The location, the view, the condo itself was very nice and large.
Stunning view
We had a wonderful stay in this condo, I would definitely book it again. The views from the patio are stunning, beautiful sunrise also!The rooms were very large, big bathrooms. Great location. If we ever visit Poipu again I would try to stay here.

What could be better than this place?
We spent so much time on the lanai just taking in the amazing view. Definitely will be back. Worth every penny. Being your rum and mai tai. Walk to the Hyatt, Brenneke Beach, easy access. Loved our stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Furnished perfectly. Layout is perfect for couples. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses.
Paradise with a view.
What an amazing location! Kitchen well equipped, furnishings very tasteful. Patio furniture was perfect because that is where we spent all our time. We will be back for sure.

This unit is exceptional. The lanai is spacious with comfy seating and wonderful view of the ocean. I appreciated how clean the kitchen and fridge were (no leftover spices or whatever from the previous tenants ... some people like this, I do not). The inside is comfy with good furnishings (not cheap old ikea ... not trashing ikea here, just that I don\'t want wobbly old furniture when I'm on vacation). Location is great, walk two minutes to one beach, walk tenants minutes to another (where the turtles rest on the beach). The Grand Hyatt is next door (two minutes) if you want a fancy sushi place or other restaurants or listen to live music on the terrace. The community is well maintained, very safe, and friendly. We enjoyed the sidewalks winding through the property to get to the turtle beach. Many tennis courts and several pools that we did not use but found while wandering. Host is thoughtful and responsive. I would gladly stay here again.

We are on Kauai for 5 weeks and staying in 4 Parrish rentals. Parrish is great at keeping its rentals clean and comfortable and in communicating via text and email with its renters.

Amazing
Pictures don’t do the view justice. Waking up each morning and having coffee on the patio watching the sunrise was one of my most favorite times of our trip. The condo was clean, well stocked, beds (including the pullout) were all comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

The surroundings and location were beautiful. There were a few amenities that were lacking and would have added to our stay. We would have appreciated hangers as we were attending a wedding and there were no hangers in the space. The window in one of the bedrooms wouldn't close. We had to sleep with one of the windows wide open. When we arrived at the space, the instructions were unclear and the lock wouldn't work. We had to call customer service and wait until someone arrived to let us into the space. They were responsive but it was still inconvenient. Initially, they acted as if we were the ones messing up. Someone had changed the lock and we were given incorrect instructions.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo. It was very clean. Both toilet handles frequently stuck in the “on” position. There were very few kitchen supplies of basic items. It was not well stocked with storage containers, knives were dull, no Saran Wrap or foil. The air conditioner in the master bedroom is not sealed at the inlet so the bedroom did not cool well. A/c units were also loud. Mattress in pull out couch was very low quality and sagged. The linens were way too big for this bed, which made it awkward to fold away each day. Listing shows two king bedrooms, but on “Details” shows one king and one queen. I tried to get the bed sizes clarified prior to arriving but was misapprehended by the host and left to wonder what we would find upon arrival, so we packed a twin blow up mattress. Listing says two walk in showers, but there is only one walk in shower. To be correct, there is one master with a king and bathtub. The second bedroom is also a king and has a walk in shower.
