Loved our stay!
by Anna BWe loved staying here! Walking distance to Shipwreck Beach, which was our favorite beach in the area. Washer and dryer in the unit, and the upstairs master bedroom has AC. The downstairs didn’t have AC, but that didn’t bother us because no one stayed in the twin bedroom and we didn’t spend too much time during the day in the unit. Plenty of folks don’t have AC there, but coming from somewhere where we are accustom to it, it was nice to have at night. There was plenty of unassigned parking, which was super nice to not have to bother with a parking pass. I’d highly recommend this condo!

by Lilia D.This was our fourth time to Poipu Beach. The condo was very clean, except for the lanai area. We didn't feel the furniture out there had been cleaned in a while, same with the floor. However, that didn\'t stop us from sitting out there! Parrish Collection management customer service was courteous and prompt to our requests. Staff couldn't have been nicer. All in all, we will definitely return!

Check in progress needs help
by Gordon G.I found the lack of communication un-easy. Traveling from the mainland we just had to hope our unit would be there. Repeated tries to the phone number was told it’s not ready. 5 minutes before check in, still nothing. Receptionist on duty should have been more understanding. Great place, work on little things.
Aloha Gordon. I see you booked your reservation on three days prior to your arrival and you were sent a rental agreement, which you reviewed and signed. Also sent on the same day was arrival instructions as well as our guest portal invite. I see that you review that as well as clicked several informational links. On your arrival day, you were sent the entry codes at 2:54pm. The check-in time is 3:00pm, so you received all details timely. I am not sure how you feel there was lack of communication. We sent nine emails and texts for your stay and we see you viewed all of them. Our Front Desk is open from 8am to 5pm, and I am not seeing any calls from your number. Maybe you tried to call VRBO? In any event, we are glad you found the place “great” and enjoyed your stay.

Would definitely stay here again. Great location, easy walk to Shipwreck and Poipu Beaches. Nice view and relaxing ocean sounds from each lanai (upstairs and main floor). Good size dining area and living area. Fully equipped kitchen. Never saw an ant or a bug. A/C in upstairs bedroom room works well. No A/C in main floor or that bedroom, can get a bit muggy during the day. Note - If you want to cook there is only salt and pepper in the kitchen, no other condiments or previous renter ‘leftovers’. Internet wasn’t working when we arrived and they promptly fixed it .

AIRBNB 10/15 What a great place to stay. The condo was lovely and well equipped. Everything we needed for our stay was there. We enjoyed the Lanai’s and appreciated the AC in the bedroom.. downstairs there’s lots of fans to get the air blowing through and keep it comfortable. We spent a lot of time down at the pool as we really enjoyed it. A twenty minute walk to Poipu beach and Brennecke’s beach bar one way and 5 minutes to the Hyatt resort for fine dining if you desire it. In front of the Hyatt is shipwreck beach and the start of a lovely trail along the ocean.
Parking was easy to access, we were always able to get a spot in front of the condo. Highly recommend Parrish Kauai and this condo … a great host who was responsive and easy to connect with. Can’t wait to get back here again.

Absolutely perfect stay!! Condo was exactly as it was described. The view was stunning. Would absolutely stay here again. Perfect size for our family of 5. Woke up every morning and watched the sunrise.

Where do I start? Comfortable, well equipped, and quiet condo complex. Short walk to Grand Hyatt Kauai and Shipwreck Beach. Hiking distance to Makauwahi Cave. On the outside edge of Poipu proper, but short drive to good food and treats. Beautiful surroundings and ocean view from master suite.

I can’t say enough good things! The property grounds, the nearby Beaches, the restaurants, and staff. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. This unit was beautiful the decor throughout was so nice. When I say the home was fully stocked with everything you need, it was stocked! The lack of AC in some parts of the home was never an issue in fact at night you needed a light sweater the breeze and constant wind truly was perfect. The host was responsive and so nice, I will definitely stay here again.

Parish’s home was the perfect stay on the south shore of Kauai. The home was in great condition and looked like the photos. The area was within walking distance to the beach and was a perfect location. Parish was a great host and I’d highly recommend this condo if you’re looking to stay on the south shore. place its in a great area and have everything you need but cleanness really bad found hair on beds had to wash everything before going to bed maintenance bad aswell sink and shower plugged with hair place saids air conditioner but only one room has a small portable air unit rest of the house was super hot reported the issue but never did anything to make us feel better
Juan, we have all the correspondence from your stay. For some reason you expected the unit to have central AC (even asked us where the thermostat was) despite our listing clearly emphasizing that there is only a portable air-conditioner in the master bedroom. You demanded that another AC unit be added to the unit. However, we cannot and do not add air conditioners based on guest requests (unless one is offline for some reason). All of the amenities that we advertised are in the unit were working. You even signed the rental agreement and initialed the specific part which states “Not all accommodations have central air conditioning – please check property description for specific details.”. Regarding the housekeeping, we did apologize for the deficiency and immediately came to correct the situation, however you denied us access. We even offered to leave the new sheets with you, and you declined our assistance again. This leaves us to believe there was no issue at all and your 1-star is in retaliation which is dishonest as you failed to read the listing details.

My family of four had a great, 4-night stay in this condo. Loved the layout (master upstairs and room with two twins down), the water views, vaulted ceilings in master, two spacious patios/lanais and grounds. We didn't use the pools but they looked very nice and we loved having a tennis court steps out the front door. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Air flow off ocean is so nice that the unit stayed comfortably cool and with the fans, we didn't even have to use the air conditioning in the master. Beaches are few minutes away. Best to drive with little kids. We would definitely recommend this condo to others visiting the Poipu area. Parrish does a great job managing and made checking in/out easy. Thanks for the great stay.
