. The washer & dryer was a plus. Also the condo might get stuffy as it has no A/C but it takes a couple days to get adjusted. ( I’m from Az/dry heat so I’m used to A/C) Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. We’ll hopefully be back soon. Mahalo!

Beautiful, well-equipped condo for exploring Kauai

Our family of four had a wonderful time in Kauai, and the condo was a perfect home base. The location is central to the beaches of Poipu, and the gorgeous pool was right in front of our unit. Huge balcony was perfect for sunrise yoga with a view of the ocean. We had everything we needed, and check-in/check-out process was seamless. We’ll definitely be back!!

Great Condo

Booked this unit one day prior to arrival due to a miscommunication with the condo where we usually stay. I had visions of having to sleep in our rental car as we were transitioning from the North Shore. Parrish was very accommodating. The condo is situated perfectly for attending a conference at The Hyatt. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels. Lanai is huge and fabulous for relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay at Poipu

Great condo in a perfect location. The condo was just as described in the listing and looked just like the photos. The condo has a great setup since its a smaller complex so its not over-run with guests. The lawn and landscaping is very well kept. Pretty much every condo looks out to the ocean.

The staff were extremely friendly and responsive. Gave us some good recommendations for beach rentals and things to do. They also seemed like happy people! We loved the condo layout and furnishings. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we enjoyed the large deck and beautiful pool and grounds. Condo was lovely, but screen door would hardly open and towel rack in bathroom was falling off wall. Also, carpet in living room was extremely dirty (the rest of the condo was very clean) Screen door and towel rack were fixed immediately after our call. Everyone we came in contact were great! You have a great team at the Poipu location.

KEYS NOT ON SITE

Unlike the other condos we have rented-the key pick-up office is several miles away, and being extremely weary early morning travelers, we failed to realize this. We called to see if early check-in was available and it wasn’t mentioned then either. Do not judge the rest of the team by the apathetic manner of the Parrish Kauai office staff-everyone else we talked to was very helpful and friendly . As for the condo -5 stars! It’s just as beautiful as the pictures and the ocean views are great-especially from the living room and balcony! Kitchen is very well equipped, home is clean, welcome kit of coffee and tea awaits you, plenty of room to stretch out and relax! The master bedroom has a huge and very comfortable mattress. This condo complex has a green belt trail that allows you to cut through neighborhoods and get to both poipu and brennecke beach in about half a mile. Would stay here again!!!

You actually need to drive by our office to get to the condo and for security, we prefer to hand keys to the guest and welcome them to Kauai rather than use punch code, lock boxes. Very nice. Needed the paint touched up but was very comfy

Will definitely come back. Reported that I left my camera charger plugged into the bedroom. They said they would send me an email. Nothing yet.

Fabulous apartment highly recommended

We loved the apartment it was beautiful and homey. It had a lovely big kitchen with all the MOD cons, lovely bathrooms with luxurious body lotion, shampoos and conditioners. Ocean views. Fabulous place to stay.

Beautiful place

The location is perfect-just as described-great view-very spacious. The decor was beautiful and in perfect condition. Accurate description of location to beaches (some sites “exaggerate” or mis-represent that). Web description was perfectly accurate–it looked fantastic on the web and was even more perfect in person. Very clean-everything beautifully furnished. Perfect touches-nice beach towels-had several beach chairs and beach umbrella, snorkel masks-nice shampoos etc-whoever cleans and prepares condo should be rewarded for a great job! I researched places on the web and looked at a “gazillion” pictures and descriptions. I liked knowing the exact location and the furnishings, layout and view. I booked only a few weeks out and Katy was especially helpful and patient describing the area and particularly access to beaches. Your descriptions were absolutely accurate and I could tell you had a “classy” operation!

Simply a terriffic experience

Belinda, and everyone I talked to at The Parish Collection were outstanding. They took a big worry off my shoulders by doing such a terrific job taking care of me. Some of the other folks we were traveling with went with another provider, and their condo wasn’t as well furnished, and wasn’t kept as clean. They also didn’t feel they had as good of access to their management company as we did. I can’t say enough about the professional manner in which The Parish Collection took care of us. From little things like making sure we had coffee too very comprehensive instructions at the rental counter, through to a welcome phone call, a call a day later to check on us, and a reminder call the day before we were to leave. Belinda took extra time to make sure we were comfortable, handled moving us to another unit when an issue arose and even recommended us a great travel agent (who did the same itinerary I was trying to do online for $200 less per person!) The owners of our unit are to be commended as well. Simple, tasteful decor made us feel at home. We look forward to future vacations and stays using The Parish Collection for our lodging needs.
