Our stay at Poipu Sands with Parrish Collection could not have been better! The location of our condo was incredible and close to so many attractions. Our unit was super clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The booking process was easy and the staff was very responsive as we had to make changes and ask questions before our stay. We highly recommend Parrish Collection and will definitely be using them again on our next stay.

Perfect for our family of four. Included all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and felt right at home. Kids enjoyed the patio out to the lawn and easy walking access to the pool or Shipwreck beach. The area was quiet and on the outskirts of the main resort area which was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Poipu Sands is a great location next to Hyatt and short east walk to Poipu beach. The condo was nice but needs some updating in furnishings and AC. We thought we saw AC when booking but it has no AC.

We love our stay at Poipu Sands 316! It's our favourite trip of the year and we already can't wait to come back next year. The Parrish staff were so helpful and quick to respond to any issues we had.

Great Poipu Condo!
by Dawn K.The condo was exactly as described, very clean and supplied with very nice linens and a closet of outdoor items for our use, including: 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 coolers, snorkel gear, and sand toys for kids. We were so pleased to have all this available for our use. The two bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable king beds in both rooms. Both rooms had large ensuite bathrooms. We really liked being on the ground floor to walk out to the pool or the walking path along the beautiful beaches. The Parrish management was responsive at all hours within minutes. On our next trip to Hawaii, I will definitely look for another Parrish managed unit to rent. We couldn't have been happier!

Great experience & communication. Greatly appreciated all the beach items in the unit for our use. Would have liked a 2nd bedside lamp in 2nd bedroom.

by Mary Lynn T.Roomy, quiet, very well stocked with dishes, everything you need in the kitchen, baths and laundry rooms. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher and washing machine soap. They even have equipment for snorkeling: 2 sets of fins, one mask and snorkel. Need improvement: peeling Teflon pans must be replaced (peeling bits ofTeflon can get into food); all the lights in bedroom bathroom nearest the living room should be replaced with 80 or 100 watt bulbs. LED would be better. As is it's impossible to see what you're doing.

Family Celebration
by Megan J.Celebrated my moms 80th birthday. They stayed at the Grand Hyatt, literally a 5 min walk away.we enjoyed the best of both worlds with hotel activities and family meals at our condo. All amenities for a day of boogie boarding included with condo, boards, chairs and umbrellas! Excellent time at our place. Wish we had some AC, but 4 fans and open windows made for comfortable sleep!

Our Parrish condo was perfect! Steps from the beach, ocean view, and great location near the best beaches. The sunrise and sunset views from the back patio were breathtaking. Parrish condo had anything you could possibly need; boogie boards, cooler for trips, sand chairs, beach towels, games, and more. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a great meal if you wanted to, or there was a restaurant next door that was 4 star. We will refer all our friends to Parrish. Thank you for providing such a truly wonderful place for our vacation!

by Laura C.Great experience. Super close walk to the beach and the unit even had coolers, chairs and beach equipment for us to use. Washer and dryer was awesome to have! No central a/c but plenty of fans to keep us cool while we slept. Would stay again. Thanks!

Fantastic Stay!
by Bridgit PFirst, we really appreciate all of the support Parrish Kauai provided - we actually had our stay booked for the beginning of summer 2020. They were wonderful about working with us to get our reservation moved a few times, due to the ever-changing situation with COVID. The condo was PERFECT! Plenty of room for our family, very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Because we flew in late, we took advantage of Parrish's grocery shopping service - it was so nice to just be able to walk in and have food & drinks ready for us. Out of the multiple condos we've stayed at when visiting Kauai, this one by far is our family's favorite! We are looking forward to going back here again!

by barbara c.Roomy and nice set up. Master bed was a little hard and sofa to soft :). Location was amazing, views and beach were beautiful. Room safe also was not working. an inconvenience but did not hinder or great vacation! We would stay again.
